The purpose of this study is: First To determine pelaksanann roadside Levy Parking In general, based on Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2009 in the District Handsome Pekanbaru. Second, to determine barriers for the implementation of the parking levy based on the edge of the public road Based on Local Regulation No. 3 of 2009 in the District Handsome Pekanbaru. Third, To know the effort that can be done to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of roadside parking levies generally based on Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2009 in the District Handsome Pekanbaru.This study is a kind of sociological research or empirical jurisdiction. Location of the study is the Regional District of Handsome Pekanbaru. Source of data, supported by the primary data source, secondary data sources, data source tartier, while the data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires and library studies. After the data collected was then analyzed qualitatively using the deductive method to analyze the problems of a general nature and is then drawn to a conclusion in particular based on existing theory.From the research problem there are three things that can be inferred, first implementation of curbside parking fees in general, based on Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2009 in the subdistrict of Pekanbaru City Handsome not performing as it should be because of the lack of socialization of the local government to arkir officers and lack of coordination between government the field coordinator. This is because of the barriers faced by local governments. Both the obstacles faced in the implementation of roadside parking levies common in Pekanbaru City Regional District of Handsome operational shortage of officers involved in the supervision and inspection of the field to the parking attendant who sometimes banyaak parking attendant who do not have official permission to carry out their duties

    This research aimed to determine of product quality and price toward the purchase decision bottled water brand Aqua to Economic Education Student of Riau University. The research was conducted at the Economic Education of Riau University. The populations in this study are economic education students generation 2013-2015 numbered 256 people. The samples was taken with proportionate stratified random sampling. The number of the sample was 72 people. The data analysis technique was used multiple regression. The results of this study showed that: 1) Product quality significantly to the influence purchase decisions of bottled water brand Aqua to Economic Education Student of Riau University. 2) Price do not significantly to the influence purchase decisions of bottled water brand Aqua to Economic Education Student of Riau University

    Education is a very important human need to prepare human resources for the development of the nation and state of Indonesia. The advancement of science and technology (Science and Technology) has an increasingly complex impact on society. Therefore, education is expected to develop the potential of learners to become human beings who believe and piety to God Almighty, have a noble character, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become citizens of democratic and responsible (Act number 20 of 2003). Such a society is expected to be able to counteract and solve problems due to the development of science and technology. The emergence of social problems and unpredictable new demands. Education will always face problems because of the gap between expectations and the outcomes of an educational process (Syah M, 2004: 39). This type of research is quasi experiment. Quasi experimental research is a similar study with experimental research, but the difference in experimental research is usually the subject grouped at random. Based on the results of experimental research on primary teacher education students of University Jember campus Bondowoso Lesson Year 2017/2018. through the model of learning Mind Mapping more effective than the model of learning Problem Based Learning on the interest of students of primary teacher education University of Jember Campus Bondowoso Lesson Year 2017/2018. This can be seen from the average of different results in the experimental class with the model of learning Mind Mapping for 85,85 and control class with Problem Based Learning model of 70,27

    The tradition of ulem-ulem and siaran in a wedding party are unique and exciting traditions, because it uses cigarettes, soaps, and laundry detergents to invite many people to attend a wedding party. This research aims to describe: (1) the process and implementation of the tradition of ulem-ulem and siaran in a wedding party; and (2) the positive and negative impacts of the tradition of ulem-ulem and siaran in a wedding party. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative which the methods of the data collection are interview and documentation. The analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis in a narrative form. The results of this research show: (1) The tradition of ulem-ulem is sharing invitation cards around two weeks before a wedding party is held and siaran is done when a wedding party is in progress. (2) The tradition of ulem-ulem and siaran have both positive and negative impacts. One of the positive impacts is many guests bringing gifts. And one of the negative impacts is disturbing many people when they are all sleeping at night

    Background: The quality of health services is a level of service perfection that is carried out in accordance with established standards of ethics in order to increase satisfaction for each patient. Nurse performance is the work of nurses in the form of actions or practices that are easily observed or assessed. By improving the performance of nurses, the quality of service in the hospital will significantly continue to provide satisfaction to patients and the community. Purpose: This descriptive correlational study aimed to identify the relationship between patient satisfaction and nurse’s performance, especially in hospitalized patients. Methods: A 35 hospitalized patients in Delta Surya Hospital Sidoarjo participated on this study and were assessed their perceived of nurse performance using Independent Variable questionnaire and their satisfaction level using Dependent Variable. This questionnaire instrument uses two types of statements, positive statements and negative statements, each 24 items. Results: SPSS results that an Asymp.Sig (2-sided) value of 0,000 was seen. Because the Asymp.Sig (2-sided) value <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between nurse performance with patient satisfaction. Discussion: Customer satisfaction occurs when needs, wants, and their expectation can be fulfilled. And nursing services by wholeheartedly, equally regardless of rank, ethnicity, race, religion or profession will have an impact on patient satisfaction.     Terapi Psikoedukasi terhadap Self Care Activity pada Penderita Diabetes Mellitus

    This study aims to determine the difference in the mean before and after the implementation of psychoeducation therapy on self-care activities in diabetes mellitus sufferers in RW 07 in the work area of Puskesmas Cimahi Tengah. The method in this study used a pre-experiment, with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The sample in this study were patients with type 2 diabetes millitus. This study used a consecutive sampling of 11 respondents. Psychoeducation therapy was given for 5 meetings in 21 days and measurement of self-care activity using the SDSCA questionnaire, then the data were processed using univariate analysis (mean, SD, 95% CI, and Min-Max) and bivariate (t-dependent test). The pretest results obtained were 10.63 and the posttest was 23.00 and the Pvalue was 0.001. In conclusion, there is an effect of psychoeducation therapy on self-care activity in diabetes mellitus sufferers. Keywords: Diabetes Millitus, Psychoeducation, Self-Care Activit
