Peningkatan Keterampilan Menyusun Teks Biografi Model Project Based Learning Siswa SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak

The purpose of research describes the planning, execution, and result of learning biography compose text using the model of project-based learning in grade VIIIC in academic year 2016/2017. The method used is descriptive method and form of research is classroom action research (PTK). The data source of this research is the teacher of Indonesian, VIIIC grade students were 36 students and documents such as lesson plans, IPKG I. IPKG II. The form of the data are qualitative and quantitative. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles as follows. (1) the percentage of planning has increased, the results of the first cycle is 50.94% and the second cycle is 80.76%. (2) the percentage of implementation has increased, the results of the first cycle of 55.5% and the second cycle of 85.48%. (3) the results obtained from the study average results of student learning value before PTK is 69.72. The text compose results of students in the first cycle using project based learning has increased by an average of 76.29%, and the results of the second cycle with an average of 78.42%

Ports is a facilities of transportasion which still plays an important role in the development of various modes of transport. Especially in Indonesia, known as the MaritimeStates, port as part well as a liaison between the gate area economy. Sei Duku Port is the only port that is located right in Pekanbaru's downtown, Sei Duku Port plays an important role in the development of Pekanbaru and Riau Province. So, it needs to redesign and developing the Sei Duku Port. Redesign and development of the Sei Duku Port apply the structure as an aesthetic element by applying theconcept of tectonics architectural. Application of the theme and concept was done by exposure and processing of the structure of the building so as to overcome the problems that occured on the current port. The result and conclusion of the redesign and development of port activities Sei Duku is, a port must have a regular circulation and grouping and able to accomodate the needs of its users

The design of this training center uses the method of shape tansformation based on function and design theme. The concept used is speed and power on the potential. Is the most important thing in badminton, by taking one element that is smash. The smash characteristics applied to the building are sharp and fast. Implementation of both characters are also adapted to the architectural elements of the lontiok house, such us rectangular base form, facade and bulding circulation. The concept in line with the designing process in the making of Badminton Training Center in Bangkinang, Kampar, that meets the International Standards both in terms of quality and facilities

Stability of strange stars (SS) derived from a realistic equation of state

A realistic equation of state (EOS) leads to realistic strange stars (ReSS) which are compact in the mass radius plot, close to the Schwarzchild limiting line (Dey et al 1998). Many of the observed stars fit in with this kind of compactness, irrespective of whether they are X-ray pulsars, bursters or soft $\gamma$ repeaters or even radio pulsars. We point out that a change in the radius of a star can be small or large, when its mass is increasing and this depends on the position of a particular star on the mass radius curve. We carry out a stability analysis against radial oscillations and compare with the EOS of other strange star (SS) models. We find that the ReSS is stable and an M-R region can be identified to that effect.Comment: 16 pages including 5 figures. Accepted for publication in MPL

The sample of this study were 119 respondents who are costumers of nevada in Matahari Department Store, Malang Town Square.Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of this study, there are four variables that make up the costumer level factors, namely Consumer risk perception, price consciousness, price quality.
