On the distributivity equation for uni-nullnorms
summary:A uni-nullnorm is a special case of 2-uninorms obtained by letting a uninorm and a nullnorm share the same underlying t-conorm. This paper is mainly devoted to solving the distributivity equation between uni-nullnorms with continuous Archimedean underlying t-norms and t-conorms and some binary operators, such as, continuous t-norms, continuous t-conorms, uninorms, and nullnorms. The new results differ from the previous ones about the distributivity in the class of 2-uninorms, which have not yet been fully characterized
Representation of uni-nullnorms and null-uninorms on bounded lattices
summary:In this paper, we present the representation for uni-nullnorms with disjunctive underlying uninorms on bounded lattices. It is shown that our method can cover the representation of nullnorms on bounded lattices and some of existing construction methods for uni-nullnorms on bounded lattices. Illustrative examples are presented simultaneously. In addition, the representation of null-uninorms with conjunctive underlying uninorms on bounded lattices is obtained dually
Radioprotective effect and other biological benefits associated with flavonoids
Ionizing radiation has the potential to cause extensive damage to living organisms. It can directly act on DNA, proteins and lipids, resulting in ionizing excitation and chemical bond cleavage, which can lead to molecular and cellular damage. Ionizing radiation can hydrolyze water molecules in the body, resulting in increased numbers of free radicals with strong oxidation ability. This process indirectly leads to tissue degeneration and necrosis, which can possibly result in cancer. In this paper, the intervention mechanism of flavonoids on ionizing radiation was analyzed. It has been revealed that the intervention mechanism associated with flavonoids may offer protective properties for DNA, prevent scavenging free radicals, and protect against auto-immune damage. In addition, this invention mechanism can protect the hematopoietic system and reduce inflammationKeywords: Ionizing radiation, Flavonoids, Radioprotective mechanisms, Molecular and cellular damage, DNA, Hematopoietic system, Inflammatio
catena-Poly[[[bisÂ[aquaÂnickel(II)]bisÂ(μ-pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylÂato N-oxide)]-μ-1,2-di-4-pyridylethane] tetraÂhydrate]
In the title compound, {[Ni2(C7H3NO5)2(C12H12N2)(H2O)2]·4H2O}n, two NiII ions, two tridentate pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylÂate N-oxide ligands and two coordinated water molÂecules form centrosymmetric dinuclear units, which are further bridged by centrosymmetric 1,2-di-4-pyridylethane ligands into polymeric chains along [210]. Each NiII ion has a distorted square-pyramidal environment, with the basal plane formed by three O [Ni—O = 1.9290 (16)–1.9588 (10) Å] and one N [Ni—N = 1.9828 (18) Å] atoms and the apical position occupied by the water molÂecule [Ni—O = 2.2643 (11) Å]. The water molÂecules are involved in the formation of O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds
