    Объектом исследования является концепт "природа" в виртуальном дискурсе сферы природопользования на английском и русском языках. Предметом исследования представлены языковые средства концепта "природа" в русском и английском языках. Цель работы – выявление семантических особенностей реализации концепта "природа" на материале сайтов в сфере природопользования на русском и английском языках. В процессе исследования были рассмотрены такие понятия, как концепт, языковая картина мира, научная картина мира, дискурс, дискурсивная картина мира, проанализированы семантические особенности концепта "природа" в русском и английском языках.The object of the research is the concept “nature” in virtual discourse in environmental management sphere in Russian and in English. The subject of the research is linguistic means representing the concept “nature” in Russian and English. The aim is to identify semantic features of verbalization of the concept “nature” in texts of virtual environmental management discourse in Russian and in English. During the research process, the following terms have been considered: concept, linguistic view of the world, scientific view of the world, discourse, discursive view of the world.     Prevalence of crab asthma in crab plant workers in Newfoundland and Labrador

    Objectives. The aim of the study was to determine the prevalence of snow crab sensitisation and occupational asthma. Study design. Prevalence study of symptoms, pulmonary function testing and allergy testing to crab was conducted in four crab plants of different design in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Methods. Plants workers in four crab plants were interviewed and offered skin testing, RAST, pulmonary function testing and peak flow monitoring before and during crab processing. Results. 38% (n=78) had atopy. 18% (n=39) had certain or highly probable crab asthma. The prevalence of sensitisation in different crab plants varied from 50% (n=19) to 15% (n=16) and the prevalence of certain or highly probable crab asthma varied from 50% (n=19) to 9% (n=3). Conclusion. Crab asthma and sensitisation to snow crab is a major health problem for snow crab plant workers in Newfoundland and Labrado

    The primary purpose of the present study was to determine the viability of using incinerator ash and slag from municipal solid waste as a secondary source of cementitious materials. The combustion products used were taken from two types of Spanish MSW incinerators, one located at Valdemingómez, in Madrid, and the other in Melilla, with different incineration systems: one with fluidised bed combustion and other with mass burn waterwall. The effect of temperature (from 800 to 1,200ºC) on washed and unwashed incinerator residue was studied, in particular with regard to phase formation in washed products with a high NaCl and KCl content. The solid phases obtained were characterized by X-ray diffraction and BET-N2 specific surface procedures.El principal objetivo del trabajo ha sido determinar la viabilidad del uso de las cenizas y escorias procedentes de la incineración de residuos sólidos urbanos, como materia prima secundaria para la obtención de fases cementantes. Para ello se han empleado los residuos generados en dos tipos de incineradoras españolas de residuos sólidos urbanos: la incineradora de Valdemingómez y la incineradora de Melilla. Se ha estudiado la transformación de los residuos, sin tratamiento previo, en función de la temperatura de calentamiento (desde 800ºC hasta 1.200ºC), así como la influencia del lavado de los residuos con alto contenido en NaCl y KCl en la formación de fases obtenidas a las diferentes temperaturas de calcinación.
