The performance is in implementing nursing care that have been arranged in accordance with nursing standards were issued by the health departement an institution in the from or standard operating procedures, as the embodiment of the professional attitude of nursing health departement of republic Indonesia have imposed their standard operating procedures (SOP). the aim of research is to find out if there are relationship between the length work With the Obedient Nurses in implementing SOP in give an infusion in RSU Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado. The study design is observasional analytic with cross sectional approach and data were collected using observation sheet. Research results test statistic chi square obtained p = 0,798. Samples were taken with the technique ot talking consecutive sanpling, these are 40 samples. Conclusion there is no Relationship between the lenght work with the obedient nurses in implementing SOP in give an infusion. The suggestion for further research can investigate the factors of nurses in implementing SOP in give an infusion
