Anode Paste and Energy Consumptions Analysis for Nadvoitsy Aluminium Smelter Reduction Cells Using Multivariate Statistical Processing Methods

На основе метода главных компонент за рассматриваемый период выявлены наиболее значимые переменные, оказавшие влияние на технико-экономические показатели алюминиевого электролизера. Получены статистические модели, связывающие расход анодной массы и электроэнергии с параметрами сырья и технологии для электролизеров с боковым токоподводом. Рассчитано изменение расхода анодной массы и электроэнергии при изменении отдельного анализируемого параметра на три среднеквадратичных отклонения.Based on principal component analysis for the period under review revealed the most significant variables that influenced the techno-economic performance of aluminum electrolytic.
