ANALISIS PENGARUH BRAND AMBASSADOR, DESAIN WEBSITE DAN ONLINE REVIEW TERHADAP MINAT BELI ONLINE DI MARKETPLACE LAZADA

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengnalisis pengaruh brand ambassador, tampilan web dan online review terhadap minat beli terhadap LAZADA. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuntitatif untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel independent terhadap variabel dependen. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa STIE 45 Mataram dengan sampel 51 mahasiswa yang memiliki kriteria sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dalam penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan SPSS 23 menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapat nilai beta yang menunjukan masing-masing variabel menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, variabel Brand ambassador merupakan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh dibuktikan dengan nilai beta terbesar yaitu 0.940. Variabel independent berpengaruh dominan terhadap variabel dependen secara simultan jika dilihat dari angka f hitung yang sebesar 51,141 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan dengan melihat nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.900 yang menunjukkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini minat konsumen bisa dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel yaitu brand ambassador, desain web dan online review sebanyak 90% dan 10% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain dalam penelitian

KEBUTUHAN JENIS BIAYA UNTUK MEMULAI USAHA WARUNG MAKAN

Dewasa ini orang semakin sibuk, ibu-ibu rumah tangga juga sibuk bekerja di luar sehingga tidak punya waktu lagi untuk memasak guna menyediakan makan anggota keluarga di rumah. Hal merupakan peluang bagi menjamur usaha warung makan. Namun demikian para pengusaha pemula banyak yang belum memahami akan kebutuhan jenis-jenis biaya untuk memulai usaha tersebut. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk mengetahui kebutuhan jenis-jenis biaya untuk memulai usaha warung makan, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu memberikan informasi kepada para pengusaha pemula. Pene;itian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan yang bersumber dari referensi-referensi ilmiah yang relevan dengan judul tulisan ini.  Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa jenis biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk memulai usaha warung makan yang disebut intial capital (modal awal) antara lain: pengeluaran modal (capital expenditures) yang sering disebut investasi; biaya produksi yang meliputi biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan overhead pabrik; dan biaya operasional yang meliputi biaya pemasaran serta biaya administrasi dan umum

PENGARUH INDEPENDENSI, INTEGRITAS, KOMPETENSI DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA MEMPENGARUHI KUALITAS HASIL AUDIT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh independensi, integritas, kompetensi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas hasil audit. Penelitian dilakukan di kantor inspektorat Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis di dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial independensi, integritas, kompetensi dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil audit. ANALISIS PREDIKSI KEBANGKRUTAN DENGAN METODE ALTMAN Z-SCORE PADA BANK PERKREDITAN RAKYAT BADAN USAHA MILIK DAERAH DI NUSA TENGGARA BARAT

This study aims to find out the full picture of the financial performance of rural banks (BPR) regional owned enterprises (BUMD) in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) for the 2018-2020 period by analyzing bankruptcy predictions based on the Altman Z-Score method with a modified formula and has been equipped with a cut-off point to determine the bankruptcy category. Altman uses four financial ratios with valuation indicators for each variable: Working Capital to Total Assets (X1), Retained Earning to Total Assets (X2), Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets (X3), and Book Value Equity of Total Liabilities variable. (X4). This research is a descriptive study on BPR owned by the regional government in NTB for the 2018-2020 period. The results of this study are 2 (two) banks are predicted to experience financial risk in the gray zone category, namely PD. BPR. NTB Mataram and PD. BPR. East Nusa Tenggara, and 6 (six) banks in a healthy condition and free from the possibility of going bankrupt in the next 1 (one) year are PD. BPR. NTB West Lombok, PD. BPR. NTB Central Lombok, PD. BPR. NTB Sumbawa, PD. BPR. NTB Bima, PD. BPR. NTB Dompu, and PD. BPR. NTB West Sumba

ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PT. BPR. DANAYASA DITINJAU DARI CAPITAL, ASSET QUALITY, EARNING DAN LIQUIDITY

This study is entitled "Financial Performance Analysis of PT. BPR. Danayasa In Terms of Capital, Asset Quality, Earning and Liquidity ". This type of research used in this research is descriptive research. The data analysis method used in this study is to use an assessment of the financial performance of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR), in accordance with Bank Indonesia Decree No. 30/12 / KEP / DIR April 30, 1997 by evaluating Capital Factors, Earning Assets Factors, Quality Factors, Profitability Factors, and Liquidity Factors. The type of data in this study is in the form of quantitative data, while the data source in this study uses secondary data sources. The results of this study generally indicate the financial performance of PT. BPR. Danayasa in healthy predicate, where the capital factor with an average CAR ratio of 35.07% or > 8%, the quality factor of productive assets which includes two components, namely the ratio of earning assets classified to productive assets, with an average yield ratio 2.58% or 81%. Profitability factors include ROA and BOPO with the results of the measurement of the average ROA ratio of 3.70% or > 1.22% and the BOPO ratio which is an average of 73.48%, the results of this ratio are far below 93.52% and the liquidity factor include Cash Ratio and LDR with an average Cash ratio measurement of 38.64% or > 4.05% and an average LDR ratio of 70.67% with the results of this ratio PT.BPR. Danayasa is able to keep the LDR below 93.75%

