With the ever increasing demand for suitable tissue engineering and drug delivery systems, hydrogel fiber spinning has drawn increasing attention due to its ability to create threedimensional (3D) structures using biomaterials. Hydrogel materials have shown a great promise to be used as templates for tissue engineering and implantable devices. Among the many production techniques available, advanced fiber processing, such as coaxial and triaxial spinning of natural hydrogels, has attracted a great deal of attention because the basic core-sheath structure provides a drug delivery system capable of delivering high concentrations of drug for localized drug delivery and tissue engineering applications. Encapsulating the drug and bioactive cores with a more bio-friendly coating allows for a versatile system for producing deviceswith appropriatemechanical, chemical and biological properties that can mimic the native extracellular matrix, better supporting cell growth and maintenance. This chapter presents a novel fabricationmethod using a wet-spinning process that allows for the routine production of multifunctional coaxial hydrogel fibers that take advantage of the encapsulating properties of a hydrogel core while also promoting good cell growth and biocompatibility via the use of bio-friendly material in the sheath

Software Architecture (SA) is one of the most important artifacts for life cycle of a software system because it incorporates some important decisions and principles for the system development. On the other hand, developing the systems based on uncertain and ambiguous requirement has been increased, significantly. Therefore, there have been significant attentions on SA requirements. In this paper, we present a new method for evaluation of performance characteristics based on a use case, response time, and queue length of SA. Since there are some ambiguities associated with considered systems, we use the idea of Fuzzy UML (F-UML) diagrams. In addition, these diagrams have been enriched with performance annotations using proposed Fuzzy-SPT sub profile, the extended version of SPT profile proposed by OMG. Then, these diagrams are mapped into an executable model based on Fuzzy Colored Petri Nets (FCPN) and finally the performance metrics are calculated using the proposed algorithms. We have implemented CPN-Tools for creating and evaluating the FCPN model

These days, There are several applications where we face with large data set and it has become an important part of common resources in different scientific areas. In fact, there are many applications where there are literally huge amount of information handled either in terabyte or in petabyte. Many scientists apply huge amount of data distributed geographically around the world through advanced computing systems. The huge volume data and calculations have created new problems in accessing, processing and distribution of data. The challenges of data management infrastructure have become very difficult under a large amount of data, different geographical spaces, and complicated involved calculations. Data Grid is a remedy to all mentioned problems. In this paper, a new method of dynamic optimal data replication in data grid is introduced where it reduces the total job execution time and increases the locality in accessibilities by detecting and impacting the factors influencing the data replication. Proposed method is composed of two main phases. During the first phase is the phase of file application and replication operation. In this phase, we evaluate three factors influencing the data replication and determine whether the requested file can be replicated or it can be used from distance. In the second phase or the replacement phase, the proposed method investigates whether there is enough space in the destination to store the requested file or not. In this phase, the proposed method also chooses a replica with the lowest value for deletion by considering three replica factors to increase the performance of system. The results of simulation also indicate the improved performance of our proposed method compared with other replication methods represented in the simulator Optorsim

Developing an Enterprise Architecture is a complex task and to control the complexity of the regulatory framework we need to measure the relative performance of one system against other available systems. On the other hand, enterprise architecture cannot be organized without the use of a logical structure. The framework provides a logical structure for classifying architectural output. Among the common architectural framework, the C4ISR framework and methodology of the product is one of the most popular techniques. In this paper, given the existing uncertainties in system development and information systems, a new version of UML called Fuzzy-UML is proposed for enterprise architecture development based on fuzzy Petri nets. In addition, the performance of the system is also evaluated based on Fuzzy sequence diagram

This paper presents a method to classify the web user’s navigation patterns automatically. The proposed model of this paper classifies user’s navigation patterns and predicts his/her upcoming requirements. To create users’ profile, a new method is introduced by recording user’s settings active and user’s similarity measurement with neighboring users. The proposed model is capable of creating the profile implicitly. Besides, it updates the profile based on created changes. In fact, we try to improve the function of recommender engine using user’s navigation patterns and clustering. The method is based on user’s navigation patterns and is able to present the result of recommender engine based on user’s requirement and interest. In addition, this method has the ability to help customize websites, more efficiently

In this paper with the aid of fuzzy theory we present a new method for scheduling on Grid system. Grid computing is a technology to meet the growing computational requires. In fact grid computing is one of the most popular types of distributed system. Its aim is to produce an enormous, autonomous and effective virtual machine, and it is produced by collecting different nodes with the aim of sharing their data and computational power. This paper follows the identification of grid scheduling with the help of fuzzy theory and seeking to present a new method for grid scheduling with respect to exiting obstacles. In our method we use the intermediate load of nodes of each clusters, the average of computing power which determines the node premiership and job premiership as the input parameters of fuzzy system, and regarding to the output value of fuzzy system the suitable nodes determines. We evaluate the performance of our method with some grid scheduling methods. The results of the experiments show the efficiency of the proposed method in term of makespan and Standard deviation of the load of cluster

Preparing enterprise architecture is complicated procedure, which uses framework as structure regularity and style as the behavior director for controlling complexity. As in architecture behavior, precedence over structure, for better diagnosis of a behavior than other behaviors, there is a need to evaluate the architecture performance. Enterprise architecture cannot be organized without the benefit of the logical structure. Framework provides a logical structure for classifying architectural output. Among the common architectural framework, the C4ISR is one of the most appropriate frameworks because of the methodology of its production and the level of aggregation capability and minor revisions. C4ISR framework, in three views and by using some documents called product, describes the architecture. In this paper, for developing the systems, there are always uncertainties in information systems and we may use new version of UML called FUZZY-UML, which includes structure and behavior of the system. The proposed model of this paper also uses Fuzzy Petri nets to analyze the developed system

Concurrent with the ever-increasing growth of information and communication technology (ICT) and the dramatic expansion ofcomputer networks, we observe different forms of attacks and intrusions to networks; thus intrusion detection systems (IDSs) are consideredas a vital part of each network connected to internet in the modern world. Neural networks are considered as a popular method used in IDS.Two major problems in these networks, i.e. long training time and inattention to features' domain, have made necessary development and/orimprovement of the model. Feature selection techniques are used in the neural networks in order to develop a new model to speed up theattack detection, to reduce error notification rate and finally to enhance system's efficiency. In this study, for enhancing efficiency of theneural network in detecting intrusions, a genetic algorithm was used for selecting features. The suggested model was examined and assessedon NSL-KDD dataset which is the modified version of the KDD-CUP99. The experimental results indicate that the suggested model is veryefficient in enhancing precision and recall of attack detection and reducing the error notification rate and also is able to offer more accuratedetections in contrast to the basic model

Abstract— In order to provide complete security in a computer system and to prevent intrusion, intrusion detection systems (IDS) are required to detect if an attacker crosses the firewall, antivirus, and other security devices. Data and options to deal with it. In this paper, we are trying to provide a model for combining types of attacks on public data using combined methods of genetic algorithm and neural network. The goal is to make the designed model act as a measure of system attack and combine optimization algorithms to create the ultimate accuracy and reliability for the proposed model and reduce the error rate. To do this, we used a feedback neural network, and by examining the worker, it can be argued that this research with the new approach reduces errors in the classification.with the rapid development of communication and information technology and its applications, especially in computer networks, there is a new competition in information security and network security
