CLINICAL AND FUNCTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS AND SAFETY OF HIGH-FREQUENCY OSCILLATION OF CHEST WITH «THE VEST AIRWAY CLEARANCE SYSTEM» IN CHILDREN WITH CYSTIC FIBROSIS

Authors present results of treatment of 60 patients with cystic fibrosis 1–17 years old with «The Vest Airway Clearance System». Method of high-frequency oscillation of chest increases volume of moved off phlegm and improves functional abilities of lungs. This method can be used in younger children and in patients regardless of age in poor condition who can’t actively carry out drainage of phlegm and respiratory exercises. Pharmaco-economic indicators of acute bronchitis treatment in children

Мета роботи – проаналізувати особливості лікування та витрат на медичні засоби у дітей, госпіталізованих із приводу гострого бронхіту. Висновки. Впровадження нової моделі медицини позитивно впливає на оптимізацію лікувальної тактики гострих бронхітів зі зміщенням акцентів з інтенсивної етіотропної терапії на відновлення процесів мукоціліарного кліренсу. В антибактеріальній терапії все ще зберігається нераціональний, з клінічної та економічної точок зору, вибір препаратів. Цель работы – проанализировать особенности лечения и расходов на медицинские средства у детей, госпитализированных по поводу острого бронхита. Выводы. Внедрение новой модели медицины положительно влияет на оптимизацию лечебной тактики острых бронхитов со смещением акцентов с интенсивной этиотропной терапии на восстановление процессов мукоцилиарного клиренса. В антибактериальной терапии все еще сохраняется нерациональный, с клинической и экономической точек зрения, выбор препаратов. The goal – to analyze the features of treatment and medical expenses in children hospitalized for acute bronchitis. Conclusions. The introduction of a new model of medicine has a positive effect on the optimization of acute bronchitis treatment tactics from shifting the emphasis from intensive antibacterial therapy to the restoration of mucociliary clearance.
