Apnea Monitor Based on Bluetooth with Android Interface
Apnea monitor is a device that is used to give a warning if there is stop breathing. Stop breathing while sleeping is one form of obstructive sleep apnea. This cessation of breath cannot be underestimated, this is related to the main risk factors for health implications and increased cardiovascular disease and sudden death. The purpose of this study is to design an apnea monitor with the Android interface. This device allows the users to get how many times sleep apnea happens while sleeping and got data to analysis before continuing with a more expensive and advanced sleep test. This device used a flex sensor to detect the respiration rate, the sensor placed on the abdomen or belly so it can measure expand and deflate while breathing. The microcontroller uses an Arduino chip called AT-Mega328. Bluetooth HC-05 used to send respiration data to Android, MIT app inventor used for the android programmer, and on the android, there are plotting of respiration value and when the device detected apnea so the android also gives a warning to the user. Based on the results of testing and measurement then compare with another device, the results of the average% error were 3.61%. This apnea monitor design is portable but there are needs some improvement by using another sensor for detected respiration and using a module other than Bluetooth
Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Arcs (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Dengan Kovariabel Motivasi Belajar Dalam Pembelajaran IPA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran ARCS terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan kovariabel motivasi belajar dalam pembelajaran IPA pada kelas V SD CERDAS MANDIRI Denpasar. Penelitian ini tergolong sebagai rancangan Randomized Control–Group Pretest–Posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas siswa kelas V SD CERDAS MANDIRI Denpasar yang berjumlah 40 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan random sederhana yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan anava satu jalur, anakova, dan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran ARCS dengan siswa yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SD CERDAS MANDIRI Denpasar, (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran ARCS dengan siswa yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran konvensional setelah motivasi belajar dikendalikan pada siswa kelas V SD CERDAS MANDIRI Denpasar, dan (3) Terdapat kontribusi motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas V SD CERDAS MANDIRI Denpasar.Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar IPA, motivasi belajar, dan strategi pembelajaran ARCS This research aimed to know the effect of ARCS learning strategy on learning result with the covariabel of learning motivation in IPA learning at fifth grade of SD CERDAS MANDIRI Denpasar. This research belongs to Randomized Control-Group Pretest-Posttest. The populations in this research were all the students that amount 40 students. Samples in this study were taken with a random sampling technique that amount 40 students. The data analysis technique used one way anava, anacova, and simple regression. The research result shows that: (1) there is a difference of ARCS learning strategy on learning result between the students that followed ARCS learning strategy with the students who followed conventional learning strategy, (2) there is a difference of learning result between the students that followed inquiry learning strategy with the students who followed conventional learning strategy after controlled by learning motivation, and (3) there is a contribution of learning motivation towards learning result. Based on the research finding can be concluded that there is an effect of ARCS learning strategy on learning result with the covariabel of learning motivation in IPA learning at fifth class of SD CERDAS MANDIRI Denpasar
Kajian Adsorpsi Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Naphthalene Acetic Acid (Naa) Terhadap Bentonit Alam
The study of adsorption of plant growth regulators naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) by using natural bentonite aims to investigate the purification process of bentonite, determine the parameters that affect the ability of optimum adsorption and adsorption interactions of bentonite to NAA. Bentonite purification process is done by adding 30% H2O2 to oxidize organic compounds in the pores of the bentonite. Adsorption parameters in this study include the influence of the mass of adsorbent, contact time and adsorption capacity of bentonite nature of the NAA. Characteristics conducted in this study include analysis using UV-Vis spectrophotometer, infrared spectrophotometry (FTIR) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). Bentonite adsorption capacity was determined using the model of Langmuir isotherm and Freundlich isotherm models. This study was showed that the amount of NAA more adsorpted by increase the mass of adsorbent in the adsorption process. The optimum contact time between NAA with natural bentonite is 4 hours on the condition of the masses as much as 0.5 grams of bentonite, pH 4.5 and in room temperature (± 29oC) with adsorption capacity of 1.502 × 10-6 mol/g. The optimum adsorption capacity of bentonite to the NAA at 1.712 × 10-6 mol/g. NAA adsorption isotherms with natural bentonite included in the Freundlich adsorption isotherm which assumes the Van der Waals bonds so that the interaction between NAA with bentonite was physically and heterogeneous on the multilayer surface
Studi Peran Apoteker sebagai Verifikator dalam Pelaksanaan Asuhan Kefarmasian Pasien Rawat Jalan Peserta PT. Askes (Persero) Cabang Denpasar di RSUD Wangaya
Peran apoteker sebagai verifikator merupakan salah satu wujud pelayanan kefarmasian. Pelayanan kefarmasian bertujuan untuk mewujudkan Pelayanan Obat yang Rasional (POR) sehingga terwujudnya efektivitas biaya pengobatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran apoteker sebagai verifikator dalam pelaksanaan asuhan kefarmasian pasien rawat jalan peserta PT Askes (Persero) cabang Denpasar di RSUD Wangaya dalam rentang waktu (Desember 2012-Februari 2013). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran apoteker sebagai verifikator dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian belum sepenuhnya mewujudkan POR sehingga belum terwujudnya efektivitas biaya pengobatan. Survei Awal Kesiapan Kontraktor Di Surabaya Dalam Menerapkan “TIME Impact Analysis”
Keterlambatan dalam pelaksanaan proyek adalah hal yang sering kali tidak terhindari oleh Kontraktor karena sifat proyek konstruksi yang dinamis. Time Impact Analysis adalah salah satu metode delay analysis yang mana merupakan suatu bentuk analisa keterlambatan yang digunakan pada proyek konstruksi, untuk menentukan durasi keterlambatan yang bukan tanggung jawab kontraktor. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesiapan kontraktor di Surabaya dalam menerapkan Time Impact Analysis dan hal – hal yang menjadi kendala dalam menerapkannya. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan kontraktor di Surabaya dalam menerapkan Time Impact Analysis. Survei dilakukan terhadap 24 proyek yang terdiri dari 9 Perusahaan kontraktor. Berdasarkan hasil survei dengan total 67 responden, didapatkan hasil bahwa kontraktor di Surabaya belum siap untuk menerapkan Time Impact Analysis dikarenakan beberapa kendala, terutama kesulitan dalam penggunaan fragnet dan kesulitan memprediksi keterlambatan untuk analisa Time Impact Analysis secara Prospective
Produktivitas Dan Serapan Nutrien Harian Spirogyra SP. Dan Hydrodictyon SP.
