Estrategia sostenible biotecnológica para disminuir los Agroquímicos en la producción del café en la vereda la Mercedes del pital huila

This master's study entitled "Sustainable biotechnological strategy to reduce agrochemicals in coffee production in the village of Las Mercedes del Pital Huila" had the purpose of creating from biotechnology a sustainable strategy for the inappropriate use of agrochemicals in coffee production and part of the of the need to minimize the negative impact generated by their misuse both on plants, soil and the environment in general. The applied methodology had a qualitative approach and an action research design. The collection technique was the interview with the instrument of the semi-structured interview guide; the sample was of the intentional type of non-probabilistic cut taken from a total of 10 farms in the Vereda. The sample population were the owners of the selected farms, a total of four (4). The results obtained show a traditional crop that is altering the environment and ecosystems in general with practices that do not favor production. It was also possible to show that coffee growers lacked information about biotechnological strategies; however, they are interested in this new strategy. In conclusion, the stated objective was achieved, to promote in coffee growers the development and application of the sustainable biotechnological strategy from vermiculture to minimize the use of agrochemicals and protect the environment, life in ecosystems and the planet in general.Esta investigación de maestría titulada “Estrategia sostenible biotecnológica para disminuir los agroquímicos en la producción del café en la vereda las mercedes del Pital Huila” tuvo como propósito crear desde la biotecnología una estrategia sostenible para el uso inadecuado de agroquímicos en la producción del café y parte de la necesidad de minimizar el impacto negativo generado por el mal uso de los mismos tanto en las plantas, suelo y medio ambiente en general. La metodología aplicada tuvo un enfoque cualitativo y un diseño de investigación acción. La técnica de recolección fue la entrevista con el instrumento de la guía de entrevista semiestructurada; la muestra fue de tipo intencional de corte no probabilístico tomada de un total de 10 fincas de la Vereda. La población muestra fueron los propietarios de las fincas seleccionadas un total de cuatro (4). Los resultados obtenidos evidencian un cultivo de carácter tradicional que está alterando el medio ambiente y los ecosistemas en general con prácticas que no favorecen ni la producción. También se pudo evidenciar que los caficultores carecían de información acerca de estrategias biotecnológicas, sin embargo, se muestran interesados en esta nueva estrategia. En conclusión, se logró promover en los caficultores la elaboración y aplicación de la estrategia biotecnológica sostenible desde la lombricultura para minimizar el uso de agroquímicos y proteger el medio ambiente, la vida en los ecosistemas y en el planeta en general

Programa ambiental para mitigar prácticas agrícolas inadecuadas en la vereda Campoalegre de el Pital Huila

This research aimed to formulate an environmental program to mitigate inappropriate agricultural practices in the village Campoalegre located in the town El Pital, Huila. The methodology was with a qualitative approach, with an exploratory scope and using a research-action design. The information was collected using the interview technique, particularly the semi-structured interview guide as an instrument with a sample of 15 farmers from the village, all of them of legal age, with similar levels of education; the results were analyzed using the Atlas.ti software as a tool, finding that burning, clearing and felling to renew land or expand crops, the excessive use of water and agrochemicals, as well as inadequate waste management were the current practices. These results shown the need to formulate the "Environmental Program of Good Agricultural Practices - Environmental Education in the Community Classroom", which involved group activities using audiovisual material and environment resources.  The results of this research allow us to conclude that the implementation of the program covers the need for awareness for taking human actions that have a positive impact on the restoration of the environment and that the issue of sustainable agriculture indicates the path to overcome problems such as: deforestation and water and soil contamination.La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo formular un programa ambiental para mitigar las prácticas agrícolas inadecuadas en la vereda Campoalegre de El Pital, Huila. La metodología fue con enfoque cualitativo, alcance exploratorio y diseño de investigación – acción. La información se recolectó utilizando la técnica de entrevista e instrumento guía de entrevista semiestructurada a una muestra de 15 agricultores de la vereda, todos mayores de edad, con niveles similares de educación; los resultados se analizaron apoyados del software Atlas.ti, donde se identificó la quema, roza y tala para renovar terrenos o ampliar cultivos, uso excesivo de agua  y agroquímicos, así como manejo inadecuado de residuos; resultado que evidenció la necesidad de formular el “Programa Ambiental de Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas – Educación Ambiental en el Aula Comunitaria”, el programa involucró actividades grupales utilizando material audiovisual y del entorno, con resultados que permiten concluir que su implementación responde a la necesidad de sensibilización para la toma de acciones humanas que impacten positivamente en la restauración del medio ambiente y que el tema de la agricultura sostenible señale la ruta para superar problemas como: la deforestación, la contaminación del agua y del suelo

