Sistematización de la experiencia “Fortalecimiento del proyecto de vida en mujeres jefas de hogar con antecedentes de violencia familiar en el Asentamiento Renacer 2 de Julio del Municipio de Popayán”

Este documento hace referencia a la comprensión y abordaje de la experiencia de sistematización en seis mujeres jefas de hogar con antecedentes de violencia familiar, pertenecientes al Asentamiento Renacer 2 de Julio del Municipio de Popayán, con quienes se realizó un Proyecto de Asesoría Familiar bajo los lineamientos de la Investigación Acción Participativa (IAP), que adoptó una mirada desde el enfoque transversal de género. La sistematización de la experiencia se llevó a cabo bajo dos ejes temáticos denominados: “conocimiento de los derechos” y “fortalecimiento de redes”, así mismo, se plantearon dos objetivos de sistematización, el primero fue identificar los aprendizajes significativos de las participantes en torno al conocimiento de derechos como mujeres y sus condiciones de viabilidad y el segundo, conocer la configuración de redes entorno a la violencia familiar. Los resultados fueron significativos a nivel personal, familiar y social que permitieron generar procesos resilientes y generativos enfocados en factores protectores como: resolución de conflictos establecimiento de redes de apoyo, proyecto de vida y fortalecimiento de lazos afectivos y de comunicación con sus hijos.This document refers to the comprehension and approach within the systematic experience of six women who are the head of their household with background on domestic violence. These six women belong to the July 2nd Rebirth Township, also known as “Asentamiento Renacer 2 de Julio” in the Popayan municipality, who were also part of a Family Advisory Council which guidelines were based on the Participatory Action Research (PAR), known in Spanish as “Investigación Acción Participative (IAP);” which created a cross-cutting gender approach. The systematization of experience took place by using two main thematic axes called: “knowledge of rights” and “strengthening of networks,” as well as two objectives posed within the systematization. The first objective was to identify the meaningful learning of the participants around the knowledge on women’s rights and their conditions for viability; the second objective was to know the network configuration around domestic violence. These results were significant at a personal, social and family level allowing resilient and generative processes focused on protective strategies, such as; conflict resolution establishing social support network, life project and strengthening affective and communication ties within their children
