Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Niat Mahasiswa Untuk Berwirausaha
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dengan menggunakan faktor imbalan, peluang, efikasi diri, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada para mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi pada dua universitas. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 reponden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan cluster sampling. Pada tahap analisis dilakukan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F serta uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari faktor imbalan, faktor peluang, efikasi diri dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap niat mahasiswa berwirausaha
Analisis struktur biaya dan efisiensi usaha ternak Ayam ras petelur di Kecamatan Pasan Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara (Studi Kasus)
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis stuktur biaya dan efisiensi usaha ternak ayam ras petelur di Desa Liwutung Kecamatan Pasan Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Menggunakan metode studi kasus, untuk mengetahui struktur biaya dan efisiensi usaha ternak ayam ras petelur menggunakan metode pengambilan data secara langsung, wawancara dengan menggunakan kuisoner pemilik perusahaan dan melihat pembukuan dari perusahaan. menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dilengkapi dengan tabel dan model analisis biaya dengan rumus. Struktur biaya dalam penelitian ini dikelompokkan menjadi tiga yakni (a) biaya peralatan meliputi biaya pembuatan kandang, tempat pakan, minum, gudang, dan lain-lain (b) biaya sapronak meliputi biaya untuk bibit, pakan, vitamin, obat-obatan dan (c) biaya operasional meliputi biaya gas, listrik, sekam, dan tenaga kerja. hasil perhitungan diketahui bahwa jumlah pendapatan usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur sebesar Rp601.613.600/periode atau Rp25.067.233/bulan. Pendapatan tersebut diperoleh dengan memelihara 5.000 ekor ayam ras petelur. diketahui bahwa nilai efisiensi usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur sebesar 1,15 artinya usaha ternak ayam ras petelur di desa liwutung kecamatan pasan kabupaten minahasa tenggara sudah efisien
Maternal inheritance of chloroplast DNA in Coffea arabica hybrids
Intergenic spacers of chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) are very useful in phylogenetic and population genetic studies of plant species. Their integration in phylogenetic analysis leads to a deep understanding of species relationships. Mode of chloroplast DNA inheritance was investigated in the genus Coffea arabica (Rubiaceae) by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of cpDNA fragments using universal primer pair rrn23 – trnR (ACG) region of chloroplast genome. A total of 30 F1 plants from five different C. arabica parent varieties were examined. Two crosses involving C. arabica var. Sln.10 and C. arabica var. Devamachy, and C. arabica var.S.881 and another cross involving C. arabica var. Agaro with C. arabica var. Tafarikela were analyzed. Length polymorphism was observed in all three hybrids at rrn23 – trnR (ACG) region of cpDNA. In each case, it was the maternal cpDNA marker that appeared in the F1 individuals. Further it was observed that the length polymorphism observed within parental plants led to the identification of five different banding patterns at rrn23 – trnR (ACG) region of coffee cpDNA. The possible reasons for the observed differences are discussed
ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA BROILER DI KELURAHAN TARATARA I KECAMATAN TOMOHON BARAT KOTA TOMOHON
FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF BROILERS IN TARATARA I VILAGE WEST TOMOHON DISTRICT TOMOHON CITY. Broiler business which is run by partnership pattern, is one of the suppliers of food products that source animal protein. Increased demand for broiler meat, needs to be followed by business development that has previously calculated the level of business feasibility. This study aims to determine the feasibility of a broiler business based on Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), R/C, Net B/C. The study was conducted by taking a case in a broiler business with a capacity of 3.000 animals, with 6 maintenance periods per year, which has been undertaken since 2015, located in Taratara I Village, Tomohon Barat District. The results showed that the average cost wasIDR. 91.784.947/period while income was IDR. 99.873.539/period, and profit wasIDR 8.088.592/period. The NPV value was IDR 26.837.471 which had a positive number, an IRR value was 19,03%, and both of R/C and Net B/C was higher than 1, so that the broiler business can be implemented and developed
Consumer\u27s Characteristics of Yogurt in Manado, North Sulawesi - Indonesia
