    The purpose of this research is to describe the competence-based training result and employee\u27s performance and explain the influence of competence-based training result to employee\u27s performance. The research was conducted in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Area Bintaro Tangerang with address in CBD Bintaro Jaya sektor 7, Jl. Jend. Sudirman kav B7 no. A1-03 and the questionnaire was also distributed to the employees in 11 branch offices of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Area Bintaro Tangerang. The populatio was employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Area Tangerang Bintaro of frontliner section who already attended the Frontliner Selling Skills training of 60 employees. The primary data was obtained via questionnaire to 64 respondents which then analyzed using simple regression analysis. The conclusion of this research is that the competence-based training has positive significant influence to the performance of employee\u27s in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Area Tangerang Bintaro. It means that the better implementation of competence-based training will result in the improvement of employee\u27s performance

    Employee performance is the main capital for a firm to be able to maintain its presence in the industrial world. Many things support human resources for quality and good performance, one of which is the commitment of the concerned employees of the company. Organizational commitment encourage employees to keep their jobs and show how the results should be. Employees who have a strong commitment for the company is likely to show a good quality, more totality for the work and the turnover rate of the company was low. The purpose of this study were to explain the simultaneous effect of affective commitment,continuity commitment and normative commitment towards employee performance to explain the partial effect of affective commitment, continuity commitment and normative commitment towards employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Head Office Surabaya. Data collecting method used in this research was collecting primary data by documenting and spreading questionnaire containing statements about relevant variables in this study, and collecting secondary data by reading and studying relevant books as an additional reference.     The Effect of Financial Risk and Environmental Risk on Earnings (Case Study of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Period 2006-2015)

    The objective of this research was to explain the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan Ratio (NPL), and BI Rate on Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Asset (ROA) simultaneously and partially. The object was PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. This research type was explanatory research with quantitative approach and used multiple linier regression analysis method. The samples were 40 data for each independent and dependent variable. The data were the secondary data which consist of quarterly time series data from quarter I 2006 to quarter IV 2015. The results explained that: 1) CAR, NPL, and BI Rate had significant effect on ROE simultaneously; 2) CAR, NPL, and BI Rate had significant effect on ROA simultaneously; 3) CAR had significant positive effect on ROE partially; 4) NPL had significant negative effect on ROE partially; 5) BI Rate had significant positive effect on ROE partially; 6) CAR had significant positive effect on ROA partially; 7) NPL had insignificant negative effect on ROA partially; 8) BI Rate had insignificant negative effect on ROA partially. This research results showed that to increase the profitability, Bank BTN should increase capital adequacy, decrease credit risk, and anticipate macroeconomic policy

    This study is motivated by the condition of property and real estate companies in Indonesia that were predicted not improving in 2017. The consultants also said residential or renting for office space would be decreasing until 2019. It is contradict to accelerated development of infrastructure which happens in President Jokowi era. An analysis was needed to find an indication of bankrtupcy. Financial ratio analysis using Altman (Z-Score) is one of accurate prediction. This research is supposed to analyze how financial performance could measure company performance. This research use descriptive type with quantitative approach. Using 9 sample, 7 companies for listing in IDX period 2013-2015 and 2 companies for delisting companies from IDX period 2015-2017. Finding result in listing companies there are 3 companies which experience gray area. Besides, for delisting company, one company have experience in gray area

    The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of work family conflict on nurse's job satisfaction and nurse's performance. The variables of this research are work interference with family, family interference with work, nurse's job satisfaction, and performance of nurse's. This is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The scope of this research is identified as all the women nurses of RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta, with the number of sample are 51 nurses. That sample is obtained by using Slovin formula. Data is collected directly from respondents using a questionnaire research instruments. Data analysis include descriptive analysis and path analysis which were processed using SPSS v 22.00. The research shows that work interference with family has negative and significant influence toward nurse's job satisfaction and nurse's performance, family interfence with work has negative and significant influence toward nurse's job satisfaction and nurse's performance, nurse's job satisfaction significantly influence toward nurse's performance. The direct effect of work interference with family toward nurse's performance is greater than indirect effect through nurse's job satisfaction and nurse's job satisfaction was not mediated the relation between work interence with family toward nurse's performance, so do the family interence with work toward nurse's performance
