    Hamiltonian analysis of interacting fluids

Ideal fluid dynamics is studied as a relativistic field theory with particular importance on its hamiltonian structure. The Schwinger condition, whose integrated version yields the stress tensor conservation, is explicitly verified both in equal-time and light-cone coordinate systems. We also consider the hamiltonian formulation of fluids interacting with an external gauge field. The complementary roles of the canonical(Noether) stress tensor and the symmetric one obtained by metric variation are discussed. Finally, a non-relativistic reduction of the system in light-cone coordinates has been carried out which reproduces results found earlier in the literature.Comment: 19 pages, no figures, expanded version, new references, published in EPJC (2015) 75:20

Acoustic Kerr Metric in Analogue Gravity

The present paper is based on a previous work (involving two of the present authors) where a generalized fluid dynamical model was proposed. The underlying symplectic structure of the Lagrangian discrete degrees of freedom obeyed a Non-Commutative algebra, generated by Berry curvature correction. In an Euler (or Hamiltonian) framework, this is manifested as an extended algebra between the fluid variables, leading to the extended fluid model. Here we study the dynamics of sonic fluctuations that live in this effective analogue gravity spacetime. Interestingly enough, the effective metric resembles that of a spinning Black Hole; the spin is induced by the underlying Non-Commutative structure. The effective mass and spin parameters of the Black Hole, in terms of fluid parameters, are also identified. The connection of our model with anomalous Hall systems may lead to observable signatures of the analogue black hole in physical systems.Comment: 7 pages, no figur

Tunneling gap of laterally separated quantum Hall states

We use a method of matched asymptotics to determine the energy gap of two counter-propagating, strongly interacting, quantum Hall edge states. The microscopic edge state dispersion and Coulomb interactions are used to precisely constrain the short-distance behavior of an integrable field theory, which then determines the low energy spectrum. We discuss the relationship of our results to the tunneling measurements of Kang et al., Nature 403, 59 (2000).Comment: 4 pages, 1 figur

Machine learning-based Naive Bayes approach for divulgence of Spam Comment in Youtube station

    Get PDF
In the 21st Century, web-based media assumes an indispensable part in the interaction and communication of civilization. As an illustration of web-based media viz. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc., can increase the social regard of a person just as a gathering. Yet, every innovation has its pros as well as cons. In some YouTube channels, a machine-made spam remark is produced on that recordings, moreover, a few phony clients additionally remark a spam comment which creates an adverse effect on that YouTube channel.  The spam remarks can be distinguished by using AI (artificial intelligence) which is based on different Algorithms namely Naive Bayes, SVM, Random Forest, ANN, etc. The present investigation is focussed on a machine learning-based Naive Bayes classifier ordered methodology for the identification of spam remarks on YouTub

Quantisation of O(N)O(N) invariant nonlinear sigma model in the Batalin-Tyutin formalism

We quantise the O(N)O(N) nonlinear sigma model using the Batalin Tyutin (BT) approach of converting a second class system into first class. It is a {\it nontrivial} application of the BT method since the quantisation of this model by the conventional Dirac procedure suffers from operator ordering ambiguities. The first class constraints, the BRST Hamiltonian and the BRST charge are explicitly computed. The partition function is constructed and evaluated in the unitary gauge and a multiplier (ghost) dependent gauge.Comment: 13 pages, SINP-TNP/93-1
