The Analysis of Speech Errors Made by the Main Actors in Bad Boys I the Movie at Education Faculty of Al Asy Ariah Mandar University 2014

This thesis discusses the errors of speech (speech errors) were included in the study psycholinguistics. In this thesis analyzed the object of speech is a mistake made by the two main characters in the film Bad Boys (the movie): Mike Lowrey, played by Will Smith and Marcus Burnett, played by Martin Lawrence. This analysis focused on speech that are common mistakes (common types of speech errors), the silent pause, filled pause, repeats, retraced false starts, false starts un-retraced, corrections, interjection. The objectives of this research are to find out the types of speech errors and the dominant types of speech errors are made by the main actors in Bad Boys I the movie. In doing this research, the writer used qualitative descriptive method. The population of this research is the original movie transcript. This research employs purposive sampling, the writer only took the main actors of this movie as samples. The most dominant types of speech errors made by Mike and Marcus is Silent Pause. From all the data analysis, the writer concludes that both of actors made many errors in their dialogues, although the actors act and speak based on the script but in the process of acting we realize that the “ideal delivery” is very difficult. Peningkatan Kemampuan Menulis Naskah Drama melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis Brain Based Learning Peserta Didik Kelas Ixf SMP Negeri 2 Campalagian

This study is Classroom Action Research design and conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Campalagian which aims to describe the ability of writing drama script IXF grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Campalagian through brain-based learning. The subjects were pessrta IXF grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Campalagian the school year 2015/2016 as many as 28 (16 male and 12 female) students. Data collection techniques used is the calculation of the average value of learners from the initial value, the first cycle and the second cycle. Results obtained on the average value of early learners ie 64 or by 17.92%, based on preliminary analysis that shows that the ability of learners the ability to write plays that are in the low category. The first cycle that learners are categorized finished with an average value of 67.64, learners who completed as many as 11 people or 39.28%, and the second cycle students who are categorized finished with an average value of 84.85, learners were completed by 28 or by 100%. This shows that an increasing ability to write drama script on IXF grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Campalagian during the learning process by using brain-based learning

Teaching Vocabulary Through Songs of Language Education at Al Asyariah Mandar University

This research was conducted to find out whether or not the use of songs improve the students' vocabulary to the first semester students of language education at Al Asyariah Mandar University. The research was an experimental design with Gay et all., design. The researcher uses census system the population was the the first semester students, all of the population was taken as sample. The number of population were about 58 students spread in three classes namely class A and class B. The students was chosen as the sample of the research were 32 students at experiment class and 26 students at control class. This research conducted at language education to the first semester students of Al Asyariah Mandar University at West Sulawesi 2016 academic year. The data of the students' achievement were collected by using pretest and posttest. The data obtained through the test were subjected to paired sample t test for dependent sample to see the significant difference in the pre-test and post-test. These data were then analyzed quantitatively using paired samples t-test to see the significance different for each aspects and all aspects in the pretest and posttest. The findings of the study indicated that the result of post-test was significantly higher than that of pre-test. This means that using songs in teaching English contributed to the students Vocabulary

Penerapan Konseling Traumatik Untuk Mengurangi Sindrom Pasca Trauma Korban Bencana Lumpur Lapindo Pada Siswa Kelas Viii-a SMP Tribhakti Tanggulangin-sidoarjo

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keektifan konseling traumatik dalam mengurangi sindrom pasca trauma bencana lumpur Lapindo  di SMP Tribhakti kelas VIII-A Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pre-eksperimental design dengan pre-test dan post-test one group design, dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 siswa kelas VIII-A SMP Tribhakti Tanggulangin Sidoarjo yang termasuk kategori rendah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Wilcoxon, dengan membandingkan antara J hitung dengan J tabel dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan N=7. Dari hasil perhungan diketahui bahwa J hitung ≤ J tabel (0 ≤ 2). Jika  diketahui bahwa J hitung ≤ J tabel berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima maka hipotesis penelitian ini diterima yaitu “ada perbedaan skor sindrom pasca trauma antara sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan konseling traumatik” Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa konseling traumatik bisa mengurangi sindrom pasca trauma bencana lumpur Lapindo  di SMP Tribhakti kelas VIII-A Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Kendala-kendala Penyidikan dalam Memperoleh Alat Bukti Tindak Pidana Perjudian Bola melalui Internet (Studi di Polrestabes Surabaya)

