    Pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Dan Implikasinya Terhadap Mutu Output Pendidikan (Studi Pada Gugus IV Sekolah Dasar Di Kec. Langke Rembong)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: 1) pelaksanaan MBS pada gugus IV sekolah dasar di Kec. Langke Rembong; 2) kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pihak sekolah dalam pelaksanaan MBS dan alternatif pemecahan masalahnya; 3) implikasi pelaksanaan MBS terhadap mutu output pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) secara umum pelaksanaan MBS berjalan cukup baik. Ini terlihat dari skor penilaian kualitas pelaksanaan MBS; 2) kendala yang dihadapi sekolah dalam pelaksanaan MBS adalah keterbatasan fasilitas terutama ruang kelas dan alat peraga pembelajaran, masalah SDM Pendidik yang belum semua profesional, komitmen pendidik terhadap mutu pendidikan tidak sama, minimnya kemauan belajar serta merosotnya perilaku peserta didik, minimnya daya dukung orang tua terutama berkaitan dengan bimbingan sikap dan pengetahuan peserta didik. Adapun alternatif pemecahan masalahnya al: secara teoretis, pendidik menggunakan media pembelajaran, perekrutan tenaga pendidik melalui tes, sekolah perlu mengevaluasi kinerja mereka, sekolah mengembangkan mutu tenaga pendidiknya secara kontinu hingga mereka menjadi profesional, sekolah merangsang tenaga pendidik melalui sistem bonus, kepala sekolah mengunjungi rumah tenaga pendidik serta mendengarkan keluhan mereka; penerimaan peserta didik melalui tes, pengembangan hard skill dan soft skill peserta didik secara seimbang, pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa, gunakan pendekatan school-based dan home-based untuk mengajak orang tua berpartisipasi aktif dalam pendidikan; 3) pelaksanaan MBS berimplikasi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Dari segi akademik, prestasi yang menonjol hanya persentase UN seratus persen dan rata-rata nilai UN di atas standar kelulusan. Sementara, prestasi lomba bidang studi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, inovatif, dll kurang menonjol. Dari segi non akademik, prestasi yang menonjol hanya kejuaraan lomba di bidang non akademik seperti olah raga, pramuka, keseniaan, dll. Sementara, lulusan yang menunjukkan karakter jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, santun, dll kurang menonjol. .Kata Kunci : Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah, Mutu Output Pendidikan This study was aimed at describing: 1) the implementation of school-based management (SBM) in Cluster IV primary schools in Langke Rembong district,2) the constraints encountered by the schools in implementing SBM and their solution alternatives and 3) the implication toward output quality of education. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and use of documents. The results showed that 1) in general the implementation of SBM ran quite well. This was seen from the score of the evaluation of the quality of SBM implementation; 2) The constraints encountered by the schools in the implementation of SBM were limitation of facilities especially classrooms and teaching aids, not all of the teachers were professionals, the teachers had different levels of commitment toward the quality of education and the students had a minimum willingness to learn and the students\u27 degrading behavior and minimal parental support at home, especially in relation to guidance in attitude and knowledge. The solution alternatives of the problems, among others, were theoretically, use of instructional media by the teachers, recruitment of educational personnel through testing, the need of the schools to evaluate their performances, the development of the quality of the personnel through reward system, visitation by the principals to their homes and listening to their complaints, admission of students through testing, proportional students\u27 hard skill and soft skill development, student centered learning, use of school-based and home-based approach to invite the parents to participate actively in education; 3) The implementation of SBM has an implication toward improvement of educational quality. In terms of academic achievement, the outstanding achievement in this cluster was only in national examination (100% of the students who took it passed) and the average score was above the passing standard. The achievement in study areas, critical thinking ability and innovation were not outstanding. In terms of nonacademic achievement, they were good at nonacademic championships such as in sports, scouting, arts, etc. On the other hand, graduates who showed characters such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, curiosity , politeness in communication, etc were not outstanding

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kontribusi praktek kerja industri terhadap kompetensi kejuruan pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Boga Undhira Bali, (2) kontribusi bimbingan karir kejuruan terhadap kompetensi kejuruan pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Boga Undhira Bali (3) kontribusi ekspektasi karir terhadap kompetensi kejuruan pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Boga Undhira Bali, dan (4) kontribusi praktek kerja industri, bimbingan karir kejuruan, dan ekepektasi karir secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi kejuruan pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Boga Undhira Bali. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Boga Undhira Bali, dengan jumlah populasi 296 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil sebanyak 154 orang mahasiswa dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data penelitian ini adalah hasil jawaban instrumen penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi praktek kerja industri terhadap kompetensi kejuruan Mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Boga Undhira Bali dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 5,4%, (2) terdapat kontribusi bimbingan karir kejuruan terhadap kompetensi kejuruan Mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Boga Undhira Bali dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 13,6%, (3) terdapat kontribusi ekspektasi karir terhadap kompetensi kejuruan Mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Boga Undhira Bali dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 23,9%, dan (4) terdapat kontribusi praktek kerja industri, bimbingan karir kejuruan, dan ekspektasi karir terhadap kompetensi kejuruan Mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Boga Undhira Bali dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 42,8%. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi prakerin, bimbingan karir kejuruan, dan Ekepektasi karir secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi kejuruan pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Tata Boga Undhira Bali. The approach of this study was categorized into ex-post facto. The population of this study was all students of cookery program Undhira Bali which they were 296 students. The sample of this study was selected by using proportional random sampling technique where the sample chosen was 154 students. The data was collected through the implementation of questionnaires and analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results show that (1) there is a contribution between industry training toward vocational competency students of cookery program in Undhira Bali as much as 5,4%, (2) there is a contribution between vocational career guidance toward vocational competency students of cookery program in Undhira Bali as much as 13,6%, (3) there is a contribution between career expectation toward vocational competency students of cookery program in Undhira Bali as much as 23,9%, and (4) there is a contribution of industry training, vocational career guidance and career expectation toward vocational competency students of cookery program in Undhira Bali simultaneously as much as 42,8%.     Determinasi Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah, Kemampuan Komunikasi Dan Komitmen Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Ketercapaian Mutu Pendidikan Sekolah

