Цель исследования - выделить взаимосвязь между экологией и благополучием населения г.Юрга Кемеровской области. Application of Molecular Ultrasound for Imaging Integrin Expression

Stabilized microbubbles with a size between 1-5 µm are used as ultrasound contrast agents in the clinical routine. They have shown convincing results for the vascular characterization of tissues as well as in echocardiography. Due to their size, microbubbles strictly remain intravascular where they can be detected with high sensitivity and specificity. This qualifies them for intravascular molecular imaging. Many studies have been published reporting on the successful use of microbubbles conjugated to specific ligands for target identification in vivo. Among them, there are several promising examples on how to use molecular ultrasound for the imaging of integrin expression. This review provides an overview on the composition of ultrasound contrast agents that can be used for molecular imaging and their detection by ultrasound using destructive and non destructive methods. Furthermore, concrete examples are given on the use of molecular ultrasound to characterize integrin expression on vessels. These cover oncological applications where integrin targeted microbubbles were used to identify and characterize tumor angiogenesis and to assess tumor response to antiangiogenic drugs as well as to radiotherapy. In addition, increased accumulation of integrin targeted microbubbles was found during vascular reformation in ischemic tissues as well as in vulnerable atherosclerotic plaques. In summary, there is clear evidence from preclinical studies that integrin targeted ultrasound imaging is a valuable tool for the characterization of a broad spectrum of diseases. Thus, more efforts should be put into translating this promising technology into the clinics

Анализ конструкции и разработка технологии сборки рамы 3D принтера

Цель работы – разработка конструкторской документации, и непосредственная сборка 3D-принтер. В результате исследования изучена и доработана конструкция 3Д-пинтера послойного наплавления, разработана конструкторская документация, проведены изготовление и сборка рабочей модели. Основные конструктивные, технологические и технико-эксплуатационные характеристики: • Габариты изготавливаемых моделей 200х200х220; • Тип используемого пластика PLA или ABS; • Скорость печати до 110 мм/с. Степень внедрения: проводятся пуско-наладочные работы. Область применения: быстрое прототипирование малогабаритных деталей; обучение студентов созданию 3Д-моделей для 3Д-печати и развитие навыков работы с аддитивным оборудованием. В будущем планируется экспериментально отработать рабочие режимы 3Д-принтера.Objective - Development of design documentation, calculation accuracy of the collected parts and direct assembly of 3D-printer. Exchange-correlation effects on quantum wires with spin-orbit interactions under the influence of in-plane magnetic fields

We have explored a wide range of linear electronic densities in the weak (strong) coupling regimes that appear when the ratio of spin-orbit to confining energy is small (large). These results are used to obtain the conductance of the wire. Разработка осветительной установки молочной фермы с использованием автоматической системы управления освещением

В ходе выполнения ВКР решалось несколько основных задач: улучшение светового климата внутри помещений для содержания крупного рогатого скота и, как следствие, увеличение производительности молочных коров; повышение эффективности системы искусственного освещения на молочных фермах с использованием энергосберегающих осветительных средств (реконструкция осветительной установки и внедрение автоматической системы управления освещением по протоколу DALI), позволяющих снизить расход электрической энергии на процесс освещения.During the implementation of the graduation work, several main tasks were solved: improving the light climate within the premises for cattle and, as a consequence, increasing the productivity of dairy cows; increasing the efficiency of the artificial lighting system on dairy farms using energy-saving lighting (reconstruction of the lighting system and the introduction of an automatic lighting control system using the DALI protocol), which allow to reduce the electric energy consumption for the lighting process