The objective of this study was to analyze consumer\u27s characteristics of yogurt as one of fermented dairy product, consumers satisfaction and factors influencing consumers purchase decision on yogurt in Manado city. The primary data were collected using structured questionnaire from a total sample of 400 consumers in Manado City. Samples were selected using the accidental sampling method with schedule (using alternating date/ day and place, respectively). Collecting data were done from July to September 2015. The result indicated that most consumers were teenagers, female students, and single persons. Consumers of yogurt in Manado City are were categorized quite satisfied with yogurt product. The product availability had to be considered by producer in order to increase consumer satisfaction. Partially, factors that significantly influencing consumer\u27s purchase decision in Manado were preservative content, product availability, variant flavor, product volume and additional nutritive value
Direct Capture Technologies for Genomics-Guided Discovery of Natural Products
Microbes are important producers of natural products, which have played key roles in understanding biology and treating disease. However, the full potential of microbes to produce natural products has yet to be realized; the overwhelming majority of natural product gene clusters encoded in microbial genomes remain “cryptic”, and have not been expressed or characterized. In contrast to the fast-growing number of genomic sequences and bioinformatic tools, methods to connect these genes to natural product molecules are still limited, creating a bottleneck in genome-mining efforts to discover novel natural products. Here we review developing technologies that leverage the power of homologous recombination to directly capture natural product gene clusters and express them in model hosts for isolation and structural characterization. Although direct capture is still in its early stages of development, it has been successfully utilized in several different classes of natural products. These early successes will be reviewed, and the methods will be compared and contrasted with existing traditional technologies. Lastly, we will discuss the opportunities for the development of direct capture in other organisms, and possibilities to integrate direct capture with emerging genome-editing techniques to accelerate future study of natural products
Analisis kelayakan usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur UD.Tetey Permai Di Desa Tetey Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara (Studi Kasus)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya keuntungan dan kelayakan finansial usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur UD.Tetey Permai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode studi kasus pada usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur UD. Tetey Permai yang berada di Desa Tetey Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara pada bulan Januari – Februari 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara secara langsung kepada responden dan data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu keuntungan sebesar Rp5.246.971.423/tahun dengan pemeliharaan 32.000 ekor. Usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur UD.Tetey Permai sudah layak secara finansial yaitu nilai Net B/C = 1,619, nilai NPV = Rp. 29.062.519.469, IRR = 56,775 % dan Payback Period = 3,30 tahun (3 tahun 4 bulan). Analisis sensitivitas dengan kenaikan harga input sebesar 15% tidak memberi pengaruh terhadap kegiatan usaha peternakan ayam ras petelur

Performance Assessment and Mathematical Modeling of Process Parameters in Electrical Discharge Machining of EN-31 Tool Steel Material Using Taguchi DOE
In non-traditional machining, electrical discharge machining (EDM) has tremendous potential on account of versatility of its applications and is successfully, commercially used in modern industries. EDM process is capable to machine geometrically complex, hard material components, tool steels, composites, super alloys, ceramics and carbides. In EDM, Material Removal Rate (MRR) and Tool wear rate (TWR) are generally analyzed to assess its performance. For this, a perfect combination of input variables is required. In the present study, machining is done on Tool steel workpiece material using a pure copper electrode. The input parameters like Pulse-ON time, Pulse- OFF time, Current and Gap voltage are selected for experimentation and Taguchi method is employed for the DOE by considering 4 factors and 3 levels. A total of 27 experiments (L27 orthogonal array) have been designed with a possible combination of selected input parameters. The present work mainly focuses on development of an extensive mathematical model for correlating the input and output variables using a conventional regression analysis. The adequacy of proposed model was tested with the help of some collected data through experimentation using taguchi optimized DOE.
