    The Analysis of Property and Real Estate Financial Performance Using Altman (Z-score) to Predict Bankruptcy (Study on Listing and Delisting Companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange)

    This study is motivated by the condition of property and real estate companies in Indonesia that were predicted not improving in 2017. The consultants also said residential or renting for office space would be decreasing until 2019. It is contradict to accelerated development of infrastructure which happens in President Jokowi era. An analysis was needed to find an indication of bankrtupcy. Financial ratio analysis using Altman (Z-Score) is one of accurate prediction. This research is supposed to analyze how financial performance could measure company performance. This research use descriptive type with quantitative approach. Using 9 sample, 7 companies for listing in IDX period 2013-2015 and 2 companies for delisting companies from IDX period 2015-2017. Finding result in listing companies there are 3 companies which experience gray area. Besides, for delisting company, one company have experience in gray area

    The Effect of Financial Risk and Environmental Risk on Earnings (Case Study of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Period 2006-2015)

    The objective of this research was to explain the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan Ratio (NPL), and BI Rate on Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Asset (ROA) simultaneously and partially. The object was PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. This research type was explanatory research with quantitative approach and used multiple linier regression analysis method. The samples were 40 data for each independent and dependent variable. The data were the secondary data which consist of quarterly time series data from quarter I 2006 to quarter IV 2015. The results explained that: 1) CAR, NPL, and BI Rate had significant effect on ROE simultaneously; 2) CAR, NPL, and BI Rate had significant effect on ROA simultaneously; 3) CAR had significant positive effect on ROE partially; 4) NPL had significant negative effect on ROE partially; 5) BI Rate had significant positive effect on ROE partially; 6) CAR had significant positive effect on ROA partially; 7) NPL had insignificant negative effect on ROA partially; 8) BI Rate had insignificant negative effect on ROA partially. This research results showed that to increase the profitability, Bank BTN should increase capital adequacy, decrease credit risk, and anticipate macroeconomic policy

    The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of work family conflict on nurse's job satisfaction and nurse's performance. The variables of this research are work interference with family, family interference with work, nurse's job satisfaction, and performance of nurse's. This is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The scope of this research is identified as all the women nurses of RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta, with the number of sample are 51 nurses. That sample is obtained by using Slovin formula. Data is collected directly from respondents using a questionnaire research instruments. Data analysis include descriptive analysis and path analysis which were processed using SPSS v 22.00. The research shows that work interference with family has negative and significant influence toward nurse's job satisfaction and nurse's performance, family interfence with work has negative and significant influence toward nurse's job satisfaction and nurse's performance, nurse's job satisfaction significantly influence toward nurse's performance. The direct effect of work interference with family toward nurse's performance is greater than indirect effect through nurse's job satisfaction and nurse's job satisfaction was not mediated the relation between work interence with family toward nurse's performance, so do the family interence with work toward nurse's performance

    Research aims to analyze and to explain the simultaneous and partial influences of job taining consisting of variabel training materials, training methods, and instructors training to performance employees at PT. TASPEN (Persero) branch of Malang. Research type is explanatory research. Sample includes 33 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Data are processed using the program of SPSS 16.00 for Windows. Result of hypothesis testing is that F-significance £a (0.000 £ 0.05), meaning that there is a simultaneous and significant influence of Training materials, Training methods and Instructors training on performance employees. It is also found that t-significance £ a (0.000 £ 0.05) for influence of Training materials on performance which shows and t-significance £ a (0.043 £ 0.05) for influence of training methods (on performance and t-significance £ a (0.007 £ 0.05) for influence of Instructors training. The result showed significant and partial influences of Training materials, Training methods and Instructors training on performance employees

    Cohesiveness group in a company is a basic reason in advancing the company and the employee loyalty to the company. To form a cohesiveness in a group on the company expected all of them are able to work together not only alone but all the employees under the existing lines in the company. One company that has a high degree of cohesiveness is PT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana (PMMP). Research method used is to use descriptive study using a qualitative approach. This study used a technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and data collection as to the accuracy of the data source for the information. The results showed that the group cohesiveness role in creating a conducive working environment. This is demonstrated by the fulfillment of the criteria for group cohesiveness towards a conducive working environment. Work environment at the company are also quite good. In addition to the physical work environment, non-physical work environment at the company was fairly good. From the research results can be seen that the kinship happens to employees at PT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana fairly familiar

    This research is aimed to explain the impacts of company culture that affected by home country culture on motivation, impacts of company culture on employee performance, and impacts of motivation on employee performance. This research is quantitative research with the method of explanatory research, and used questionnaire method. The populations are employees of PT. Syngenta Seed Indonesia, Pasuruan Site. This research was analyzed by using descriptive and path analysis. The results shows that company culture that affected by home country culture has significant positive effect on motivation. Company culture has significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has significant positive effect on employee performance. So that, company culture also has significant positive indirect effect on employee performance through motivation variable. It means that the more home country culture adapted to company culture, the more motivation and employee performance in multinational company will increase
