Educational spaceand management asan object and mechanismfor modernizing of themodern state
Russian education nowadays is structurally and functionally dependent on the socio-cultural and political environment. State policy and the management process in the field of education are closely connected with modern Russian modernization processes that have revealed crisis phenomena in Russian society, affected virtually all spheres of public life, and have had a serious impact on the functioning of the main socio-political institutions. Stabilization and the emergence of a new level of socio-economic and political development of modern Russia are possible provided that a new personality type is formed, capable of improving the system of institutions designed to minimize the destabilizing challenges and threats to the modern Russian state. New socio-economic conditions caused by globalization and the global economic crisis have created many problems; their solution is related to the development of fundamentally different theoretical and methodological approaches to education management in the context of contemporary realities of Russian statehood. To some extent, this is an attempt to justify the transition of Russian educational system to the principles of the Bologna Declaration. The problem of the development of education in modern Russia lies in the formation of such an idea about it that would be the determining factor and means for increasing the qualitative state of human capital, which in turn would contribute to the development of the state and increase its competitiveness in the international arena. Today we can state that the state of the education system is one of the most important factors in the formation of the political, economic and social life of modern society, it is inextricably linked with the growth of the role of human capital. The formation of a new educational space as a necessary condition for the successful modernization of modern Russia is an objective need of the state for quality higher and secondary education, which, in turn, requires a transformation of state educational policies and management mechanisms. The study of the world experience in the sphere of optimization of management mechanisms in educational policy, the identification of vectors and conditions for the transformation of this sphere, actualizes the claimed topic of the proposed study. The state of anomie that has struck Russian society in recent decades, the search for a new national idea, pose to the scholarly community the task of studying technologies and methods of forming citizenship in the process of involving the younger generation not only in the educational sphere as a whole, but also in the cluster education system itself. Consideration of the role and place of education in the system of management of educational processes determines the problems of this article as important and in demand at the present stage
TEACHING MARKETING TRANSLATION: DOS AND DON'TS
The proposed article deals with the problems of training multi-skilled modern translators in accordance with the actual needs of employers interested in forming a personnel reserve taking into account the requirements of the labor market. There is a need to train new-breed highly skilled translators, who speak several foreign languages and are capable of performing numerous types of translation in various kinds of environments. Comprehensive multi-level training of translation personnel will allow, on the one hand, to boost the development of a portfolio of interdisciplinary programs, the status of which is currently not institutionalized, and, on the other hand, to ensure professional mobility of graduates from prestigious language universities (for example, RUDN University and Moscow State Linguistic University). In the current context of the Russian higher education system, the university curriculum implies teaching a foreign language only within the chosen specialty. This brings about a new challenge to teachers and lecturers - to maximize students' extra-linguistic knowledge so that in the future they are able to perform professional activities globally. The authors propose a method of teaching students in marketing specialties, taking into account the needs of the market in a situation of globalization
BREAKING THROUGH IN SUBJECT RANKINGS: IMLICAM EXPERIENCE
For many years now, there has been a certain structure for the existence of universities in the world. Classical university assumes the presence of faculties in many forms of training, centers for continuing education, summer schools, scientific laboratories, etc. In the proposed article the authors will describe in detail the experience of RUDN University, where on the basis of the Faculty of Philology was created Institute of Modern Languages, Intercultural Communication and Migration (IMLICaM). The activities of IMLICaM are aimed primarily at improving the academic reputation of the university and promotion in the subject ranking of Modern Languages. Today RUDN University is placed Top-200 in the subject ranking "Modern Languages" and Top-300 in "Linguistics", which proves the successful performance of IMLICaM. The aim of the article is to describe the steps undertaken to make IMLICaM a ground-breaking subdivision, its main activities (joint research laboratory, students exchange programs, enhancing reputation and establishing close business relationships, etc.), challenges and perspectives
Actual ethnopsycholinguistic methods of foreign languages teaching in higher education
The study of key issues related to the processes of interaction between language and culture is one of the fundamental problems of the theory of language, theory and practice of intercultural communication, linguistic culture, history and other scholarly disciplines associated with immersion in another language-culture space. The status of the native speaker implies the presence in the linguistic consciousness of the individual of a certain set of common features shared by other native speakers, which, incidentally, does not exclude the possibility of realizing the individual potential in speech activity. The spontaneous nature of oral speech lies in the fact that the speaker does not realize how they speak and perceive sounding speech, thus revealing their personal qualities. Language consciousness and a sense of language only indicate the direction of motion; The final goal, that is, the realization of the communicative intention, must be achieved by the speaker themselves. Far from always moving to the goal of communication has a one-way, progressive character. Communicative failures can be due to different causes, and the language turns out to be the "enemy" predominantly in oral speech. The use of ethnopsycholinguistic methods allows reducing and/or eliminating ethnocultural, sociopsycholinguistic distance in the linguistic space of the student's personality as quickly as possible

The problems of formation of the modern elitistlanguage personality in the age of globalization and migrations
In the period of the post-Soviet States active development, the problems of multilingualism and the formation of multilingualism are becoming increasingly acute. The modern IT-penetrated society raises the question of choosing the language of communication and the language of thinking not only at the society level but also on the level of language personality in particular. Entropy processes inevitably entail the phenomena of interference, intervention (capture of the language sphere), attrition (spoilage of the language) that accompany the process of poly-linguism and transculture, influencing the processes of mastering new languages and preserving the native language. Modern society, involved in the world of digital technologies and communications, remains split in social, ideological, cultural and national respects. From the middle of the second decade of the 21st century, the problem of inter-ethnic tensions and the search for constructive dialogue in the situation of migration has come to the fore and continues to be topical all over the world. In this regard, the discussion of theoretical and practical questions of the language personality, where the elitist language personality becomes a certain guide, an ideal in intercultural communication, gains particular urgency. Since migration and globalization have a dominant influence on modern communicative processes, an interdisciplinary understanding of the issue requires the integration of knowledge from various fields into unified systems for solving topical and complex scientific, theoretical and practical problems. Researchers at the turn of the millennium have reasonably raised the question of the need for correction of Russian grammar
