Fostering creativity among Muslim women refugees the use of effective tools to manage the daily life problems in the Camps
Thousands of Muslim families have been displaced and forced to leave the Islamic world due to injustice, internal strife, and wars that have plagued Muslim countries during the past ten years. The suffering of refugees inside and outside of the Islamic world has escalated as a result of the lack of effective Islamic organisations to address this phenomenon and provide for these families' basic needs. Children and women who lack the necessities of life represent one of the most upsetting categories. Living in camps far from one's home was never an easy situation. Instead, it was the result of a serious build-up of complicated issues on many different levels, including those that were spiritual, psychological, intellectual, familial, monetary, social, and political. In the current situation, it becomes necessary to support this group and make them more independent by training how to use various thinking skills deal with many of the daily problems that they encounter in the camps in light of these challenging circumstances and the extreme negligence that prevents the assistance of these families. Perhaps, equipping the women refugee with "creative thinking and problem solving" skills would be more useful approach to establish their confidence in facing the extraordinary daily life problems in the refugee camps. In this study, we aim to explain the advantages of creative problem-solving abilities for their groups, how to select proper skills, develop suitable programs and activities to support build up the creative abilities of women refugee in Malaysian. To achieve this, the researchers study the conditions of women in These tents and the daily problems that they suffer from, then identifies the skill and training activities to acquire and use in solving that problem without relying on external bodies. After studying the situations of women living in these tents and the daily issues they face, the researchers identify the skills and training activities to be used in managing those problems by the refugee women independently without intervention of external agencies

The influence of civil society organisations on political decision-making in Iraqi Kurdistan
The significance of civil society in any given society cannot be overstated, as it safeguards individualsโ rights in various spheres of life, including the political realm. Iraqi Kurdistanโs civil society encompasses various groups that influence the legislative, executive, judiciary, and political parties. The influence and consequences of civil societies vary depending on the geographical and organisational context. However, while civil society in Iraqi Kurdistan saw significant growth after 2003 and has a strong influence on political decisions, its involvement in political decision-making needs to be more to reach the required threshold. The present research employs historical and descriptive methodologies to showcase the influence of civil society organisations (CSOs) on political determinations in Iraqi Kurdistan (IK). This article examines the efficacy of CSOs in influencing political decision-making. It also identifies the obstacles that impede civil societyโs participation in this process by evaluating their effects on political parties and the government
Understanding teenage pregnancy out of wedlock within the structure of the Muslim Malay family
This paper discusses family as a risk factor in teenage pregnancy out of wedlock in the Muslim Malay community in Malaysia. Using a qualitative approach, this case study conducted in-depth semi-structured interviews with thirty Muslim Malay teenagers who experienced illegal pregnancy. The research took place in two organizations operating as rehabilitation centres to assist the girls overcome the traumatic experience and lead more productive life in the future. Collected data were transcribed and analysed by thematic analysis method. The findings showed that poor parent-daughter relationship contributed to the occurrence of teenage pregnancy. Parents are physically and emotionally separated from their daughters because of
busy work life, fighting, divorce or negligence. It was also found out that parents lacked Islamic knowledge and practice that they did not treat or upbring their daughters according to the Islamic values and principles. Funded by the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS), this study seeks to design and implement a social framework to understand the roots of this problem and create effective solutions. It is the first output focusing on one of the factors causing teenage pregnancy. The whole research project will be documented in a book elaborating on other factors and reflecting on the impact of this social problem on the Muslim Malay community and the Malaysian society as a whole. The book will also present rational and systematic control mechanisms to minimize such social illness
Fostering creativity among the vulnerable groups: a case of teenage pregnancy
Creative thinking skills are one of the most appreciated tools of leading in various domains of human life. Although most studies focus more on certain vital sectors like innovation and industry, the creative thinking skill can be considered an effective tool to be utilized in other social subjective fields that concerns focus more on the wellbeing of people by helping to solve their personal and social problems. This research aims to share a field experience of teaching creative thinking skills for 36 vulnerable young women that reside in Raudhatus Sakina Center (RSC). By adopting the Islamic framework and concept of human nature, creative thinking and creativity, the trainers were able to interact more effectively with the participants and extend the relevance of creative thinking tools to the circle of their spiritual states, feelings, mental mods, and their social relations. To create confidence and learning interest among the participants, the trainers have used various mediums like stories, Islamic calligraphy, Torrence test, and the cultural context. According to responses of the participants to the question โdid program benefit you in building up your confidence and readiness to address the problems you are facing in a more positive wayโ, the training that lasted for 12 weeks (2hr. each week) has significantly helped them not only in learning problem-solving skills but also to develop a positive perspective in looking to the problems and the overall meaning of life

Collected data were transcribed and analysed using the thematic analysis method. The findings showed that poor parent- daughter relationships contributed to teenage pregnancy. Parents were physically and emotionally separated from their daughters due to a demanding work schedule, argument, divorce, or neglect, and they lacked Islamic knowledge and practice; therefore, they did not treat or raise their daughters following Islamic values and principles.
