Implementation of Inclusive Education of Elementary Schools: a Case Study in Karangmojo Sub-District, Gunungkidul Regency

This study examined: a) school member interactions that reflect an inclusive culture, b) school policies in promoting inclusion, c) evolving inclusive practies of elementary schools. This study employed the qualitative approach, with case study designs. The research was conducted at 7 Inclusive Inclusice schools in Karangmojo Sub-district. This study reveals that interaction of school members in creating inclusive culture can be seen from their efforts to cultivate mutual respect among the school members, big support and role of the principal in engaging all parties, and partnerships between school, parents, and community. Policies in promoting inclusive education can be seen from the procedures of student admissions that are flexible and non-discriminatory, and the efforts of the school to conduct accessibility of facilities and infrastructure for the children with special needs, regular teacher-special assistant teachers collaboration, as well as the flexibility of curriculum implementation for children with special needs. Evolving inclusive practies can be seen from identification and assessment for students suspected to have special needs, applying the curriculum development for teaching-learning processes, and the provision of school budget allocations for the development of inclusive education both from government funds and private funds

Identifikasi Model Antrian Bus Rapid Transit (Brt) Pada Halte Operasional Brt Semarang

The process of a queue is a process related with the attending of customers in a service facility, standing in line waiting for the service while the servers are busy servicing the other customers, the customers will leave the facility after getting the service. This process is usually happened in the public services such as at the operational shelter of Semarang Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Semarang. BRT Semarang has 4 departure gates and transit bus stop passed by all of the buses. The BRT does not have special track. It has to pass though the same road as the other kinds of buses. As a result there are queues in some crowded BRT shelters especially at the service in the departure and shelters that are passed through by all BRT or tracks. An effective special queue model is needed to make the service in the departure and transit shelter more effective. Based on the result of the analysis the best queue model is at the departure shelter track I, II, III, and IV they use the same models (M/G/1) (GD/∞/∞) and the queue models at the City Hall Transit Shelter are (G/G/1) (GD/∞/∞)

The Effect of Tomato Extract (Lycopersicon Esculentum) on the Formation of Atherosclerosis in White Rats (Rattus Norvegicus) Male

The aim of this research was to find out anti-cholesterol activity intomato extract (Lycopersicon esculentum) on blood lipid profile and its potential application in the prevention of atherosclerosis in rats fed with high cholesterol diet. This research employed a complete randomized design with unidirectional pattern by using white rats (Rattus norvegicus) divided into five groups. Negative control group was fed with standard diet, while positive control groups were fed with high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) diet, group K were fedwith tomato extract at a dose of 10, 20, and 40 mg/kg together with high cholesterol diet. The result of this researchshowed that high cholesterol diet fed decreased simultaneously with tomato extract at a dose of 10, 20, and 40 mg /kg of rats after 60 days of treatment. Tomato extract was able prevent the formation of plaque in the coronary arteries of rats fed with hypercholesterolemia diet. Effective dose oftomatoextractused in this study was 20-40mg/kg

The Influence of Heat Stress and Powder of Jaloh Leaves Supplementation Into Commercial Fish Feed on Body Weight Gain, Hematokrit Level and Malondialdehid Content in the Nila's Liver

The aims of this experiment are to find out the effect of temperature stress and jaloh leaves supplementation on body weight gain, hematocrit level, and malondialdehid (MDA) content in the liver tissues of nila fish (Oreochromis niloticus). A total of 80 fishes with the weight of 40-50 gr were randomly allocated into 8 treatments. The treatments consisted of P1 (no heat stress and no jaloh leaves supplementation); P2 (no heat stress and 5% of jaloh leaves supplementation) ; P3 (no heat stress and 10% of leaves supplementation); P4 (no heat stress and 15 % of leaves supplementation); P5 (heat stress and no jaloh leaves supplementation); P6 (heat stress and 5% of jaloh leaves supplementation); P7 (heat stress and 10% of jaloh leaves supplementation); P8 (heat stress about 35 ± 1oC for 4 h per day in 30 days and 15% of jaloh leaves supplementation). The body weight was measured from 1d to 31d. Blood samples, lever tissues and statistical analysis were conducted on 31d. The results of the experiments indicated that supplementation of fish feed with jaloh leaves 5-15% had negative effects on body weight gain. On the other hand, supplementation of jaloh leaves 5-10% on commercial fish feed had positive effects on performances and immune system of experiment fishe

Analisis Sistem Pelayanan Di Stasiun Tawang Semarang Dengan Metode Antrian

Semarang Tawang Station is one of the stations visited by customers. As it is known that the train journey into one of the fastest alternative but to use other means of transportation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze queuing model that describes the conditions to determine the size of the performance of the system to see how the service provided. When the distribution is a Poisson arrival or services or the exponential model (M) but if the distribution is not Poisson or exponential, the model General (G). Model queue at the station with the number of arrivals and the number of services is (M/M/5):(GD/∞/∞)

Histamine Levels in Repeated Thawing Beef

The aim of this research was to determine the histamine levels in repeated thawing beef. This research were using longisimus dorsi part (sirloin) of beef. Repeated thawing treatments of beef consisted of P1 as control without freezing, P2 as first thawing after one week freezing, P3 as second thawing without freezing two weeks and P4 with freezing three weeks. The slices of beef was storage in freezer at temperature of -20ºC every weeks for three weeks. The thawing process was done by storage in refrigerator at temperature of 6ºC for 270 minutes after being removed from the storage in freezer every weeks for three weeks. PIC (Protease Inhibiting Cocktail) methode were used to extraction of enzyme in beef. Enzyme Link Imunosorbent Assay (ELISA) were used to detected the histamine levels with 450 nm wave length. The quantitative data from parameters were analyzed by descriptive. The results of the study concluded that repeated thawing beef in refrigerator at temperature of 6ºC could decrease the histamine levels

Bank X Puri Sentra Niaga branch office is one of bank that can not be separated from the queue issue. The customers want a fast and easy service. The length of queueing and the long waiting times may cause customers cancel the transaction and choose another bank. Therefore, it is necessary to define a suitable queueing model of teller service. Bank X Puri Sentra Niaga branch office have two types of teller service namely Antrian 1 and Antrian 2. Queueing model for Antrian 1 is (M/G/1):(GD//). The model describe that the customers arrival distribution is Poisson, the customer service distribution is General, the number of server is 1, the service disipline is FIFO (first in first out), the customers capacity and the resource of customers are infinite. Queueing model for Antrian 2 is (M/M/2):(GD//). The model describe that customers arival distribution and service distribution are Poisson, the number of server is 2, the service disipline is FIFO (first in first out), the customers capacity and the resource of customers are infinite. Software Arena is applied in simulation to compare the measures of performance if the number of teller added
