Unusual Benign Smooth Muscle Lesions of the Tongue: Review and Report of Two Cases

Benign smooth muscle proliferations are relatively rare in the oral cavity. Most are classified as angioleiomyomas, some as hamartomatous growths and a few as cutaneous-type leiomyomas.
