Setor agroindustrial do desenvolvimento da Rússia sob sanções e contra-sanções
In the article they studied the specifics of Russia agro-industrial sector development in connection with the current political and economic instability, they revealed positive and negative aspects for the agriculture sector in conditions of sanctions and counter-sanctions. Besides, they analyzed the indicators characterizing the volumes of domestic product export and import, the losses of individual countries due to sanctions and counter-sanctions. In order to preserve positive shifts and increase the import substitution of agricultural products, they determined problems and possible solutions, offered the trends for the development of Russian agro-industrial sector and the strengthening of food security.En el artículo que estudiaron los detalles del desarrollo del sector agroindustrial de Rusia en relación con la actual inestabilidad política y económica, revelaron aspectos positivos y negativos para el sector agrícola en condiciones de sanciones y contra sanciones. Además, analizaron los indicadores que caracterizan los volúmenes de exportación e importación de productos nacionales, las pérdidas de países individuales debido a sanciones y contra sanciones. Con el fin de preservar los cambios positivos y aumentar la sustitución de importaciones de productos agrícolas, determinaron los problemas y las posibles soluciones, ofrecieron las tendencias para el desarrollo del sector agroindustrial ruso y el fortalecimiento de la seguridad alimentaria.No artigo que estudaram as especificidades do desenvolvimento do setor agroindustrial da Rússia em conexão com a atual instabilidade política e econômica, eles revelaram aspectos positivos e negativos para o setor agrícola em condições de sanções e contra-sanções. INTRODUCTION OF THE LATEST DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE BANKING SECTOR: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND RUSSIAN PRACTICE
Purpose: The article is devoted to topical issues of strategic development of commercial banks in the context of digitalization of the economy, requiring the introduction of new financial technologies in the financial and credit sphere. The paper describes a number of new digital technologies based on artificial intelligence; open API, biometric identification system, Big Data, Blockchain, cloud technologies, as well as how these technologies are used in the Bank's work with customers.
Methodology: The study of the chosen topic is based on the methods of generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, the method of groupings, as well as models of banking management used in practice by modern domestic and foreign banks.
Result: The article analyzes the experience of foreign countries in the use of these technologies in the banking sector and substantiates the need for an early transition of the Russian banking sector to a more innovative model of functioning. In conclusion, the paper identifies opportunities and ways for the further development of digital technologies in the banking sector.
Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students.

Situational and game technologies of training in students’ professional competence development
The transition from traditional educational paradigm to competence one has marked new ways of higher educational institutions development. The implementation of modern Federal state educational standards requirements has determined the need to use modern specialist methods in training that develop students’ competence and the ability to carry out highly qualified professional activities. Higher education institutions face the task of implementing technologies that contribute to the development of practical orientation of students, their independence in this process. The purpose of the article is to reveal the experience of using situational-game technologies of training, as one of the most practice-oriented, aimed at activating students’ students, contributing to professional competence development. The concept of "technology" came to education from the sphere of production. Technologization implies a clear subordination to a certain algorithm of actions, so the technology allows you to achieve specific results in the allotted amount of time. In the field of professional education, technology has changed, but its meaning remains the same-the regulation of the activities of the subjects of the educational process to achieve the planned goals. The article defines the essence of educational technologies in the training of University students, reveals the features of their application, the role and advantages of situational and game technologies of training in the conditions of implementation of the competence approach. The research given in this article shows the importance of game educational technologies and the prospects of their use in the training a highly qualified, creative specialist who can quickly solve professional problems in non-standard ways