Perjudian merupakan suatu pilihan yang dianggap sangat menjanjikan keuntungan tanpa harus bersusah payah bekerja, judi dianggap sebagai pilihan yang tepat bagi rakyat kecil untuk mencari uang dengan lebih mudah. Mereka kurang menyadari bahwa akibat judi jauh lebih berbahaya dan merugikan dari keuntungan yang akan diperolehnya dan yang sangat jarang dapat diperolehnya. Salah satu jenis judi yang sekarang ini menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat adalah judi dalam permainan sepak bola.Berkembangnya teknologi juga telah membuat jenis-jenis praktek perjudian pun mulai berkembang. Perjudian melalui internet ini mulai marak dilakukan sejak awal tahun 2009.2 Ironisnya, kemudahan untuk mengakses situs yang berisikan perjudian melalui internet ini tergolong mudah, dan menyebabkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat baik tua maupun muda dapat turut serta dalam tindak pidana tersebut.Adapun jenis perjudian yang paling banyak ditawarkan melalui internet adalah perjudian olahraga, khususnya sepak bola. Banyak website yang menawarkan permainan judi, seperti misal pada situs www.sbobet.com, www.m88.com, dan www.ibobet.com.Kasus perjudian bola online mulai menjamur di kota-kota besar seperti halnya di Surabaya yang merupakan kota metropolitan terbesar nomer dua setelah Jakarta.Atas dasar hal-hal yang diuraikan dalam latar belakang tersebut, maka penulis tertarik untuk membuat penulisan hukum dengan judul Kendala-Kendala Penyidikan Dalam Memperoleh Alat Bukti Tindak Pidana Perjudian Bola Melalui Internet (Studi Di Polrestabes Surabaya)Metode yang digunakan peneliti yaitu metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis yaitu mengkaji secara cermat mengenai peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku, untuk kemudian dikaitkan dengan keberadaan objek penelitian dilapangan dengan memakai pendekatan historis dan pendekatan Undang-undang, dilanjutkan dengan identifikasi atau analisis masalah sehingga dapat disimpulkan penyelesaian masalahnya.Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui Kendala yang dihadapi penyidik dalam mencari alat bukti tindak pidana cybercrime terkait dengan transaksi perjudian melalui media internet adalah sebagai berikut: a) Kendala Teknis Internal: Kurangnya Pemahaman Dan Penguasaan Penyidik Di Bidang Teknologi Informasi, Terlalu Banyaknya Beban Pekerjaan Penyidik Yang Ada Di Unit Cyber Crime Kepolisian Resort Kota Besar Surabaya, Kurangnya Fasilitas Yang Modern Dalam Pencarian Barang Bukti; b) Kendala Teknis Eksternal: Prinsip Kerahasiaan Bank Untuk Tidak Memberikan Identitas Nasabah Yang Diduga Pelaku Perjudian Bola Online, Sulit Mendapatkan Alamat Tersangka, Tingginya Penguasaan Pelaku Dalam Mengoperasionalkan Teknologi Informasi; Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Kepolisian Resort Kota Besar Surabaya dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala yang timbul akibat adanya tindak pidana perjudian bola melalui internet adalah sebagai berikut: Upaya Teknis Internal: Mengadakan Pelatihan Terhadap Setiap Anggota Cyber Crime Di Kantor Polisi Resort Kota Besar Surabaya, Meningkat Kinerja Penyidik Dan Mengadakan Evaluasi Kasus Setiap Selesai Menangani Suatu Kasus, Pengajuan Permohonan Untuk Penambahan Sarana Dan Prasarana Yang Menunjang. Analisis Cost-volume-profit (Cvp) Terhadap Perencanaan Laba Pada Swiss-belhotelpapua Jayapura

Perkembangan pesat dalam bisnis perhotelan di Jayapura, menarik minat para pengusaha untuk ikut serta mengembangkan dan terjun langsung ke bisnis ini, sehingga dapat dilihat banyak hotel-hotel baru yang yang dibangun di Jayapura, dan menimbulkan semakin tajam dan ketatnya persaingan yang ada. Mengingat ketatnya persaingan bisnis ini, maka konsekuensi yang harus diterima oleh pihak hotel adalah bagaimana mengolah secara maksimal sumber daya yang dimiliki sehingga diperoleh laba yang direncanakan atau laba yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis cost-volume-profit terhadap perencanaan laba Swiss-belHotel Papua. Penelitian akademik yaitu melakukan klasifikasikan biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Dan menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu : CMR, BEP, MOS dan ATL.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis Cost-Volume-Profit, maka Swiss-belhotel Papua mengalami kenaikan laba tiap tahunnya mulai dari tahun 2009-2011

Improving Ability in Writing Procedure Text Through Pictures at the Tenth Year Srudents of Sman 3 Polewali Mandar

The objective of this research is to find out whether or not the using of pictures improve student\u27s ability in writing procedure text at the tenth year students of SMAN 3 Polewali .To obtained the data the writer used pre experimental method with a pre-test and post-test. It is used to show whether pictures improve students ability in writing procedure text or not. The population of this research was the tenth class students of SMA Negeri 3 Polewali in academic year 2014/2015 which consist of four classes (A,B,C,D) and 150 students. This research employs cluster sampling technique because the number of the population was relatively large. The writer chooses 40 students from class B. Based on data anlysis from students writing procedure text by using picture, the data shows that the highest student\u27s score obtained from the pre-test is 70, classified as good score and the lowest score is 34, classified as very bad score writing skill without using picture of the tenth year students of SMAN 3 Polewali falls into the fair category mean score is 63.15. It means that the using of pictures improve the students\u27 ability in writing procedure text at the tenth year students of SMAN 3 Polewali because the means score of the post-test 75.22 is higher than the mean score of the pre-test . So, the hypotesis the using of pictures improve the ability in writing procedure text of the tenth year students of SMAN 3 Polewali was accepted