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : Determinasi Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah, kemampuan komunikasi dan komitmen Kepala Sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah di SMAN se kecamatan Gerokgak secara sendiri-sendiri maupun simultan. Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan ex-post facto yang melibatkan tiga variabel bebas yakni Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah, Kemampuan Komunikasi, dan Komitmen Kepala Sekolah. Dengan satu variabel terikat yaitu mutu pendidikan sekolah. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh guru SMAN se kecamatan Gerokgak dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 45 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regeri dan korelasi sederhana, regresi dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah SMAN se kecamatan Gerokgak dengan determinasi 83,1%, SE 40,23%, 2) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara kemampuan komunikasi terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah SMAN se kecamatan Gerokgak dengan determinasi 71,7% dan SE 13.63% 3) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara komitmen Kepala Sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah SMAN se kecamatan Gerokgak dengan determinasi 71,7% dan SE 33,64%, 4) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepala sekolah, kemampuan komunikasi, komitmen Kepala Sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah SMAN se kecamatan Gerokgak dengan determinasi 87,5% dan SE 87,5 %. This study used ex-post facto approach involving three independent variables of school principal's competence, school principal's communication ability, and school principal's commitment and one dependent variable of school educational quality. The population consisted of all public senior secondary school teachers in Gerokgak district with a sample of 45. The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed using simple regression, simple correlation, multiple regression and multiple correlation. The results showed that (1) there was a significant determination of communication ability to public senior high school quality throughout Gerokgak district with 83.1% determination and 40.23% SE; (2) there was a significant determination of communication ability to senior high school quality throughout Gerokgak district with 71.7% determination and 13.63% SE ; (3) there was a significant determination of school principal's commitment to school educational quality with 71.7% determination and 33.64% SE; and (4) there was a significant determination of school principal's competence, communication ability, and commitment to school educational quality with 87.5% determination and 87.5% SE

    Pengelolaan Dapur Praktik Program Studi Manajemen Tata Boga Stp Bali

    Kualitas pendidikan akan terwujud jika proses belajar mengajar berlangsung dengan baik. Untuk mewujudkan proses belajar mengajar diperlukan adanya komponen yang mendukung. Komponen tersebut diantaranya pengadaan peralatan yang memadai, pemeliharaan peralatan yang maksimal ,perawatan dan pengelolaan penggunaan maupun penyimpanan dan inventory peralatan laboratorium dapur praktik. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini tergolong ke dalam penelitian deskriptif tipe studi kasus (case Study) karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesripsikan sebuah kasus yakni pengelolaan laboratorium dapur praktik boga di STP Bali. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa pengadaan peralatan dapur praktik secara bertahap dapat dipenuhi oleh sekolah. Pemerintah Pusat memberikan bantuan dana, berupa dana dekonsentrasi yang direalisasi melalui proposal dan verifikasi proposal. Penggunaan dapur praktik boga semata- mata untuk proses pembelajaran praktikum untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa. Program pemeliharaan peralatan dapur praktik disusun sesuai dengan perencanaan ,proses dan hasil yang didapatkan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian ini untuk pengadaan peralatan dapur praktik boga sudah oftimal, perlu mengadakan teknisi pemeliharaan peralatan.,dan dirancang untuk diadakan perawatan rutin, berkala, preventif dan darurat. Demikian pula untuk penyimpanan dan inventory peralatan menunjukan hasil belum oftimalKata Kunci : pengelolaan dan pemeliharaan dapur praktik The quality of education can be achieved of the process of studying and learning goes well, some supporting elements are very essential to make the process go smoothly, such as adequite purchasing facilities, maximum facility maintenance and good laboratory management and maintenance.This study is a type of descriptive case study, aimed at describing case of managing the kitchen laboratory of food and beverage production management in STP Bali.The results show that the facility purchasing process can be completed periodically by the institute.The Central Goverment gives finantial support in the form of deconcentration finance which can be down through proposal verification.The practical kitchen laboratory is only used for student practice to improve their skills.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi Nilai Ujian Nasional IPA SMP, inteligensi, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas XI SMAN Se Subrayon 4 Karangasem Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015, baik secara terpisah maupun simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk ex post facto yang dilaksanakan di SMAN Se Subrayon 4 Karangasem dengan populasi sebanyak 361 orang dan sampel sebanyak 200 orang yang diambil secara random sampling sederhana. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan teknik analisis regresi sederhana, regresi ganda serta regresi parsial. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan Nilai ujian Nasional Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam SMP, inteligensi, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas XI SMAN Se Subrayon 4 Karangasem Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015, baik secara terpisah maupun simultan.     Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stad Terhadap Hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia Ditinjau Dari Motivasi Belajar Siswa

