Hubungan Minat dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Geografi

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between interest in learning and the learning achievement in geography subjects in class X SMA Utama Wacana Metro. Quantitative method used is to determine the value of a variable or variables of the connection between the other variables. Techniques of data collection is using questionnaires. The samples were 95 students of class X SMA Utaama Wacana Metro academic year 2012/2013. Data analysis with product moment correlation. The results: 1) There is a relationship in curiousity to the subject matter of geography students with student achievement, 2) There is a relationship in awareness of the students to learn geography with students achievement, 3) There is a relationship to the admiration of students with the subjects geography students achievement, 4) There is a significant relationship between interest in learning geography with students achievement.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat belajar dengan prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Geografi siswa kelas X di SMA Utama Wacana Metro. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif untuk mengetahui nilai suatu variabel atau menghubungkan antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian adalah 95 orang siswa kelas X di SMA Utama Wacana Metro Tahun Pembelajaran 2012/2013. Analisis data dengan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunujukkan: 1) Ada hubungan keingintahuan siswa terhadap materi pelajaran geografi dengan prestasi belajar siswa, 2) Ada hubungan USAha siswa untuk mempelajari geografi dengan prestasi belajar siswa, 3) Ada hubungan kekaguman siswa terhadap mata pelajaran geografi dengan prestasi belajar siswa, 4) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara minat belajar geografi dengan prestasi belajar siswa

Analisis Implementasi Tahap Penerapan Dan Operasi Klausul 4.4 Ohsas 18001 : 2007 Di PT. Gmf Aeroasia Tangerang Tahun 2015

Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001 : 2007 is a series of standard and specifications for the design of an Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System. OHSAS 18001 : 2007 include 6 clauses and require to prevent incident, illness, and accident to improve its OH&S performance. The results of external audit that has been conducted by PT. Sucofindo found that there is still many nonconformities from clause 4.4 OHSAS. Furthermore, the implementation of OHSAS 18001 : 2007 in PT. GMF AeroAsia has not been evaluated. The purpose of this research is to monitoring activities of OH&S management system in PT. GMF AeroAsia. This research use qualitative methodology with observation and indepth interview with key person of PT. GMF AeroAsia as the main research methodology. The research results showed that PT. GMF AeroAsia has been implemented clause 4.4 OHSAS in accordance with the requirements of OHSAS 18001 : 2007 standard, but the company has to improve the quality by integrating the OH&S and Environmental management system by its policy, manual procedures, and workplan
