PTM annotations of human RRM domains

Includes two sets of MAFFT alignments of human RRM domains. The first set contains annotations of all PTMs that exist (April 2017 data from ProteomeScout proteomescout.wustl.edu) on RRM domains and a set that includes just phosphotyrosine and lysine ubiquitination and acetylation (based on analysis in Sloutsky and Naegle)