This study is entitled "Financial Performance Analysis of KSP. Dharma Sari Bumi Pagutan Viewed From the Ratio of Cash Flow Reports". The type of research used in this study is descriptive research. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study in general in terms of the ratio of cooperative cash flow statement shows good financial performance, where the ability of cooperatives to meet short-term liabilities is in the range of 10% <X <15%, cooperative ability to pay commitments (interest, tax, SHU divided) very well, namely above 1 (one) time, cooperatives have the ability to finance capital expenditures and without having to wait for external funding, while the ability of cooperatives in terms of fulfilling all liabilities is not good, because most or above 80% of cash flow free net owned by cooperatives is used for investment

PENINGKATAN PROFESIONALITAS DOSEN DI SEKOLAH TINGGI PARIWISATA MATARAM MELALUI PELATIHAN PENELUSURAN SUMBER PUSTAKA SECARA ONLINE DAN PENULISAN DAFTAR PUSTAKA MENGGUNAKAN MENDELEY

Banyak dosen perlu untuk memperoleh pelatihan penelusuran  sumber pustaka online dan penulisan daftar pustaka. Mereka mengungkapkan bahwa mereka sangat sulit untuk bisa menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah karena hal itu melibatkan suatu proses yang rumit dan berbelit-belit. Sebagai akibatnya, pengembangan profesisonalitas seorang dosen dapat menjadi mandeg dan pada  gilirannya, menyulitkan dosen tersebut untuk naik pangkat. Situasi tersebut tentu saja perlu mendapat perhatian segera dari berbagai pihak yang berkepentingan. Selain itu, seorang dosen diwajibkan untuk setiap tahun menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah yang dipublikasikan di jurnal-jurnal nasional dan internasional.Kompetensi menulis suatu karya ilmiah merupakan suatu kompetensi yang esensial bagi seorang dosen. penulis menemukan bahwa banyak dosen yang terkendala naik pangkat karena terbentur oleh tantangan menulis karya ilmiah itu sendiri. Pelatihan penelusuran daftar pustaka online perlu dilakukan karena di internet tersedia sumber pustaka dengan jumlah  tidak terbatas dan murah untuk dapat diakses oleh siapa pun. Selain itu, dosen perlu untuk mampu mengekstrak sumber refensi online secara cepat dan efektif.  Selain itu, seorang dosen juga teridentifikasi memiliki kesulitan dalam menuliskan sumber rujukan/daftar pustaka. Metode penulisan daftar pustaka itu sendiri banyak ragamnya, seperti MLA, APA, CBE, CMS, dan lain-lain. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah dosen mampu membuat daftar pustaka secara otomatis dan penelusuran pustaka secara online

The Influence of Live Streaming Video on Consumer Decisions

This study aims to determine whether Instagram live streaming has an impact on consumer decisions. live streaming and purchasing decisions are variables used in this study to determine the relationship between these two variables by regression analysis with SPSS. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who are followers of Nhalombok and who made purchases during the live streaming. The results of the study indicate that there is a dominant influence of the live steaming variable on consumer decisions. The coefficient of determination shows that the live streaming variable affects consumer decisions

ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR LIKUIDITAS DAN KREDIT BERMASALAH TERHADAP BOPO PADA BPR KONVENSIONAL DI NTB

This study is entitled "Analysis of the Effects of Liquidity and Non Performing Loans on BOPO on Conventional Rural Banks in West Nusa Tenggara". This study aims to determine and measure the effect of partially and simultaneously liquidity and non performing loans variables on BOPO on Conventional Rural Banks in West Nusa Tenggara. This type of research used in this research is associative research. The population in this study is Conventional Rural Banks in West Nusa Tenggara. The type of data used is quantitative data, while the data source in this study uses secondary data sources that have been compiled and published by banks. Data analysis procedures using multiple regression model analysis, hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variable Cash Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Non Performing Loans do not all partially have a significant effect on BOPO on Conventional Rural Banks in NTB, only the variable Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loans partially have a significant effect on BOPO variables in Conventional Rural Banks in West Nusa Tenggara and Cash Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Non Performing Loans variables together have a significant influence on BOPO variables in Conventional Rural Banks in West Nusa Tenggara

This research is entitled "Financial Performance Analysis KSP.Madani NTB Viewed From Economic Value Added ". The type of research used in this study is descriptive research. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were observation, interviews and documentation.
