Neue Fundmeldungen von Thaumaleidae (Diptera) aus Polen

Six species of Thaumaleidae (Diptera) were collected in varous regions of Poland. Thaumalea miki Edwards and Thaumalea vaillanti Marinovski & Rozkosny are recorded for the first time from Poland; the occurrence of Thaumalea bezzii Edwards, Thaumalea caudata Bezzi, Thaumalea testacea (Ruthé) and Androprosopa larvata (Mik) is confirmed. Sechs Arten von Thaumaleiden wurden in verschiedenen Regionen Polens gesammelt: Thaumalea miki Edwards und Thaumalea vaillanti Marinovski & Rozkosny werden erstmals für die Fauna Polens gemeldet. Das Vorkommen von Thaumalea bezzii Edwards, Thaumalea caudata Bezzi, Thaumalea testacea (Ruthé) und Androprosopa larvata (Mik) wird bestätigt

Zwei neue Chelifera-Arten aus der flavella-Gruppe (Diptera, Empididae)

Two new species of dance flies (Diptera, Empididae, Hemerodromiinae), Chelifera polonica and Chelifera macedonica, are described and figured. Both are members of the C. flavella species group with yellow thorax, unstriped mesonotum and without a stigma. They are close relatives of C. astigma COLLIN. Species are readily distinguished from one another by the shape of the cerci and of the hypandrium
