Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran IPS Melalui Penggunaan Media Gambar Pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN 2 Posona
Adapun permasalahan yang ada di SDN 2 Posona adalah bahwa motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Posona masih sangat rendah yaitu nilai rata-rata 60 padahal KKM yang ditetapkan yaitu nilai rata-rata minimal 65, hal ini disebabkan karena adanya penerapan metode pembelajaran yang kurang tepat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IV SDN 2 Posona melalui penggunaan media gambar. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang mengacu pada model pembelajaran Kemmis dan Tanggart yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus yaitu siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Setiap siklus masing-masing empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Posona yang berjumlah 23 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui hasil observasi kegiatan siswa yang menunujukan bahwa siswa benar-benar berminat untuk belajar, selain itu untuk memperkuat kevalidasian data penulis juga melihat hasil angket berupa daftar pernyataan yang dibagikan kepada setiap siswa untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media gambar. Adapun angket menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yang cukup berarti dari Siklus I hasil angket dari 23 siswa pada siklus I diperoleh persentase pilihan jawaban 15% yang memilih tidak setuju, 45% yang memilih setuju, dan 40% yang memilih sangat setuju pada 15 daftar pernyataan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan persentase aktivitas guru mencapai 48,21%. Terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II diperoleh persentase pilihan jawaban 13% yang memilih setuju dan 87% yang memilih sangat setuju pada 15 daftar pernyataan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan persentase aktivitas guru 92,85%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media gambar dalam proses belajar mengajar dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV di SDN 2 Posona
Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran IPS Dengan Menggunakan Media Gambar Di Kelas IV SD Inpres 2 Ambesia Kecamatan Tomini
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS. Dimana mengatasi masalah ini peneliti menerapkan pendekatan dengan media gambar sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 2 Ambesia dalam pembelajaran IPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan alur perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 2 Ambesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam setiap siklus. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan dua cara yakni tes dan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh pada siklus I yaitu dari 20 orang siswa 15 siswa mengalami ketuntasan belajar dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal 75% dan persentase daya serap klasikal 73,25%, hasil ini masih dalam kategori cukup namun masih ada kekurangan-kekurangan yang harus diperbaiki. Hasil yang diperoleh pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan, semua siswa mengalami ketuntasan belajar, dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 100 % dan persentase daya serap klasikal sebesar 83,50%. Nilai Rata-rata (NR) aktivitas guru pada siklus I masih berada pada kategori cukup dan siklus II sangat baik, serta NR aktivitas siswa pada siklus I cukup dan siklus II sangat baik. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus I dan II, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan model belajar kelompok dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 2 Ambesia
Motivasi Siswa-Siswi terhadap Pelaksanaan Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli di SMAN 1 Sengah Temila Kabupaten Landak
This research specific purpose to determine the students at SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila during extracurricular volleyball program at school. Describe instrinsic motivation, exstrinsic motivation and students motivation during volleyball extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila. The study was conducted a quantitative descriptive survey form, which involves one dependent variable, motivated the students towards the implementation OF volleybal exstracurricular. Total number of the research are 21 students. The results of this study indicate that students motivation to follow the volleyball extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila amounted to 9.53% in the very high category, 47.62% higher categories, 23,81% middle category, 19.04% in the very low category, and 0,00% for no category. Based on the results of this study indicate motivation students in extracurricular volleyball at SMA Negeri 1 Sengah Temila in the high category is to 47, 62%
Timing and correction of stepping movements with a virtual reality avatar
Research into the ability to coordinate one’s movements with external cues has focussed on the use of simple rhythmic, auditory and visual stimuli, or interpersonal coordination with another person. Coordinating movements with a virtual avatar has not been explored, in the context of responses to temporal cues. To determine whether cueing of movements using a virtual avatar is effective, people’s ability to accurately coordinate with the stimuli needs to be investigated. Here we focus on temporal cues, as we know from timing studies that visual cues can be difficult to follow in the timing context.
Real stepping movements were mapped onto an avatar using motion capture data. Healthy participants were then motion captured whilst stepping in time with the avatar’s movements, as viewed through a virtual reality headset. The timing of one of the avatar step cycles was accelerated or decelerated by 15% to create a temporal perturbation, for which participants would need to correct to, in order to remain in time. Step onset times of participants relative to the corresponding step-onsets of the avatar were used to measure the timing errors (asynchronies) between them. Participants completed either a visual-only condition, or auditory-visual with footstep sounds included, at two stepping tempo conditions (Fast: 400ms interval, Slow: 800ms interval).
Participants’ asynchronies exhibited slow drift in the Visual-Only condition, but became stable in the Auditory-Visual condition. Moreover, we observed a clear corrective response to the phase perturbation in both the fast and slow tempo auditory-visual conditions.
We conclude that an avatar’s movements can be used to influence a person’s own motion, but should include relevant auditory cues congruent with the movement to ensure a suitable level of entrainment is achieved. This approach has applications in physiotherapy, where virtual avatars present an opportunity to provide the guidance to assist patients in adhering to prescribed exercises

Research on this activity test aiming to determine the bioactivity and toxicity properties of compounds derived terpenoids, steroids and phenolic heartwood of plant tissue extracts Ndokulo (Kleinhovia hospita L.) on the growth of cancer cells (leukemia P-388). The method used is, sampling plant stem of Ndokulo, preparation, maceration, evaporation, extraction, fractionation, and activity test against Artemia salina and cancer cell. The main Component from n-hexane extract of the heartwood of this plant is β-sitosterol compound. The test against A. salina has the same tendency as the test of murine leukemia cells P-388 so that the primary test to measure the toxicity of the sample A. salina is proportional to the secondary test by measuring sample cytotoxicity against murine leukemia cells P-388. The measurements showed that the extracts have bioactivity against Artemia salina and potentially inhibit cancer cells growth

The purpose of this research is to know the teacher's role in fostering a problematic student behavior in the process of learning and teaching sociology in class X.B SMA Islamiyah Pontianak. The method used is descriptive qualitative methods. With the data collection technique used is direct observation, direct communication, and the study of documentary. Datacollection tools used are observation guide, interviews guide, and documentation. Results of research done at 11 troubled students and a teacher of Sociology show that the role of the teacher in fostering student behavior problematic have not completely well done. As an example of the teachers dressed neat and clean, using the language of polite, hard working, and enter class on time. As a motivator, teacher dont give praise to the well-behaved students, just give punishment to students who commit violations. As supervisors, teachers give advice and punishment deterrent effect to students contains the violation

This study discusses effective communication for polygamy couples in Bone Bolango Regency. This research is a field research with data collection methods such as observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected is processed and analyzed with descriptive qualitative using a communication approach. The results showed that polygamists in Gorontalo Regency in living their household life remained harmonious. This is because the couple always get used to communicating effectively, so that all household problems can be resolved properly
