    DISTRIBUTION OF HYDROCARBONS IN PARTICULATE MATTER AND BOTTOM SEDIMENTS OF THE VOLGA DELTA

    Data are presented on the content and composition of hydrocarbons (aliphatic and polyaromatic) in the filtered particulate matter and in the surface layer of the bottom sediments of the Volga River and the northern shelf of the Caspian Sea. Because of transformation and precipitation of anthropogenic and natural compounds, the HC composition in particulate matter and bottom sediments undergoes changes caused by precipitation of particulate matter, varying temperatures, and mixing of fresh and saline waters. It appeared that the greatest accumulation of the HC proceeds in the region of avalanche sedimentation, and their content is independent of the grain-size type of the sediments. The anthropogenic HC (oil and pyrogenous) do not pass the marginal filter of the Volga River and do not enter the open part of the sea

The object of the study is residents of Siberia, who have high human capital and prospect of acting as a social support for contemporary modernization of their regions. Based on the analysis of official statistics and surveys of the population in the regions of Siberia, an assessment of the educational potential of internal migration and socio-cultural characteristics of potential agents of modernization in the population of these territories is made.Статья посвящена исследованию социально-экономических, социодемографических и социокультурных характеристик экономически активного образованного населения регионов Сибирского федерального округа. Объект исследования – резиденты Сибири, обладающие высоким человеческим капиталом и перспективой действия в качестве социальной поддержки современной модернизации их регионов. На основе анализа официальной статистики и изучения населения в регионах Сибири сделана оценка образовательного потенциала внутренней миграции и социокультурных характеристик потенциальных агентов модернизации среди населения этих территорий

    Der soziokulturelle Kontext der Konkurrenzfähigkeit junger Menschen in einer großen Region in Sibirien

    Ziel der vorgestellten Studie ist die Analyse des inneren und äußeren soziokulturellen Kontexts der sozialen Konkurrenzfähigkeit junger Erwachsener einer großen Region in Sibirien, der Region Krasnojarsk. Der äußere Kontext der sozialen Konkurrenzfähigkeit ist die soziokulturelle Umgebung, der innere besteht aus einer Reihe von Werteorientierungen und sozialen Vorstellungen. Soziale Konkurrenzfähigkeit wird als Fähigkeit eines sozialen Akteurs betrachtet, seine Ziele in der Gesellschaft im Wettbewerb mit anderen Akteuren zu erreichen. Es wurde festgestellt, dass diejenigen jungen Menschen am konkurrenzfähigsten sind, die ihre soziokulturelle Makroumgebung (die Gesellschaft in Russland) entweder als vorindustriell oder feudal betrachten, oder aber als kapitalistische oder Industriegesellschaft. Über eine besonders hohe Konkurrenzfähigkeit verfügen diejenigen jungen Erwachsenen, die sich bei ihrer beruflichen Tätigkeit an marktwirtschaftlichen Werten orientieren, was deren erfolgreiche Anpassung an die im Land bestehenden sozio-ökonomischen Bedingungen belegt. Der soziokulturelle Kontext der Konkurrenzfähigkeit junger Menschen entspricht im höchsten Maße dem derzeitigen Zustand der Gesellschaft in Russland. Viele erwachsene Menschen in Russland hingegen leben weiterhin in dem soziokulturellen Kontext einer vergangenen Epoche
