<div>All data and analyses of the manuscript are available here.</div><div><br></div><div>please download all files to the same working directory for running the R script. Below a brief description of each file</div><div><br></div><div>1. 'seed_mass_experiment_main_script.R' - this R script includes all the analyses presented in the paper. </div><div>2. 'slope_abundance.csv' - this dataset describes community abundance in southern slope along soil depth gradient in Beit Guvrin (described in Kadmon & Ron 2018)</div><div> the data was collected in four soil depth categories </div><div>3. 'slope_seed_mass.csv' - this dataset include seed mass data (in mg) for all species in 'slope_abundance.csv'(mass of zero means no available data)</div><div>4. 'valley_abundance.csv' - this dataset describes community abundance in northern slope and valley in Beit Guvrin (described in DeMalach et al. 2017)</div><div> the data was collected in two habitats (northern slope and valley) and include also fertilization and removal manipulation (these manipulations were not analyzed in this manuscript)</div><div>5. 'valley_seed_mass.csv' - this dataset includes seed mass data(in mg) for all species in 'valley_abundance.csv' (mass of zero means no available data)</div><div>6. 'mesocosm_abundance.csv' - this dataset describes community abundance in mescosom experiment in Jerusalem (described in Kadmon & Ron 2018)</div><div> the data was collected for four years in four soil depth categories</div><div>7. 'mesocosm_seed_mass.csv' - this dataset include seed mass data (in mg) for all species in 'mesocosm_abundance.csv' (mass of zero means no available data)</div><div>8. 'clipping_abundance.csv' - this dataset describes community abundance in clipping experiment in Beit Guvrin (described in Segre et al. 2016)</div><div> The dataset include only the third year of the experiment</div><div>9. 'clipping_seed_mass.csv' - this dataset include seed mass data (in mg) for all species in 'clipping_abundance.csv' (mass of zero means no available data)</div><div>10.'greenhouse.csv' - this dataset include data on biomass (in mg) of the species in the greenhouse experiment. This include seed mass, shoot biomass after</div><div>45 days and root and shoot biomass at the end of the experiment. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>contact me for any question:</div><div><br></div><div>[email protected]</div
