Pengelolaan SDM untuk Menciptakan Keunggulan Kompetitif
Perusahaan perlu melakukan terobosan–terobosan dengan melakukan inovasiuntuk menciptakan dan meraih keunggulan kompetitif. Perusahaan memiliki sumber – sumber keunggulan kompetitif yang meliputi sumber keunggulan kompetitif yang meliputi sumber daya fisik, sumber daya financial, struktur dan sistem produksi dan sumber daya manusia (SDM). SDM meupakan sumber keunggulan kompetitif yang utama karena pengelolaan sumber keunggulan lain secara otomatis memerlukan penanganan dari SDM yang ada. Pengelolaan SDM harus diperhatikan agar menunjang strategi bisnis yang akan diterapkan, karena jika praktek pengelolaan tersebut mendukung strategi bisnis Perusahaan akan memeberikan konstruksi dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif, yang merupakan kunci kesuksesan Perusahaan dalam lingkungan
Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan terhadap Turnover Intention
Tingginya tingkat turnover intention pada kayawan akan menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi Perusahaan yang dapat menciptakan ketidakstabilan dan menunjukkan bahwa Perusahaan tersebut tidak efektif, oleh sebab itu suatu Perusahaan harus mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan turnover intention. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Gatot Subroto Denpasar. Jumlah responden penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 70 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Lpd Kerobokan
Job satisfaction is a criterion to determine the success of the company to meet the needs of its employees. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. This research was conducted at Kerobokan Traditional Rural Credit Institution by taking samples of 56 people. Data collection was done in two ways, namely interview and questionnaire distribution. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and t test. The results of this study indicate that the style of transformational leadership, compensation, and work environment positively affect employee job satisfaction. Suggestion from this research that a leader must apply transformational leadership style in order to be able to improve employee work satisfaction, compensation must be given in accordance with work load and achievement of employees, and work environment must be kept comfort and kekondusifannya

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, communication, and physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kardisa Denpasar. his study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 61 employees of PT. Kardiasa Denpasar. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. Obtained findings that leadership, communication, and physical work environment simultaneously significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kardisa Denpasar. Other results found that leadership, communication, and physical work environment is partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kardisa Denpasar. Finally, the leadership variable is a variable that dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kardisa Denpasar
Pengaruh Prestasi Kerja dan Kompetensi Karyawan terhadap Promosi Jabatan pada Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel Sanur, Denpasar
The implementation of the promotion is done too subjective, where there's injustice in promoting employee is not the person who according to the experts, but people close to the boss. This gives rise to envy among employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work performance and competence of employees against promotion at Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel. This research was conducted at the Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel Sanur, Denpasar. The population in this study as many as 79 people, consisting of 53 permanent employees and 26 contract employees. This study uses the Achievement Motivation Theory of David C. McClelland and sampling method saturated because uses all permanent employees as respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. F test results indicate that the performance and competence affect the promotion is the appropriate model. T test results showed that job performance and significant positive effect on the promotion of employees is 2,385. Competence positive and significant impact on the promotion of 2.254. Values ??of significance below 0.05. The advice that can be given is preferably employees can accomplish a task in accordance with the time limits set and tops provide opportunities for promotion to employees who have a loyalty to the company, while the things that need to be preserved is the condition of the workspace that can lead to comfort employees in the works
