Developing effective school management needs to pay attention are two basic components namely inputs and processes. Component inputs need to be considered to comply with minimum service standards (SPM) or the national standard (NS) at each school level (elementary, junior high school and vocational school). SPM /SN at every level of the school include: currulum, teacher / staff, students, facilities, financial, organizational, and environmental support (government, society, and parents). Although SPM was the main concern, does not mean that good schools are exclusive, in which only certain groups of students (intelligent or able to be economically) are accepted. Nor does it mean that schools should have a versatile facility and infrastructure to realize the luxury of a good school

While on the other side, studies of reliefs based on Old Javanese literature at Hindu-Buddhist monuments are often focused on the physical appearance, carving style, and measurement aspects. This paper is intended to reveal the hidden meanings of some Old Javanese literature as depicted in the Old Javanese sacred monuments from the 13th—15th century using what is called semiosis process. The study is based on the Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotic theory. The trichotomy structure (sihn—referent—interpretant) is used in analyzing the meanings behind the carved stories and the composing of the story itself.&nbsp

The transportation production cost (TPC) considerably has strong influence to the national economic condition. This paper focused on the analysis of the transportation production cost sensitivity in relation to the variation of the external affecting factor, which are fuel price, rupiah exchange rate and Bank of Indonesia interest rate. Based on the R2 values, the TPC components in general have significant correlation, with the fuel prices. However, they do not have high correlation to the fluctuation of interest rate and rupiah exchange rate. The sensitivity analysis shows that a 10% rise on fuel price would cause 6%, 2%, 7%, 2.4%, and 4.9% rise on the TPC of intercity bus, ferry ship, interisland ship, train, and airline, respectively
