MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF TA-ALLOYED 9%CR MARTENSITIC STEEL
В работе исследована микроструктура, и определен комплекс механических свойств стали 0,1C–9Cr–3Co–0,6Mo–1,8W–0,2V–0,06Nb–0,013B–0,007N–0,085Ta после отпуска при температурах 750, 780 и 800 °C в течение 3-х часов. Установлено, что с увеличением температуры отпуска твердость, предел текучести и предел прочности снижаются, при этом наблюдается значительное повышение характеристик вязкости и пластичности. На микроструктурном уровне увеличение температуры отпуска приводит к падению плотности дислокаций и увеличению ширины мартенситных реек и среднего размера частиц вторых фаз.The microstructure and mechanical properties of a 0.1C–9Cr–3Co–0.6Mo–1.8W–0.2V–0.06Nb–0.013B–0.007N–0.085Ta steel subjected to tempering at 750, 780 and 800°C for 3h were investigated. An increase in the tempering temperature resulted in a decrease in the hardness, the yield strength and the ultimate tensile strength, while elongation to rupture and impact toughness increased. An increase in the tempering temperature also led to an increase in the particles size and a decrease in the dislocation density
The determinant representation for quantum correlation functions of the sinh-Gordon model
We consider the quantum sinh-Gordon model in this paper. Using known formulae
for form factors we sum up all their contributions and obtain a closed
expression for a correlation function. This expression is a determinant of an
integral operator. Similar determinant representations were proven to be useful

The Determinant Representation for a Correlation Function in Scaling Lee-Yang Model
We consider the scaling Lee-Yang model. It corresponds to the unique
perturbation of the minimal CFT model M(2,5). This is not a unitary model. We
used known expression for form factors in order to obtain a closed expression
for a correlation function of a trace of energy-momentum tensor. This
expression is a determinant of an integral operator. Similar determinant
representation were proven to be useful not only for quantum correlation

The incidence of socially important diseases in convicts staying in correctional institutions of the penitentiary system in Lipetsk Region
The high incidence of socially important infections among convicts and the specific nature of the penitentiary system require a special approach to the organization of epidemiological surveillance over such infections as HIV infection, tuberculosis and chronic parenteral viral hepatitis.The objective: to assess the significance of social infections in the incidence of convicts staying in correctional facilities of the Lipetsk regional penal system, and to determine areas for epidemiological surveillance improvement.Subjects and methods. The article presents statistical processing and analysis of data from official statistics from Medical Sanitary Unit no. 48 of the Russian Penitentiary System, collected from 2012 to 2018 reflecting the incidence in the inmates staying the Lipetsk regional penal system.Results. The analysis of data on primary incidence of socially important infections among convicts revealed the following: tuberculosis incidence among convicts who are serving sentences in the penal colonies is significantly higher compared with newly convicted inmates and those staying in prisons; the lowest incidence of chronic viral hepatitis is recorded among newly convicted inmates, and the highest among convicts serving prison sentences; the registration of cases of HIV infection among convicts revealed statistically significant differences in the incidence in convicts serving sentences in the colonies, compared with persons serving sentences in prisons.The identification of these trends allows highlighting the need to optimize epidemiological surveillance and expand the information system by adding information about the specific behavior of convicts
Novel Principle of Aero/Hydro-Dynamic Lift Creation, Methods of Its Technical Implementation and Prospects of Its Application
Текст статьи не публикуется в открытом доступе в соответствии с политикой журнала.Создание максимально возможной подъемной силы является актуальной задачей для ряда технических устройств: летательных аппаратов, подводных аппаратов, ветрогенераторов, гидрогенераторов и т. д. К сожалению, все известные в настоящее время методы создания аэро/гидродинамической подъемной силы уже полностью используются. Тем не менее, авторы этой статьи обнаружили новый принцип создания подъемной силы, представленный в этой статье и названный авторами «энергодифференциальный принцип создания аэро/гидродинамической подъемной силы». Этот новый принцип может использоваться как в сочетании с традиционными методами создания подъемной силы, так и в отдельности. В статье рассматриваются различные способы реализации энергодифференциального принципа создания аэро/гидродинамической подъемной силы и возможности его применения в авиации, ветроэнергетике и др. Показано, что использование этого принципа позволяет, в частности, создать новый тип ветрогенераторов, которые будут более энергоэффективными, чем существующие.
Creating the highest possible lifting force is an urgent task for a number of technical devices: aircraft, underwater apparatuses, wind generators, hydro-generators, etc. Unfortunately, all currently known methods of aero/hydro lift creation are already completely used. However, the authors of this paper discovered a novel principle of creating lift, presented in this paper and named by the authors “energy-difference principle of creation of the aero/hydro-dynamic lift”. This new principle can be used both in combination with traditional methods of creating a lifting force and separately. The paper discusses various methods of implementing energy-difference principle of creation of the aero/hydro-dynamic lift and the possibility of its application in aviation, wind power, etc. It is shown that the use of this principle allows, in particular, to create a new type of wind generators that are more energy efficient than the existing ones