Estrategia pedagógica para promover valores ambientales frente a la deforestación en estudiantes de primaria en la I.E Panamericana de Icononzo Tolima

This thesis carries out an analysis of deforestation in the Boquerón Tolima village caused by different community practices, but especially by that generated by the work of the Bogotá Girardot third lane project at kilometer 15 Bogotá Melgar. Likewise, it emphasizes the need to have a pedagogical strategy as a means to achieve the objectives of promoting environmental values ​​in elementary students at the IE Panamericana of Icononzo Tolima to largely mitigate this environmental problem. In the first chapter the problem arises, the general objective and the specific objectives of this thesis are established, as well as the justification, scope and limits of it. The second chapter refers to the theoretical framework and the importance of the ABP strategy to achieve training in environmental values ​​and thus avoid deforestation. In the third chapter, the methods used to diagnose and determine what pedagogical strategies can be used to promote environmental values ​​on deforestation in the Pan-American Educational Institution are presented. And also a method to evaluate the pedagogical strategy to assess the impact it had on the students and if it aroused in them environmental values ​​in the deforestation processes. The implemented strategies are enunciated. The research approach is qualitative, the scope is descriptive and the design used was participation-action. The sample has a population of approximately 30 students.at the primary level of the Pan-American Educational Institution, located in the village of Boquerón, located in the municipality of Icononzo in the department of Tolima. The technique that was used was that of the interview and the instrument was an interview script to determine the first to make a diagnosis in relation to the environmental knowledge that the students have, and a final interview script, in order to evaluate the impact of the pedagogical strategy to be executed, once implemented it was possible to improve the knowledge on the part of the students under study.Esta investigación titulada Estrategia pedagógica para promover valores ambientales frente a la deforestación en estudiantes de primaria en la I.E Panamericana de Icononzo Tolima, tiene como propósito general de la investigación, mitigar la deforestación en la vereda de Boquerón Tolima  provocada por diferentes prácticas de la comunidad, pero especialmente  la generada por el proyecto de  la obra del tercer carril Bogotá Girardot  en el kilómetro 15 Bogotá Melgar. El enfoque de la investigación es cualitativo, el alcance es  descriptivo y el diseño utilizado fue el de participación acción, la muestra cuenta con una población aproximada de 30 estudiantes  a nivel primaria de la Institución Educativa Panamericana, ubicada en la vereda Boquerón, situada en el municipio de Icononzo departamento del Tolima. La técnica que se utilizó fue la de la entrevista y el instrumento un guion de entrevista el primero para realizar un diagnóstico con relación a los conocimientos ambientales que tienen los estudiantes, y un guion de entrevista final, para evaluar el impacto de la estrategia pedagógica a ejecutar, una vez implementada se logró mejorar el conocimiento y practicas por parte de los estudiantes objeto de estudio

Análisis cualitativo de la implementación de un programa de educación ambiental para proteger una microcuenca en un colegio en el departamento del Huila

This research aimed to design an environmental education program to protect the Cascajosa micro-watershed with the educational community of the Colegio Gimnasio Minuto de Dios in the municipality of Garzón, Huila department. A methodological design was carried out using a qualitative approach, with a descriptive scope of action research, targeting students, parents, and teachers as the study population. The technique used was interviews, and a semi-structured interview instrument was designed based on a three-way table, considering the categories of analysis, environmental education, and micro-watershed protection. Subsequently, it was validated through expert judgment and applied to the educational community as a whole. In conclusion, the objective set by this program was achieved as it successfully highlighted the importance of preserving natural resources and local ecosystems, specifically focusing on the micro-watershed as a vital component of the Garzón municipality's environment.Esta investigación tuvo como propósito diseñar un programa de educación ambiental para proteger la microcuenca la Cascajosa con la comunidad educativa del Colegio Gimnasio Minuto de Dios del municipio de Garzón en el departamento del Huila. Se realizó un diseño metodológico desde un enfoque cualitativo, con un alcance descriptivo de investigación acción, en donde se abordó a los estudiantes, padres de familia y docentes, como población objeto de estudio. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista y se diseñó un instrumento de entrevista semiestructurada la cual se construyó desde un cuadro de triple entrada teniendo en cuenta las categorías de análisis, educación ambiental y protección de microcuencas; posteriormente se validó a través de juicio de expertos y se aplicó a la comunidad educativa en general. En conclusión, se logró el objetivo planteado a través de este programa, ya que se logró visibilizar la importancia de preservar los recursos naturales y ecosistemas locales, centrándose específicamente en la microcuenca como un componente vital del entorno del municipio de Garzón
