Peculiarities of adolescent depression before passing the general state exam
The problem of emotional distress of children and adolescents is one of the central problems that attracts the attention of parents, teachers and psychologists. A vivid manifestation of the emotional disadvantage of adolescents is a depressive state before passing the CSE and the USE.It is worth noting that depression in adolescents is not just a bad mood, but a serious emotional disorder that hinders its development, affects well-being and quality of life. Modern scientists, such as Gatsonis & Covacs (1989), Piug-Antich (1986), 1 D.N. Isaev (2000), in their studies of the depressed states state the facts that psychotic and endogenous forms of depression are more common for children than for adults. Brent (1993), 2 Robbins & Alessi (1985), 3 have identified the links between depression and suicidal tendencies in adolescence. In this paper, we consider the essence, causes and signs of depression in senior schoolchildren before passing the CSE

The Multiband Photometry of GRB Host Galaxies: Comparison with the Spectral Energy Distributions of Nearby and Theoretical Modeling Galaxies
We present one of the results of photometry of the hosts of GRB for
the host galaxy of GRB 970508 and the theoretical modeling of its continuum
spectral energy distribution (SED) to show that it is important to take into
account internal extinction in the host galaxies. We compared the BVRI
broad-band flux spectrum of the host to template SEDs of local starburst
galaxies and found that there is a significant internal extintion in this host.
Moreover, this comparison allows us to derive the absolute magnitude
(M_{B_{rest}}) and rouhgly estimate reddening (A_V). Population synthesis
modeling of the continuum SED for different reddening laws demostrates that the
observational data of the host galaxy of GRB 970508 are best fitted by the
spectral properties of a model SED with extinction of A_V\approx 2.Comment: 3 pages, 2 figures, poster presentation on 2nd Rome Workshop on

AGED FEATURES OF ANTIOXIDANT PROTECTION UNDER COXIELLOSIS
The results of the clinical examination and supervision of 62 patients under average-severe course of coxiellosis at the age of 17-74: the first group (32 persons) - patients younger than 50, the second group (30 persons) -patients older than 50 are presented here. Catalase and ceruloplasmin have been defined in the blood serum of the patients with coxiellosis in the disease dynamics. Clinical evidences of coxiellosis: hyperaemia of the pharynx, shivering, myalgy, weakness, scleroconjunctivitis and. arthralgy have been seen longer in the patients older than 50. Catalase and. ceruloplasmin. content depended on the period of the disease and the patients age. At age first week of the disease there noted decreasing of the Ρatalase levels in 80 % of the patients younger than 50; but in 100 % of the patients older than 50 increasing was noted. At the second week of the disease most of the patients, regardless of their age, had. decreased the levels of catalase. Increase of the levels of ceruloplasmine has been noted the elder aged group. At the third week of the disease at the background of ceasing of clinical evidences of the disease most patients with coxiellosis, independent on age, had. increased content of the studied indices, which shows the compensatory activation of the antioxidant protection
Search for the optimal method of making reticular neck telescopic implants
Β© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. The production of individual implants, intended for a specific clinical case, is increasingly used in medicine. The next stage in the development of implants is the creation of a non-monolithic mesh structure of the implant body. This allows to reduce its weight without loss of mechanical characteristics, and the main thing is to fill the free intergrid space with bioresorbable material, which will be replaced by cells in the future. The creation of a reticular three-dimensional structure of the implant is a complex technical task and requires the search for new ways of production. In this paper, a comparative study of the possibilities of selective laser melting and casting on burned-out models of telescopic implants obtained by 3D printing methods is carried out. Various production methods produced prototypes of telescopic cervical implants and carried out their technical and economic analysis. It is established that the best quality of products is observed by Selective Laser Melting technology

Factors affecting the course and prognosis of implant-associated infection caused by Klebsiella spp.
Background. The outcome of complex treatment of implant-associated infection (IAI) depends on various factors, but one of the most important is the etiology of the inflammatory process. Treatment of orthopedic infection caused by Gram-negative microorganisms in general and representatives of the family Enterobacteriaceae in particular causes many difficulties, one of which is the rapid growth of antibiotic resistance.
Aim of the study β to evaluate the factors affecting the course and prognosis of implant-associated infection caused by Klebsiella spp.
Methods. We performed a retrospective analysis of case histories of 85 patients who underwent treatment of IAI caused by Klebsiella spp. in the clinical departments of the center from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021. According to the results of the telephone survey, the patients were divided into 2 main groups depending on the outcome of the 2-year follow-up period determined in accordance with the Delphi criteria.
Results. It was found that the prognosis was significantly worsened by the number of sanitizing surgical interventions in the anamnesis (p = 0.022), the need for sanitizing intervention in the early postoperative period (p0.001) and the presence of Klebsiella spp. growth in postoperative culture tests (p = 0.002), hypoalbuminemia on 7-14 days after the surgery (p = 0.008). The administration of trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole for the outpatient treament stage significantly improved the outcome (p = 0.038), which is most likely due to a high proportion of polymicrobial associations β 69.5%.
Conclusions. There is a statistically significant direct relationship between the probability of an unfavorable treatment outcome of patients with IAI caused by Klebsiella spp. and the number of sanitizing surgical interventions in the anamnesis, low serum albumin (g/l) on 7-14 days after the operation, revision intervention in the early postoperative period, positive growth of Klebsiella spp. in postoperative culture tests. The probability of a favorable outcome was increased by the prescription of trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole for oral administration at the outpatient stage
Superconductivity in ultra-thin carbon nanotubes and carbyne-nanotube composites: An ab-initio approach
The superconductivity of the 4-Γ
single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) was discovered more than a decade ago, and marked the breakthrough of finding superconductivity in pure elemental undoped carbon compounds. The van Hove singularities in the electronic density of states at the Fermi level in combination with a large Debye temperature of the SWCNTs are expected to cause an impressively large superconducting gap. We have developed an innovative computational algorithm specially tailored for the investigation of superconductivity in ultrathin SWCNTs. We predict the superconducting transition temperature of various thin carbon nanotubes resulting from electron-phonon coupling by an ab-initio method, taking into account the effect of radial pressure, symmetry, chirality (N,M) and bond lengths. By optimizing the geometry of the carbon nanotubes, a maximum Tc of 60 K is found. We also use our method to calculate the Tc of a linear carbon chain embedded in the center of (5,0) SWCNTs. The strong curvature in the (5,0) carbon nanotubes in the presence of the inner carbon chain provides an alternative path to increase the Tc of this carbon composite by a factor of 2.2 with respect to the empty (5,0) SWCNTs.
