I discuss quarkonium physics at zero and finite temperature in the framework of nonrelativistic effective field theories.Comment: 9 pages, invited plenary talk at Chiral10, International Workshop on Chiral Symmetry in Hadrons and Nuclei, Valencia, (Spain), June 21-24, 201

The BcB_c mass up to order αs4\alpha_s^4

We evaluate in perturbative QCD, up to order αs4\alpha_s^4, the mass of the BcB_c. We use the so-called 1S-mass in order to improve the convergence of the perturbative series. Our result is E(Bc)pert=63269+29E(B_c)_{pert} = 6326^{+29}_{-9} MeV. Non-perturbative effects are discussed. A comparison with potential models seems to be consistent with non-perturbative contributions of the order (40÷100) - (40\div 100) MeV.Comment: 14 pages, revtex, 2 figures, minor changes, discussion on the non-perturbative corrections added, final version to appear in Phys. Rev.
