    Pemberian Sembako Covid_19 pada desa ujung Serdang membutuhkan ketepatan dalam pendistribusian untuk menjaga keadilan serta kesejahtraan masyarakat. Namun dalam pemilihan penerimaan bantuan covid-19 haruslah melihat dari beberapa penilaian yang akurat. Selama ini pemberian bantuan masih menggunakan metode manual yaitu pemerintah desa beserta timnya memilih langsung masyarakat yang layak mererima bantuan sehingga sering sekali terjadi ketidaktepatan serta masih adanya budaya mengutamakan keluarga. Sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pemberian bantuan pada masyarakat Desa Ujung Serdang sangat dibutuhkan sehingga pemerintah Desa Ujung Serdang untuk selanjutnya dapat memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat dengan tepat sasaran dan cepat. Sistem Pendukung keputusan dengan penerapan Metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Metode SMART digunakan untuk menganalisa dalam menentukan masyarakat yang layak mendapatkan bantuan yang dibuat berdasarkan kriteria, sistem pendukung keputusan ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 2010 dan database menggunakan MySQL. Penelitian ini ditargetkan dapat membantu pemerintah Desa Ujung Serdang dalam menentukan penerima bantuan Covid-19. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa hasil kelayakan penerimaan bantuan sembako Covid-19 pada Desa Ujung Serdang yaitu Hendra Tarigan dengan nilai 92 (Layak), Richard Ginting dengan nilai 85 (Layak), Herman Sembiring dengan nilai 77 (layak), David Ginting dengan nilai 75 (Layak), Efendy Sitepu dengan nilai 68 (Layak), Pilih Ginting dengan nilai 65 (Layak), Imanuel Bukit dengan nilai 43,5 (Tidak Layak), Rejeki Ginting dengan nilai 32 (Tidak Layak), Tamrin Tarigan dengan nilai 30 (Tidak Layak), Mberngap Sembiring dengan nilai 27 Tidak Layak)

    Determination of outstanding students at school is very important to provide suggestions for students at SMK Karya Serdang Lubuk Pakam. However, in determining student achievement, it is necessary to look at several criteria and accurate assessments, to provide maximum results. SMK Karya Serdang Lubuk Pakam in determining outstanding students has not used a system, so it needs a decision support system in determining outstanding students. The method used in determining outstanding students is the Profile Matching Method. The variables determined in this study are 1) Knowledge. 2) Personality. 3) Extracurricular This system is built by applying the web-based Profile Matching method and MySQL as the database. With the application of the Profile Matching method in determining outstanding students at SMK Karya Serdang Lubuk Pakam from the 20 predetermined candidates, the best student is Putri with a score of 2.16

    In the selection of KIP Lecture recipients, private tertiary institutions are given flexibility in recruiting. However, in terms of selection, there are often problems, where the quotas given to applicants are very different. The ratio of applicants and quotas can exceed 10:1 and increase every year so that problems arise in determining who is entitled to receive KIP Lectures from among a large number of applicants. This study aims to overcome this problem by building a decision support system by applying the TOPSIS method. The alternatives in this study were KIP registrants studying at STMIK Pelita Nusantara and the criteria for analysis were SMA/SMK Graduation Years, Economic Limitations, Parents' Income, Number of Dependents on Parents, Home Status, Academic Achievement, Extracurricular Achievements, TPA Score. The objectives of this study are 1) How to assist the management of STMIK Pelita Nusantara in determining KIP Lecture recipients every year based on the quota provided by the government?; 2) How to apply the TOPIS method in determining KIP recipients at STMIK Pelita Nusantara?; 3) How to build a decision support system for determining KIP Lecture recipients by applying the TOPSIS method to assist the management of STMIK Pelita Nusantara every year? The stages of the research method are carried out starting from identifying problems, collecting data, analyzing with the TOPSIS method, system design, system development, system testing, and publication of scientific articles. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the TOPSIS method can be implemented in determining recipients of KIP Lectures at STMIK Pelita Nusantar
