Problems of studying ukrainian as a foreign language

This research is done to identify, which factors cause most verbal factors paraverbal factors difficulties in studying Ukrainian language for foreign students. It has nonverbal factors foreign students been found out that nonverbal and paraverbal factors are the most difficultfor understanding and learning. That it is why it is not enough to learn only words and grammar to study Ukrainian language. Social and cultural education of foreigners seems to be also very important, as it helps to adapt theoretical knowledge and to upgrade their communicative competence. That’s why studying Ukrainian culture, history and mentality should be included into educational program of foreign students

Endoscopic treatment of hemorrhages in erosive-ulcer affection of the gut

Реферат. Розглянуті питання ендоскопічного лікування гастродуоденальної кровотечі, у тому числі у постраждалих внаслідок політравми. Показано, що ендоскопічний гемостаз слід вважати методом вибору у діагностиці та лікуванні гострої кровотечі ерозивно-виразкового генезу. Ефективність ендоскопічного гемостазу значною мірою залежить від вчасного виконання, навичок та досвіду хірурга, правильності вибору способу у конкретній клінічній ситуації. Summary. The issues of endoscopic treatment of gastroduodenal hemorrhage, including that, occurring in the injured persons with polytrauma, were analyzed. There was shown, that endoscopic hemostasis must be considered the method of choice in diagnosis and treatment of an acute hemorrhage of the erosive-ulcer genesis. The efficacy of endoscopic hemostasis significantly depends on its timely performance, the surgeon training and experience, an adequate choice of the method in a special clinical situation
