The paper addresses the issue of modern concepts of "e-education and e-learning", plus the models and the recovery of investment. The following are educational approach focusing on e-learning, using principles androgogic system E-learning, models for implementation of e-learning, plus a comparative analysis of standards and norms of global e-learning. Insertion peculiarities of international standards for e-learning(defining the standards and norms of international e-learning, the use of e-learning on the job market and the realization of e-learning focused on the correlation between strategic business objectives, infrastructure and evaluation system preparing staff). End of paper plays Six-Sigma methodology and the recovery of investment specific e-learning, the level of competence of the actors in the e-learning paradigm and implementation and benefits of online learning.e-education, web-based learning, open and distance learning, androgogic model of e-learning

ANALYZING THE ROMANIAN RESIDENTIAL MARKET UNDER THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC CRISIS EFFECT

As the financial crisis effects continue to spread around the world, Romania is no exception to the global economic climate, as the country continues its attempts to better integrate into the European Union. To what extent is the Romanian residential market affected by the United State financial crisis? What are the causes and effects of the Romanian crisis? How has the crisis evolved so far and our prognostics regarding it? These are some of the questions to which we answer in the present article. We will take into consideration factors such as the residential market of both new and old products, comparing their evolution up until March 2009 and studying their prices, units sold, and latest projects focused on our nation’s capital. Our prognostics estimates that the residential market will start the process of revitalization by Q4 2009 – Q2 2010, when the great demand will be sustained by good bank credit loans.mortgage subprime loans, the contagion effect, the cumulative causality effect, the herd effect, reference interest rate, credits, fiscal facilitation, developer financing, real estate transactions, constructions, sales prices, demand, offer, BREI-N, BREI-V, speculative investments

Argument Mining with Structured SVMs and RNNs

We propose a novel factor graph model for argument mining, designed for settings in which the argumentative relations in a document do not necessarily form a tree structure. (This is the case in over 20% of the web comments dataset we release.) Our model jointly learns elementary unit type classification and argumentative relation prediction. Moreover, our model supports SVM and RNN parametrizations, can enforce structure constraints (e.g., transitivity), and can express dependencies between adjacent relations and propositions. Our approaches outperform unstructured baselines in both web comments and argumentative essay datasets.Comment: Accepted for publication at ACL 2017. 11 pages, 5 figures. A New Life for SQL SELECT Statement

    Get PDF
An important percent from information systems use databases and in the majority of cases for developing such systems are used object oriented programming languages. From this point of view a key aspect is represented by the database querying features. The authors has observed a major gap between querying features of persistence mechanisms and the requirements for developing true object oriented software applications. Consequently, authors propose a new syntax for SQL SELECT statement, syntax that will allow to client applications to retrieve objects graphs.object-oriented database, query, objects graph, SQL, syntax.

THE IMPACT OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS ON THE EVOLUTION OF THE SLOPES IN THE NARUJA BASIN

The environment’s evolution by means of erosion processes takes places wherever the water acts, but the intensity of the phenomenon varies a a lot from one place to another depending on the resultant of two categories of dynamic components. On one side there are the components providing the surface of land with resistance by means of vegetal layer, soil profil, geological sub-layer and human intervention within the landscape which by means of a series of actions contributes to increase or decrease of the resistance of the land’s surface. On the other side, there are the components tending to level the surface of land by means of subaerial modeling processes involving the precipitation with variable intensity, gravitational forces, overland flow and channel discharge. The resultant of the two groups of dynamic components consists, among other things, in production of suspended sediment load, transported and deposited with different intensities depending on the matter and energy flow at the level of hydrographical basins

Two derivations of Principal Component Analysis on datasets of distributions

In this brief note, we formulate Principal Component Analysis (PCA) over datasets consisting not of points but of distributions, characterized by their location and covariance. Just like the usual PCA on points can be equivalently derived via a variance-maximization principle and via a minimization of reconstruction error, we derive a closed-form solution for distributional PCA from both of these perspectives.Comment: 4 pages, 1 figur
