    Purpose: This study examine both the monetary policy and inflation are the issues of high interest and importance, and how thus the studying them and their impact on the extension of the macroeconomic variables is a which are concerned for our culture/society.The purpose of this proposal is focusing to identifying the existing connections between the inflation rate and some important macroeconomic indicators /variables and also on the dynamics of inflation at a national level. The main objective of this study is to reveal the causal relation between the inflation rate and the interest rate of the monetary policy and also between the inflation rate and the unemployment rate,Conclusion: There is an inverse statistically significant relation between the inflation rate and the unemployment rate. This indicates that the inflation rate is an effective instrument in preventing the increase of in unemployment. Monetary policy has demonstrated

    Purpose :The aim of this study is to investigate how to effect of product branding and sales promotion to an organization growth has its performance . the insurance industry because the growth of this industry is mainly tied to the success of good product brands and sales promotion. However, the organizational performance and increase in profit and revenue should be understood by the content.  The study also aims to show focus .how to insurance industry effect the performance of slae promotion and product branding.Design/methodology/approach: Survey of insurance companies is to be considered but due to the large number of the operators, the authors chose only one case sample of State Life Insurance  which has a larger sales outlet and good number of branches nationwide. A total of 60 field survey questionnaires were distributed while 14 refined.Findings: The data collected and analyzed using the chi-square (x2) method Conclution: Hence, our conclusions from findings show that product branding and sales promotion affect organizational growth.Originality/value: By reviewing the different finding that the Sale promoton and product branding. the contribution of this paper is to look at how to finding the effective solution of sale promotion and product branding to effect the performance of insurance idustry.Study of paper: The study of this paper is exploratry is qualitative study of research.Paper Type: Research paper Keywords: sale promotion; product branding; organization performance;

    The title compound, C11H8O4, features an almost planar molecule (r.m.s. deviation = 0.033 Å for all non-H atoms). In the crystal, the molecules are linked via C-H...O hydrogen bonds, forming two-dimensional networks lying parallel to (1-21)

    Fabrication and characterization of curcumin loaded ZnO nanoparticles and their in vitro antibacterial activity

    Nanotechnology is broadly defined as the study and development of the chemical physical and natural properties of materials, devices, and structures that differ from those found on a larger scale, and Nano patents are derived from the Japanese language. Zinc oxide nanoparticles are used in a wide-ranging applications, visible light, catalytic actions, ultrasonic, deodorizing, diabetes treatment, cosmetics, lasers, paints, ultraviolet light absorbing constituents, rubber industry, catalytic agent for light flattening, and specifically in the medical and pharmaceutical sciences7. Curcumin is a useful plant-based material derived from "turmeric" that has the potential to be used in the green synthesis of ZnONPs. This is due to the influence of "polyphenol," which may also result in the formation of ZnONPs during the reduction process. Characterization reported Spherical particles with varying size from few nanometers to about 900 nm. The antibacterial activity by disk diffusion method against E. coli (Gram negative), Pseudomonas aerugionsa, Bordetella bronchiseptics & Micrococcus luteus revealed mark able zone of inhibition that declared potent antibacterial activity of Curcumin ZnO NP against gram positive bacteria more than negative ones where Ciprofloxacin was used as standard

    Microstructure of Fe-based and NiFe nanowires encapsulated by multiwalled carbon nanotube radial structures

    PhDThe crystalline iron-based nanowires encapsulated by multiwalled carbon nanotubes have been the subject of numerous studies owing to the range of potential applications. The presence of a-Fe (bcc)/y -Fe(fcc) junctions o ers the possibility of exploitation of the exchange bias effect, an interfacial magnetic phenomenon that plays a major role in magnetocaloric cooling, spintronic and high-density magnetic storage devices. This work is concerned with the synthesis and microstructural characterization of Fe-based and NiFe nanowires encapsulated by multiwall carbon nanotube radial structures. The known attributes of these structures are well matched to the magnetocaloric application. The primary aim of this work was to determine the unknown microstructural details of the encapsulated nanowire that are of relevance to the magnetocaloric application (junction types, location and orientation relative to the nanotube axis). The secondary aim was to explore the modi cation of the synthesis route to promote desirable attributes. This is the first report of a-Fe/y -Fe sequential junctions and a-Fe/Fe3C concentric junctions in encapsulated Fe-based nanowires. The presence of a-Fe/y -Fe junctions was inferred from the observation of a-Fe nanowires terminated by a ~100 nm length y-Fe crystallites of larger diameter. The a-Fe/Fe3C junctions exhibit the Bagaryatski orientation relationship: [110 ]bcck[100 ]orth. The degree of substrate roughness was found to be a means of tailoring details of the structure and composition of the encapsulated nanowires. NiFe encapsulated nanowires were found to contain crystallites of a-NiFe, y-NiFe and Ni3Fe and the sequential junctions -NiFe/Ni3Fe and a-NiFe/y-NiFe junctions.Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom, Islamia College Peshawar, Pakistan, and the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan

    Currently the world is experiencing a tremendous growth in the use of social networking sites (SNS). Virtual communities is Increasing day by day, there is still a lack of studies analyze on role of virtual community in impulse buying on the base of trust. Dramatic change in the technology it play role for the virtual communities. Virtual community is a group of people who share common interest and practices, who tend to communicate to each other on the regular base over internet via a common mechanism or location (e.g. social networking websites). Generally, virtual communities serve discussion forums where people communicate with each other and sharing common interest via an electronic media. Virtual communities play role both the retailer and consumer to communicate and discuss information regarding various product of interest