This research aimed to analyze the potency of primary productivity (PP) and daily nutrients uptake ofSpirogyra sp. and Hydrodictyon sp. The research was conducted using Randomized Block Design andCompletely Randomized Design. Randomized Block Design was used to determine the difference of PP ofboth filamentous microalgae in different time periods. Completely Randomized Design was used to determinethe difference of daily net primary productivity and total amount of nutrients utilization by both filamentousmicroalgae in the same light intensity. The observations showed that Spirogyra sp. dan Hydrodictyon sp. hassame PP (p>0,05), both in total (daily) and time periods. The morning PP of two filamentous microalgae weredifferent from the daylight (p0,05). Spirogyra sp. and Hydrodictyon sp. hassimilar capability in uptaking nutrients daily and in time periods observations (p>0,05)
Pengaruh Keepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Adhi Baskoro Perkasa Pangkalanbun
Human resources is one factor that has an important role in improving employees performance. Given the important role of human resources, the company must pay attention to the factors that effect employees performance. One of the application is good leadership, so that employees can be persuaded to work according to standart and put aside their personal interests. And with motivation will also encourage to work more spirit.This type of research is explanatory research and its aimed to testing the influence between leadership and motivation towards employees performance. Population in this research was the employees in CV. Adhi Baskoro Perkasa Pangkalan Bun, the sampling technique used was sensus sampling. Sample in this research were 35 respondents. Yhe analysis technique is linier regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Science) as a tool.The results showed that leadership and motivation have positive influence towards employees performance. Motivation has the most influence (29,8%) and the second is leadership (11,3%)
The Overview Surgical Site Infection of Pasca Open Surgical of Urinary Stone at Arifin Achmad General Hospital of Riau Province 1 January – 31 December 2014 Period
About 63% managemen urinary stone is open surgery, because this threatment choice could decrease the risk of recurency this disease but have the risk of high surgical site infection (SSI). This research explain about surgical site infection after open surgery of urinary stone in RSUD Arifin Achmad Province of Riau 1 January – 31 December period. The method of this research is retrospective descriptive. The source of data take from medical report of patient that undergo open surgery of urinary stone in RSUD Arifin Achmad Province of Riau. This research found 82 patient that undergo open surgery of urinary stone. The number of SSI in this research is 2,4% (2 patient). Based on the age group SSI found in the group 46-55 and 56-65 years old. Based on the gender SSI found more in women. Based on the nutrition SSI found in the group of under nutrition and normal nutrition. Based on level education SSI found in patient didn't got education. Based on the preoperative diagnostic SSI found in patient with renal stone. Based on gift of the antibiotic prophilaxis SSI found in patient that gift the antibiotic prophilaxis. Based on the comorbid SSI found in patient with comorbid and without comorbid. Based on number of leukocytes SSI found in patient with normal and high leukocytes. Based on the named of surgery SSI found in pyelolitotomy and nephrolitotomy. Based on a duration of operative SSI found in the group with duration with 1 hour and >1 hour. Based on span of struck infection time SSI found more in >7 days. Based on a along of nursing SSI found in >3 hari. The conclution of this research is the number of SSI pasca open surgery of urinary stone in RSUD Arifin Achmad 1 January -31 December period is lower than the survey of World health organization (WHO)

The restaurant business that began growing in Semarang in particular areas Tembalang. Various types of food and drink offered by restaurants. Of course, to be able to compete the restaurant needs good management in the effort to obtain optimal benefits. Based on the problems need to develop an Order Food Mobile-Based Application to support the work processes of the restaurant, especially in the booking process and report transactions menu. The mobile application was built using jQuery Mobile programming language and HTML. The use of mobile applications is supported by an application which is running on a desktop computer that was built using the programming language PHP, Javascript and MySQL databases. Modeling applications was built using DFD (Data Flow Diagram). The results of the design Order Food Mobile-Based Application is an application that can be used for the work process and manage reports deals on restaurants, and also an application that can be used to enter the booking menu using mobile devices
