During the initial studies I have found that the molasses may be a good alternative to costly L.B media where one can manipulate the C/N ratio as per requirement of cell. Molasses is one of the best alternatives as it is cheap and can be easily manipulated. Escherichia coli is a bacterium that is commonly found in the lower intestine of warm-blooded animals. it is possible to produce vaccine by molasses medium. The paper is opening a new face of study

Non-coding RNAs in skin cancers: An update

AbstractSkin cancers are the most common form of cancer in humans. They can largely be categorized into Melanoma and Non-melanoma skin cancers. The latter mainly includes Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) and Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC), and have a higher incidence than melanomas. There has been a recent emergence of interest in the role of non-coding RNA's in pathogenesis of skin cancers. The transcripts which lack any protein coding capacity are called non-coding RNA. These non-coding RNA are further classified based on their length; small non-coding RNA (<200 nucleotides) and long non-coding RNA (>200 nucleotides). ncRNA They are involved at multiple transcriptional, post transcriptional and epigenetic levels, modulating cell proliferation, angiogenesis, senescence and apoptosis. Their expression pattern has also been linked to metastases, drug resistance and long term prognosis. They have both diagnostic and prognostic significance for skin cancers, and can also be a target for future therapies for cutaneous malignancies. More research is needed to further utilize their potential as therapeutic targets

SYNTHESIS OF TRIAZOLOTHIADIAZINE DERIVATIVES AS ANTIOXIDANT AGENTS

Objectives: The objective of the present study is to synthesize 3-substituted phenyl-6-phenyl-7H-[1, 2, 4] triazolo [3, 4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazine. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and mass spectral studies. Methods: The titled compounds were synthesized by the reaction of substituted benzoic acid with thiocarbohydrazide followed by refluxing with 2-bromoacetophenone in ethanol. These compounds were evaluated for in-vitro antioxidant activity by 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging method. Results: Compounds 2e and 2i exhibited good antioxidant activity as compared with standard, ascorbic acid. Conclusion: In summary, 3-substituted phenyl-6-phenyl-7H-[1, 2, 4] triazolo [3, 4-b] [1, 3, 4] thiadiazine derivatives have been synthesized and characterized. In-vitro antioxidant activity of the compounds was screened by DPPH free radical scavenging method. Among the synthesized compounds, the compounds 2e and 2i have been shown the most prominent antioxidant activity using ascorbic acid as standard. The future perspective of in-vivo antioxidant evaluation of these compounds can be the potential lead.Ă‚

Investigation of Solar Flare Classification to Identify Optimal Performance

When an intense brightness for a small amount of time is seen in the sun, then we can say that a solar flare emerged. As solar flares are made up of high energy photons and particles, thus causing the production of high electric fields and currents and therefore results in the disruption in space-borne or ground-based technological system. It also becomes a challenging task to extract its important features for prediction. Convolutional Neural Networks have gain a significant amount of popularity in the classification and localization tasks. This paper has given stress on the classification of the solar flares emerged on different years by stacking different convolutional layers followed by max pooling layers. From the reference of Alexnet, the pooling layer employed in this paper is the overlapping pooling. Also two different activation functions that are ELU and CReLU have been used to investigate how many number of convolutional layers with a particular activation function provides with the best results on this dataset as the size of the dataset in this domain is always small. The proposed investigation can be further used in a novel solar prediction systems

Unusual CT and MR Imaging Characteristics of Splenic Lymphoma

Lymphoma is the most common malignancy of the spleen. The imaging features of splenic lymphoma are nonspecific and mostly lymphomas present as a diffusely enlarged spleen. Focal lesions are described but remain of low density or intensity on CT or MRI, respectively. We describe a histologically proven case of splenic lymphoma that showed an atypical hyperdense/hyperenhancing appearance on imaging suspicious for a vascular pathology. To the best of our knowledge and based on review of English literature, such an appearance of splenic lymphoma is extremely unusual and rare
