Цитокины и атеросклероз – новые направления исследований

This review generalizes the current evidence on the content of the pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in patients’ blood serum with atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary, carotid and iliac arteries. The results gave the ability to assess cytokine immune cells of atherosclerotic plaques. Also the results of national and international research allowed the assessment of the prognostic value of cytokine content.В обзоре обобщены современные данные о содержании про- и противовоспалительных цитокинов в сыворотке крови пациентов с атеросклеротическим поражением коронарных, сонных и подвздошных артерий. Также приведены результаты оценки цитокинпродуцирующей способности иммунных клеток атеросклеротических бляшек. Проанализированы результаты отечественных и зарубежных исследований по оценке прогностического значения содержания цитокинов

Возможности компьютерно-то쬬¬¬¬¬¬ографической ангиопульмонографии в диагностике тромбоэмболии легочной артерии

The purpose of this search is to evaluate diagnostic capability of CT pulmonary angiography (CTPAG) in patients with pulmonary embolism. Examination results of 45 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism provided. Pulmonary embolism symptoms and frequency of their occurrence in study group described. The modification of technical CTPAG protocol proposed for to improve visualization and to reduce radiation exposure.С целью оценки диагностических возможностей компьютерно-томографической ангиопульмонографии (КТАПГ) в выявлении тромбоэмболии легочных артерий (ТЭЛА) приведены результаты обследования 45 пациентов с подозрением на тромбоэмболию легочной артерии (ТЭЛА). Описаны компьютерно-томографические симптомы ТЭЛА и частота их встречаемости в обследуемой группе. Предложена модификация технического протокола КТАПГ, позволяющая повысить качество визуализации, снизить лучевую нагрузку

In the review, recent data presented, on possible targets for medications of specific pathogenetic action in atherosclerosis. The results described, of application of some drugs in complex treatment of atherosclerotic vessels lesions. The data can be applied for target development of antiatherosclerotic drugs with the aim of prevented progression of atherosclerosis and thromboembolic complications
