In this paper, the results of studying of the two types od sowing machines,
with different constructional desings of sowing set (mechanical and pneumatic sowing
machines).
Two tipes of different sowing machines have been tested with different working
speed (4 km/h, 6 km/h, 8 km/h, 10 km/h).
The experiments were performed in optimal conditions of Rasina district area.
Two tipes of different sowing machines have been tested, the aim of the research
was to find out which one of the tested machines with different working speed will gain
the best quality in speeding process and olso to determine the subtipe which can be
recommended.
In conclusion we found that the choice of sowing machines is complex question and

In this paper has been investigated influence of different tillage of soil on
growth and yield of buckwheat. The investigations have been done in the agro ecological
conditions of Kosovo and Metohia, in the period 2007/08. There have been chosen three
localities, on the brown type of soil. Field-Lab research has been targeted to the
evaluation of working quality of different aggregates for tillage and pre-sowing tillage,
and its influence on growth and yield of buckwheat. The objective of research based on
field-lab trials was to determine parameters of work quality of different systems for
tillage, pre-sowing tillage, influence on growth and yield of buckwheat, in order to
determine right choice of technological-technical system for tillage and pre-sowing
tillage. Also, the objective was to advantages and disadvantages to be indicated. Based
on the achieved results it has been concluded that tillage system indicated significant
influence on yields of buckwheat, wit ht variations from 705 kg/ha (system CΠ’-

Analiza kvaliteta i koliΔine semena viΕ‘egodiΕ‘njih trava pri procesu dorade
This paper presents an analysis of the impact of the initial purity of natural seeds of perennial grasses in the amount of processed seed in the processing process. It also determined the quality of processed seed. It is important that the difference between assessed amounts of pure seeds in laboratory is lower than the actual amount of obtained seeds in processing. In the natural seed, different amount of the variety of inert matter and seeds of weeds could be found. It is very difficult to separate it in the finishing process. The content of the pure seed, inert matter, weeds and other species in the revised seed are defined by the βRules of the seed qualityβ. The six lots of perennial grasses seeds of different purity were processed. There were three lots of meadow fescue, two lots of tall fescue and one lot of cocksfoot. Quantity of processed seed, losses of seeds and processing output was determined at the end of the seed processing.U radu je prikazana analiza uticaja poΔetne ΔistoΔe naturalnog semena viΕ‘egodiΕ‘njih trava na koliΔinu doraΔenog semena pri procesu dorade. TakoΔe je odreΔen kvalitet doraΔenog semena. Pri procesu dorade semena viΕ‘egodiΕ‘njih trava vaΕΎno je da razlika izmeΔu koliΔine Δistog semena koja se laboratorijski proceni pri prijemu semena i stvarne koliΔine dobijenog semena u pogonu za doradu bude Ε‘to manja. U naturalnom semenu se nalaze korovi i inertne materije koji se veoma teΕ‘ko odvajaju pri doradi. Pravilnikom o kvalitetu semena definisan je sadrΕΎaj Δistog semena, inertnih materija, korova i drugih vrsta u doraΔenom semenu. DoraΔivano je Ε‘est partija naturalnog semena viΕ‘egodiΕ‘njih trava razliΔitih ΔistoΔa. Tri partije livadskog vijuka, dve partije visokog vijuka i jedna partija jeΕΎevice. Na kraju procesa dorade odreΔena je koliΔina doraΔenog semena, gubici semena i randman dorade
Rezultati ispitivanja uskoredih sejalica pri setvi raΕΎi u agroekoloΕ‘kim uslovima severnog Kosova i Metohije
Rye is a farming culture that is important as bread wheat. It is excellent
fodder either the green or in the bran, flour or grain. The rye grain is used for the
production of alcohol, vinegar and starch, cellulose, lignin, furfurol, good quality paper
and seeds in the pharmaceutical industry. The process of production of rye grain on the
principle of ''grain-grain'', can also occur through the sowing of winter rye. Sowing units
take up important role in the technological process of sowing of winter rye as the
dominant in agro-ecological conditions in northern Kosovo and Metohija. The very
process of sowing is followed by a series of specific features that interact with the effects
of applied work of narrow line seeder significantly affect the amount of actual yield of
winter rye and profitability of its production. It is practically impossible to remove
omission in the process of winter rye sowing. The aim of this research was to determine
the quality and reliability of different narrow line seeder of rye based on field-laboratory
research and exploitation in the agro-ecological conditions of northern Kosovo and
Metohija, depending on defined parameters.
These results indicate the advantages and disadvantages of the applied sowing
aggregates concepts.RaΕΎ predstavlja ratarsku kulturu koja je znaΔajna kao hlebno ΕΎito, odliΔna
je stoΔna hrana, bilo za zeleno, bilo u mekinjama, braΕ‘nu ili zrnu. U industriji se zrno
koristi i za proizvodnju alkohola, skroba i sirΔeta, celuloze, lignina, furfurola i hartije
dobrog kvaliteta a klica u farmaceutskoj industriji. Proces proizvodnje raΕΎi po principu
''zrno-zrno'', moΕΎe se odvijati kroz setvu ozime i jare raΕΎi. ZnaΔajno mesto u
tehnoloΕ‘kom postupku setve ozime raΕΎi kao dominantne u agroekoloΕ‘kim uslovima
severnog Kosova i Metohije, zauzimaju setveni agregati. Sam proces setve praΔen je
nizom specifiΔnosti, koje u interakciji sa efektima rada primenjenih uskoredih sejalica
znaΔajno utiΔu na visinu ostvarenih prinosa ozime raΕΎi i rentabilnost proizvodnje ove
ratarske kulture. UΔinjene propuste u procesu setve ozime raΕΎi kasnije praktiΔno nije
moguΔe otkloniti. Cilj istraΕΎivanja je bio da se na osnovu poljsko-laboratorijskih i
eksploatacionih istraΕΎivanja utvrdi kvalitet rada i pouzdanost u radu razliΔitih uskoredih
sejalica pri setvi raΕΎi u agroekoloΕ‘ki uslovima severnog Kosova i Metohije, u zavisnosti
od definisanih parametara. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na prednosti, odnosno na
nedostatke primenjene koncepcije setvenog agregata