    Penelitian ini tergolong eksperimen semu dengan rancangan faktorial 2x2. Tujuannya, untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa. Populasinya siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Seririt tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 124 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan cluster random sampling dengan random pada kelompok untuk menentukan kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Sampel pada setiap sel sebanyak 21 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner untuk motivasi belajar siswa dan dengan tes untuk hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan teknik ANAVA dua jalur dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional, 2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia, di mana model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD lebih unggul daripada model pembelajaran konvensional pada kelompok siswa dengan motivasi belajar tinggi. Akan tetapi, pada kelompok siswa dengan motivasi belajar rendah terjadi yang sebaliknya. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Seririt tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD, Hasil Belajar, dan Motivasi Belajar. This study belonged to quasi-experimental study with 2x2 factorial design. The aim of this study was to find out the effect of the implementation of STAD type cooperative learning model on Indonesian learning achievement viewed from student learning motivation. The population consisted of the 124 eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Seririt in the academic year 2013/2014, spreading in four parallel classes. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling technique with randomization of groups to determine experiment and control groups. The sample of each cell was 21 students. The data were collected by distributing questionnaire for student learning motivation, and a test for collecting data on Indonesian learning achievement. The data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA, which was followed by Tukey test. The results showed the following findings: (1) There was a difference in learning achievement in Indonesian learning achievement between the students who took STAD type cooperative learning model and those who took conventional learning model ,(2) there was an interactional effect between learning model and learning motivation on Indonesian learning achievement in which STAD type cooperative learning model was more effective conventional model in the group of students with a high learning motivation. But, in the group of students with a low learning motivation the reverse was the case. Therefore, the implementation of learning model and learning motivation has a significant effect on Indonesian learning achievement, especially in the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Seririt in the academic year 2013/2014

    This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the School Library Management of Public Senior High Schools in the city of Tabanan Year 2012/2013 , seen from the component context , input , process , and product as well as the constraints faced in the implementation of management programs at the school library of Public Senior High Schools in the city of Tabanan and if program continued . The research was conducted at Public Senior High Schools in the city of Tabanan regency involving Principals , Teachers , Librarians / library staff , and students from OSIS elements . Determination of study subjects with Purposipe Sampling techniques , namely the school community are very committed to the implementation of the School Library Management as much as117 people. This study classified as descriptive research - quantitative . In this study using CIPP models . In quantitative evaluation process carried out with the emphasis on objectivity , reliability , and validity , which is focused on the measurement data in the form of figures and analysis using T - Score . Data was collected through questionnaires shaped instrument . To determine the level of implementation of the program evektivitas school library management , T - Score dikonfersikan the data into quadrants Prototype effectiveness of school library management . From the results of the analysis indicate that the component context , input , process , and products obtained positive results ( + + + + ) .     Kontribusi Locus of Control, Iklim Kerja, Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pasca Sertifikasi Pada Guru-guru SMP Di Kecamatan Bangli, Kabupaten Bangli

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi locus of control, iklim kerja, motivasi kerja, dan secara bersama-sama locus of control, iklim kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru-guru SMP pasca sertifikasi di Kecamatan Bangli, Kabupaten Bangli. Populasi subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP yang telah mendapat sertifikat pendidik di Kecamatan Bangli Kabupaten Bangli berjumlah 116 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi korelasi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara locus of control terhadap kinerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi = 53.754+ 0.702X1 dengan kontribusi 44,5% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 22,64%, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi: = 69.460+ 0, 604X2 dengan kontribusi sebesar 38,8% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 23,89%, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi = 60.197+ 0.585X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 37,6% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 18,78%, dan (4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama locus of control, iklim kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi = -7.124 + 0, 374X1 + 0, 372X2 + 0, 292X3 dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 65,3%. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was a significant contribution of locus of control toward the performance of Junior High School certified teachers as shown by regression linear equation = 53.754+ 0.702X1 with 44.5% contribution and 22.64% effective contribution, (2) there was a significant contribution of work climate toward the teacher's performance as shown by l regression linear equation = 69.460+ 0, 604X2 with 38.8% contribution and 23. 89% effective contribution, (3) there was a significant contribution of work motivation toward the teacher's performance as shown by equation linear regression = 60.197+ 0.585X3 with 37.6% contribution and 18.78% effective contribution, and (4) there was a significant contribution of locus of control, work climate and work motivation toward teacher's performance as shown by regression linear equation = 7.124 + 0, 374X1 + 0, 372X2 + 0, 292X3 with 65.3% effective contribution
