Rehabilitation of the physically handicapped children requires interdepartmental integration. The most concerned link carrying on the interdepartmental integration may prove to be the family of a disabled child. The parents should have an opportunity and incentives to acquire specific skills to bring up a child and take care of them, since the rehabilitation of the physically handicapped children is a lengthy process and has some distinctive peculiarities at various age stages.Key words: rehabilitation, disabled children

MEANS OF DATA ACCESSING ABOUT «TRUE» ADOLESCENT MORBIDITY

With the help of «SOC/PEDIATRIA-3» software we have studied «true» adolescent morbidity from 2006 to 2008 inclusive. We have analyzed data from 723 adolescents including the results of their profound physical examination. We have calculated the index of accumulated morbidity by appealability. Наиболее заинтересованным связующим звеном, осуществляющим межведомственную интеграцию, может стать семья ребенка-инвалида. Родители должны иметь возможности и мотивацию для приобретения специальных навыков по развитию ребенка и уходу за ним, так как реабилитация детей с ограниченными жизненными возможностями является длительным процессом и имеет отличительные особенности на разных возрастных этапах.
