Software application using .NET platform for a company that produce and sells wine

In the first part of the paper is presented a short review of the main concepts regarding .NET platform and VSTO. In the second part of the paper we present application of the software that will attach a code, to a Word document. The software application attach Office code to a document, for a company that produces and sells wine, using the .NET platform and this application transform a static document, in a dynamic document. The developed application is important in wine sales, because by querying the database application we can obtain different information that can bring good profits and optimize the costs of a company that produces and sells wine

STUDY OF SOME PEPPER GENOTYPES (Capsicum annuum L.) UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THERMAL AND WATER STRESS IN THE SOUTHERN AREA OF OLTENIA

In recent years increasingly many spoken of global climate change, desertification and aridity in many areas, such as the sandy soils in southern of the Oltenia area. Starting from the idea that the negative effect of temperature and water stress factors can be reduced by scientific and technological progress, it requires the collection and evaluation of genetic resources vegetable, adapted of conditions from southern Oltenia. In this regard, at CCDCPN Dăbuleni were followed in  the crop 4  cultivation of domestic pepper (Capsicum annuum L.): Isalnita 85 V, Andrada, Isalnita – Rovine, Amaradia

Epidemiology of bovine mastitis in cows in Transylvania during 2014-2019

Bovine mastitis is still a problem, both in terms of economic losses, animal health and welfare the increased risk of human health. Based on these affirmations, the purpose of the study was to establish the prevalence of the main etiological agents involved in the pathogenesis of bovine mastitis, while also evaluating their antimicrobial susceptibility and choosing the most effective antibiotic regarding epidemiological control. This study was based on a retrospective analysis of bovine mastitis cases registered at the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Cluj-Napoca, during five years (2014 - 2019). A total of 347 mastitis milk samples from Transylvanian dairy farms and private owners were registered within the laboratory. For the total number of examined samples, a percentage of 89% were represented by Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus spp., 53% (183 samples), Streptococcus spp., 24% (84 samples), Bacillus spp. 12% (42 samples) , and a percentage of 11% were represented by Gram negative bacteria E.coli 7% (23 samples) and Klebsiella spp., 4% (15 samples). After the isolation and identification of the pathogens, antibiotics susceptibility testing was performed by the Kirby Bauer disk-diffusion method, using the following antibiotics: Amoxicillin and Clavulanic Acid, Ceftiofur, Florfenicol, Mastidiscs, Enrofloxacin, Penicillin and Cloxacillin. Antimicrobial susceptibility test for the total isolates revealed good sensitivity to Florfenicol, Enrofloxacin and Mast discs. Resistance was observed for Penicillin and Cloxacillin

ROMANIAN AGRICULTURE – ANALYSIS OF VEGETAL SECTOR

    No full text
The paper analyzes the main changes and trends in Romanian agriculture: land use, areas under cultivation, livestock, agricultural output, yields, trade and policy instruments. The research is a documentary study; data have been gathered from national and European databases and refer to the period 2007-2012. The main results show that agriculture has high shares in GDP and employment, compared to other European Union countries, 5.9% respectively 28.6%. Agriculture in Romania has a dual character: numerous small farms holding one third of the land and very large farms holding half of the land, which lead to low productivity and small yields. Agriculture is oriented to cereals, since large areas are cultivated with these crops (64% of arable land). Lack of capital needed for developing agricultural services, weather conditions, small dimension of farms are the main factors that pull down the average production per hectare for most of the crops. Romania has a positive balance sheet for cereals and live animals and negative for the rest of agricultural and food products. Romania benefited of 2379.8 million Euros from European funds in 2012, which account of 4% of EU countries

Bond-graph Methods for Electric Circuits Analysis

    No full text
The paper presents a bond-graph method for solving and analyzing an electric circuit with four or more circuit loops. Using this method, the time for circuit analysis is much shorter then using a classicalmethod. Besides determining the intensities of electrical currents through the sides of the circuit, the bond-graphs provide the possibility to obtain the transmittance of the analyzed system applying a fast working method. The main advantage of bond-graphs is the interaction with various areas of physics. The analyzedelectrical circuit could be a part of a complex physical system that could be modeled and analyzed as a unitary system by using bond-graphs

Using Minitab-Box Benken Software to Optimize the Induction Heating Process

    No full text
This paper presents aspects on finding some optimal dependence between the inductor input parameters (frequency, air gap and current density) and its output parameters (spacing, power density, heating time). It also shows the results of coupling the numerical modeling of the inductive heating process, using Flux 2D, with a numerical model of optimization, using Minitab software

This paper focuses on the numerical modeling of coupling the electromagnetic and the thermal field, in the process of inductive heating, for inductive electrothermal equipments. Numerical results are carried out by using a FLUX2D application

C CA AS SE E R RE EP PO OR RT T The uterine carcinosarcoma -a case report

    No full text
Abstract The carcinosarcoma is a malignant mixed müllerian tumor with a highly malignant, biphasic tumor consisting of both epithelial and mesenchymal components. The presented case refers to a patient in climax with a vaginal bleeding. The Doppler echography highlights a polypoid mass, which prolapses in the cervical channel. The histopathological and immunohistochemical analysis of the surgically resected piece allowed the carcinosarcoma diagnosis. The uterine carcinosarcoma's incidence is rare, that is why this case is interesting taking in consideration the biphasic pattern of the tumor