PURPOSE: Since several studies have proposed that epithelial ovarian cancer should not be considered as a single disease entity and that it results from an accumulation of genetic changes, we aimed to assess the polymorphic expression of major cytosolic glutathione S-transferases (GSTM1, T1, A1 and P1) with respect to ovarian cancer susceptibility and aggressiveness.
METHODS: This case-control study was conducted on 93 newly diagnosed epithelial ovarian cancer patients and 178 healthy matched controls. The multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect homozygous deletions of GSTM1 and GSTT1 genes. Analysis of the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) GSTA1 C69T was performed using PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP), while for SNP GSTP1 Ile105Val real-time PCR was used.
RESULTS: No significant association to ovarian cancer risk was found for individual GSTM1, GSTA1 and GSTP1 genotypes (p>0.05). However, the carriers of GSTT1-active genotype were at 2-fold higher risk of ovarian cancer development (95%CI: 1.00-4.01, p=0.049), which was even more elevated in the subgroup of patients with positive family history of cancer. Moreover, the frequency of all three GST genotypes that might be associated to ovarian cancer risk (GSTT1-active, GSTA1-active and GSTP1-referent) was significantly higher in patients than in the control group (p=0.042). Even more, patients who were carriers of combination of these three genotypes represented over 64% of the total number of patients within any of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stages of ovarian cancer.

On the many investigations t has been concluded of increase grain yield very
important is sowing. Correct choise is not only the sowing machine, his way of work are
important for increase grain yield.In this paper has been investigated two types of
sowing machines (mechanical and pneumatic) with two variante. They have been tested
with different working speed.The exsperiments were performed in optimal conditions of
Rasina district area in tips soil pseudoglej.The aim of the search was to find which of
tested machines will gain the best quality of precision sowing, number of one, two, three
place of plants and place without plants.
On the bases of results we found that different working speed of sowing machines

In our country are abundant corn hybrids that give high yields. Such yields can
be provided if each plant has the optimum conditions for growth and development.
To achieve favorable conditions for the purpose of giving effect factors one of them
is the speed and type of drill speeders. Work includes characteristics reflected the
analysis of these structural solutions seeder at different speeds,, whose changes affects
the achieved plant density of maize per hectare in conjunction with weather conditions
in years of study a effected the yield of maize.
The obtained results it can be concluded that the sowing machine can not bee
viewed as a machine that is only for one agro-technical operation, because is suggests
the adoption of low grade on the machine. Only including a range of considerations may

Results of the Investigation Effects of Soil Compaction on Yield of Winter Wheat
Moving of tractors and mobile systems can be divided in two groups: moving trough the inner parts of fields, and through the headlands. On headlands, soil compressing is more intensive due to lower moving speeds while turning, which enable soil to be exposed longer time to the normal charge, and to get more compressed. Under the influence of pressure of mobile machines and other factors, change of soil appears causing unfavorable conditions for growth and development of crops, which is being manifested by permanent soil damage, yield decrease, and other costs increase. The aim of these trials was to determine influence of soil compressing at headlands and inner parts of fields on wheat yields, as the most present crops in agro-ecological conditions of Northern Kosovo and Metohia. Soil compressing has been measured by Eijkelkamp penetrometer, at the following depths: 0-20cm. Results of the trial indicate that during two years of trials, soil compressing at headlands was germination 31,88% higher compared to the inner parts of fields, while increase of soil compressing at the headlands before harvesting was 40,52 in average. Wheat harvesting today is being done in single phase, by using wheat combine
with different technology scheme of harvesting device. For all of these commonis isngle
phase harvesting, with different work quality. Many factors influent on work quality,
starting from plant status, combine adjustments, defining of relevant parameters,
condition and staff skills. If the key parameters are not adjusted, quality of work is
significantly decrease, with increase losses of harvested mass. The applied methods are
standard for these issues, and are related to the field-lab and exploiting trials of
harvesting combines. The aim of this bienal trials was to determine quality of work, by
field-lab trials depending on the defined parameters. Finally based on achieved
