Hubungan Antara Coping Strategy Dengan Kenakalan Pada Remaja Awal

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between coping strategy with delinquency in the orpanage of Arrahmah Kediri . This research is done in the early adolescents who live in orphanages Arrahmah-kediri with the number of subjects of research as much as 60 teenagers. Results of research indicate that the coping strategy has a negative relationship with juvenile delinquency. Coping strategy in the early adolescents in the orphanage has a relationship with juvenile delinquency. Relations the coping strategy with juvenile delinquency is not significant

The Relationship Between Smartphone Addiction and Forward Head Posture in Junior High School Students in North Denpasar

Background:Nowadays, the smartphone has become an important requirement. The number of smartphone users and the duration of smartphone use is increasing rapidly, and the side effects can be detrimental one of them is forward head posture. The prevalence of forward head posture is greater women (24.1%) than men (9.1%).Methods:This study was an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design.This research was conducted in April 2019 in SMP Negeri 2 Denpasar and SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar andincluding 56 samples, who were recruited through simple random sampling.Variables studied are smartphone addition was measured using the Smartphone Addiction Scale questionnaire, and forward head posture was measured by measuring craniovertebral angles. Data analysis was done using the Chi-Square test. Result: Based on this study, smartphone addiction was related to forward head posture. The research shows that as many as 45 samples had Smartphone Addiction (80.35%) while those who had forward head posture were 29 samples (51.78%).Conclusion : Ignorance of how to sort and choose the effects of globalization, especially smartphone use, which can lead to posture disorders. The factor recognized factors for the occurrences of the forward head posture the lack of education about ergonomic positions when using a smartphone. Parents are advised to set the right smartphone usage for children as early as possible

Pengaruh Praktik Kerja Industri Dan Penguasaan Mata Diklat Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Smk Di Kabupaten Kendal

The objective of the study was to investigate the influence of industrial work practices and accounting productive mastery toward students\u27 work readiness in 12the Grade students of accounting program vocational schools in Kendal district both simultaneously and partially. The population of the study was accounting students in state and private vocational school in Kendal, they were 368 students. The samples were 192 students chosen by proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by documentation and questionnaires, then analyzed by descriptive analysis. Furthermore, hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that industrial work practices and accounting productive mastery influenced simultaneously toward students\u27 work readiness by 56.6%, and partially, the influence of industrial work practices was 45.02% and the influence of accounting productive mastery was only 18.15%

Analisis Pеngaruh Opеrating Lеvеragе dan Financial Lеvеragе Tеrhadap Risiko Sistеmatis Saham (Studi pada Pеrusahaan Sеktor Kеuangan yang Tеrdaftar di Bursa еFеk Indonеsia Pеriodе 2012-2015)

This rеsеarch aims to analyzе thе influеncе of opеrating lеvеragе (DOL) and financial (DFL) to Systеmatic Risk on financial sеrvicе companiеs both simultanеously and partially. Thе companiеs must havе bееn listеd in BЕI during 2012-2015 pеriod. This study is usеful to еxaminе whеthеr opеraing lеvеragе dan financial lеvеragе can еffеct thе systеmatic risk. Information about siystеmatic risk is a must for thе compant and thе invеstor to makе a dеcision. Thе еffеcts of DOL and DFL to corporatе profitability arе dеtеrminеd through multiplе linеar rеgrеssion analysis in SPSS 23 For Windows. Thе findings statе that DOL and DFL simultanеously significant еffеct against systеmatic risk. Rеsult of t tеst show that DOL partially significant еffеct against systеmatic risk. Rеsult of t tеst also show that DFL partially significant еffеct against systеmatic risk. Pengaruh Intensitas R&d terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Variabel Kontrol Umur dan Ukuran Perusahaan (Studi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2016)

This study aims to determine the effect of R&D intensity on the value of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The companies age and size are used as control variables in this study, to support the relationship of R&D intensity to firm value. The R&D intensity, age, and size of the firm have a positive influence in increasing the value of the firms. Explanatory research with quantitative approach is used as a type of research. The secondary data is obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. Sampling method is purposive sampling. Analysis method is simple and multiple regression. The result of t and F test on simple regression show R&D intensity has significant effect to firm value. The result of t test on multiple regression shows the R&D intensity and firm size have a significant effect to firm value, while firm age has no significant effect to firm value. F test on multiple regression shows that the intensity of R&D, age and firm size have significant effect to firm value

Pengaruh Corporate Governance Terhadap Profitabilitas (Studi Pada Perusahaan Perbankan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2015)

This study aims to know the influence of Corporate Governance toward company profitability. Corporate Governance in this study is proxied by proportion of independent board, audit committee, manajerial ownership and institutional ownership. The company's profitability is measured by using the Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Asset (ROA). The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Population of this research is banking company's who are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. The sample selection technique is using purposive sampling method. Type of data are used secondary. Data analysis technique in this study is using multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this study showed that simultaneously, proportion of independent board, audit committee, manajerial ownership and institutional ownership have a siginificant effect on ROA but does not have significant effect on ROE. Proportion of independent board does not have a significant effect on ROE and ROA. Audit committee does not have a significant effect on ROE and ROA. Manajerial ownership does not have a significant effect on ROE and ROA. Institutional ownership does have a significant effect on ROE and ROA
