    This study aims to analyze how much influence Giving Question and Getting Answer technique on learning outcomes of students in the learning of Natural Sciences Class V SDN 31 West Pontianak. The method used is the method of quasi experiment with the design of the study is Nonequevalent Control Group Design. The sample in this study was 68 students. Results of the data analysis indicate that the learning outcomes of students at the post-test in the experimental class effect of 0,91. With an average score difference post-test students at 10,38. This means learning Giving Question and Getting Answer technique to give effect to the high keriteri the learning outcomes of students in the learning of Natural Sciences Public Elementary School fifth grade 31 West Pontianak
