    The development of this research was carried out to streamline learning and change students' perceptions of learning mathematics in grade 1MI AL HIKAMAH 1 SEPATAN students. Research development is carried out in order to overcome the problems faced by students who find it difficult to remember so many formulas in mathematics lessons. The research was conducted by Research and Development. Learning media is a tool that can help the teaching and learning process so that the meaning of the message conveyed becomes clearer and the goals of education or learning can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Learning outcomes are results given to students in the form of activities after participating in the learning process by assessing knowledge, attitudes, skills in students with changes in behavior. Learning media serves as a source of learning for students to obtain messages and information provided by the teacher so that learning materials can be further increased and knowledge for students. The use of audio-visual media in learning is expected to increase in the learning process, especially in mathematics. This development activity was carried out with the aim of producing effective audio-visual media for Mathematics class 1 semester 2, making students able to receive learning well

    This study aims to find out how teachers apply instructional strategies to classroom learning. The object of this research is a teacher who is located at MI Al-Hikmah 1 Sepatan, Tangerang. This research used the method of interviewing one of the teachers at MI Al-Hikmah 1 Sepatan. The interview was conducted directly by visiting the speakers to the school. MI Al-Hikmah 1 Sepatan is a school located in one of the areas in Pondok Jaya, Sepatan, Tangerang, Banten. The results showed that teachers use lecture and question and answer learning methods. However, teachers use the question and answer method more often. Because if applying the lecture method, it will make students passive during the learning. The teacher also approaches the students, so that the learning atmosphere in the classroom is pleasant and knows how the characteristics of each student. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that designing instructional strategies is crucial for teachers when carrying out class learning
