Lack of faculty creativity in using the media or the less precise method of learning will affect the interes and motivasi students in upper division courses, especially in anatomy courses considering this course is the subject of science and the number of memorization that must be mastered by student. And the anatomy lessonsare still many students who get the vallueof C and D. This is what should be a concern for a teacher, to menrubah and improve the method or  medium of learning, which can attract students' interest in learning, and change of learning environment that is too monotonous, one of which is the learning method, Brain Game. Description Of Exclusive Assessment Factors In Baby In Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa District, Jember District

Breastfeeding is the best food for a baby at the early of life. When breastfeeding is very important, but not all mothers do. Exclusive coverage of  breastfeeding in Jember is 66.37% while attainment targets is 80% one of them in Arjasa. Based on the survey result obtained 60% mother is not exsclusively breastfeed their baby. Purpose of this research is identify factors of exclusive breastfeeding in Kemuning Lor Village Arjasa Sub District Jember City. This type of researchis descriptive. Population in this research are all the mothers have baby aged 7-12 months is 31 people with the sampling technique is random sampling. Analyzed file using a computer with statistical product and service solution (SPSS) 16.0 for windows. Exclusive of breastfeeding in Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa Sub-District, Jember City. Tends do by mothers with the last school is high school (51,6%) housewife 13 (41,9%) and mother with a good level of knowledge 16 (51,6%). Level of Knowledge of 3-month Injection Kb Acceptors About Amenore Secondary Due USAge of Infection Kb 3 Months in Mumbulsari Puskesmas

Given the injectable contraceptive method is one effective way of family planning, and the more the number of selected users, but still many are also obtained syringes acceptor kontrasepasi samping.Tujuan effects experienced researchers to determine the level of knowledge of family planning acceptors injecting 3 months of amenorrhea side effects in the village of Taman Sari Subdistrict Mumbulsari in good level, pretty and less. The research used a descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study is sampling saturated. The tools used for data collection was a questionnaire. According Nursalam (2003), the results to determine the level of knowledge acquisition are categorized according to the following data: Good: 76-100%, Enough: 56-75%, Poor: <56%. Based on the level of knowledge of family planning acceptors injecting 3 months in the village of Taman Sari subdistrict Mumbulsari 2014 namely, (Both 18.18%), (Simply 36.36%), (less 45.45%). Mother's knowledge about the side effects of amenorrhea can affect acceptor in using injectables 3 months, the knowledge can be influenced by age and education. Mother's education level affects the acceptor knowledge about the side effects injectables ie 3 months of amenorrhea. Based on the conclusions of this Scientific Writing in response to the research objectives is the level of knowledge of family planning acceptors injecting 3 months in the village of Taman Sari subdistrict Mumbulsari 2014 namely, Well 18.18%, 36.36% Enough, Less 45.45%.
