Cerebrovascular disease or stroke is a group of brain dysfunctions related to disease of the blood vessels supplying the brain. Stroke patients is certainly abnormalities in various organ functions such as difficulty walking, and moving the hand or even difficult to speak. In addition through the process of physiological therapeutics, one that is comprehensive and holistic approach, which is through the process of hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is a therapy that is performed on patients in a hypnotic state. Even some serious medical cases such as cancer and heart attacks, hypnotherapy accelerate recovery of a patient. It is very possible because directed hypnotherapy to boost the immune system and reprogram individual attitude towards her illness. In hypnotherapy there is a progressive relaxation technique, relaxation technique that is done by focusing on the contraction and relaxation of the muscles of the body. So the therapy for post-stroke patients using hypnotherapy, especially with the use of progressive relaxation techniques, can help reduce muscle tension in patients with post-stroke

The Different Attributes Between Visitors Traditional Market and Modern Market Samarinda East Kalimantan

AC Nielsen Research data states that in Indonesia there are 13.450 pieces in traditional markets as fast growing middle class population many were built modern markets in some big cities. Modern market grew by 31.4 % per year, while the traditional market following the 8 % per year. If the management of traditional markets are not addressed then the traditional market will lose visitors because most middle group will choose to shop in the modern market for reasons of hygiene, safety, comfort , etc. This study aims to determine what attributes that differentiate consumers in traditional markets and modern. The basis of this research is the study of traditional market versus modern market of Indonesia. There are 8 attributes that differentiate consumers in modern markets and traditional markets , namely : price , quality, completeness goods , scales , location , security , convenience and ease of payment . With multiple analysis multiple discriminant analysis obtained that attributes of quality, completeness goods , security and comfort of an independent variable as perceived by visitors are significantly show the differentiate of traditional markets and modern . The results provide managers recommendation that more traditional markets to improve the quality of goods , goods completeness , safety and comfort in order to keep the traditional markets enjoyed by visitors middle class group.

The Study of Policy Resource Allocation of Land Use in the Agricultural Development Sector in East Kutai

an important issue in today's development is sustainable agriculture. Sustainable agriculture is a process that utilizes agricultural resources optimally to meet the needs and welfare of the present without compromising the needs and welfare of future generations. Along with the pace of conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land, agricultural resources that need to be given priority are agricultural land, especially agricultural land. Agricultural sector is not a sector seed in the East Kutai Regency since 2006 until today, many things that can cause this, which is the conversion of agricultural land that continues to happen, it will threaten food security in a sustainable manner. There are three sub-districts in East Kutai district are included in the Kutai National Park South Sangata area, North Sangata and Teluk Pandan . National Policy on Control of Land specified in order to reduce the conversion of agricultural land as set out in the 2010-2014 RPJMN included in the priorities of food security with the core substance of the Land , Regional Development and Spatial Planning Agriculture with the regulatory arrangements to ensure legal certainty for the agricultural lands , development of new agricultural area of 2 million hectares, controlling and optimizing the use of abandoned land.
