    Pentingnya keberhasilan dalam menjalankan operasional Perusahaan dapat dinilai berdasarkan hasil kinerja para karyawan Perusahaan, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan Kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pelayan karyawan, maka sebaiknya manajemen Perusahaan harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya budaya organisasi, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja fisik Penelitian ini dilakukan di PDAM Kabupaten Tabanan. Untuk mendapatkan data dan hasil yang sesuai maka diperlukan analisis yang sangat tepat. Melalui bantuan kuesioner yaitu, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 63 orang responden, untuk selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh pengaruh budaya organiasi, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pelayanan karyawan pada PDAM Kabupaten Tabanan adalah positif dan signifikan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelayan maka Perusahaan harus memhatikan faktor-faktor budaya organisasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja fisik

    Sistem Koreferensial Klausa Subordinatif Bahasa Indonesia

    This article focuses on the coreferential systems of the Indonesian subordinative clauses. The specific aims are to analyze the Indonesian language typology morphosyntactically, the morphological alteration that brings about the argument structures, and the coreferential behaviour. The data were taken from the Indonesian complex sentences taking the forms of the combination of: 1) intransitive clause and intransitive clause, 2) intransitive clause and transitive clause, 3) transitive clause and intransitive clause, and 4) transitive clause and transitive clause. The theory employed is the theory of typology proposed by Comrie (1988) modified by Artawa (2004). The result of the analysis showed that the Indonesian language does not belong to such language typologies as accusative, active, passive, ergarive, and antipassive; the morphological alteration of the verb can result in the argument structures of the clause taking the forms and marked with zero and personal pronoun; and the basic coreferential system of the Indonesian language may be in the forms of S = P in which A is different, and S = A in which P is different, while the derived systems, which are based upon the combination of clauses, are as follows: (1) S = S, (2) S = P, (3) S = A, (4) A = S, (5) P = S, (6) A = A, (7) A = P, and (8) P = A

    Syntactic Frames and Deep Structure Specification of Semantic Prime ‘Do' in Balinese

    The deep structure specification consists of a control verb and a series of case roles which are marked in the Noun Phrase (NP). Study about the deep structure specification for the semantic prime DO is related to the case grammar of which model is determined by the syntactic frames of the semantic prime DO. Therefore, this article tries to describe the syntactic frames and the case roles of the semantic prime DO. Data were collected from four Balinese folklores with observation method and note taking technique. The Descriptive qualitative method was used to analyze the data collected. The results of the analysis showed that the syntactic frames of the semantic prime DO can be described as (1) X does (something) in which the deep structure can be specified into A-O and B/E-O where B is coreferential with E; (2) X does (something) to/for/with someone / something in which the deep structure can be specified into O-A where S=O, A-O-B, B-Os, and A-O; (3) X does (something) in something in which the deep structure can be specified into Os-L, A-O-L, and E-L; and (4) X does (something) to/for/with someone/something in something in which the deep structure can be specified into O-A-L and B/E-L where B is coreferential with E

    Era globalisasi merupakan salah satu faktor pendorong terjadinya sebuah Perubahan dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB serta peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB karyawan PBF PT Banyumas. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 39 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner secara langsung kepada karyawan PBF. PT. Banyumas dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik dekriptif rata-rata hitung serta statistik deskriptif berupa uji asumsi klasik dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB, variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi parsial pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB pada PBF PT Banyumas.     The recent interest in the relation between translation and ideology led to the following research based on the translation of Krsna text. The Indian short story for Krsna; The Supreme Personality of Godhead and its translation for Krsna: Personalitas Tuhan Yang Maha Esa (English to Indonesia) to highlight how the translation ideology applied in transferring the meaning of emotions. If external influences cannot be avoided, a translation should respect its main scope of being the source for a cultural change. Therefore, the two questions that have eventually to be answered are how does the translation ideology related to the word of emotions in the common culture reader.     Language contextualization in public space in Maluku Province: A landscape linguistics study

    AbstractThis research aims to examine the contextual use of language in public spaces in Maluku Province, Indonesia using a linguistic landscape approach. This study is descriptive- qualitative research, which aims to describe and analyze the context of language in public spaces in Maluku Province in great detail and depth, so that it can provide an accurate overview of the language conditions in the region. To collect data, this research uses participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of signboards and information scattered in the research locations in Ambon City and Buru Island. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively using thematic analysis. This analysis includes stages of theme identification, searching for additional information, theme grouping, and data interpretation. The results show that there are many language variations used in Maluku Province, including local languages, Indonesian, English, Roman, and Arabic. The use of these languages is influenced by the place and environment in which the language is used. Additionally, research also indicates the influence of religion, culture, and media, showing that the identity of the Maluku community is greatly influenced by the language they use
